• Elia (9/5): Host super onesto e gentile, abbiamo avuto un problema con l’accesso alla struttura e in pochissimo tempo si è presentat - L’ampiezza dell’appartamento; nonostante non fosse enorme gli spazi erano gestiti alla perfezione

La ubicación es inmejorable: zona tranquila y con el metro justo delante para ir directo a los lugares más emblemáticos de Roma. Un detallazo que nos guardaran las maletas al salir para aprovechar el último día. ¡Repetiremos!!

• Sandra (8/5): Confortable, còmoda per estar-hi uns dies. - El lloc és ideal, està aprop de boca de metro i és una zona tranquil·la. Sí que és veritat que l'amfitrió ens va ajudar aconseguir un instrument de cuina que sembla ser havia desaparegut i ens ho va portar indiferentment de les hores que eren (prou tard), el contacte que tens és directe cosa que per qualsevol contratemps és ideal. Sí que disposa de 2 banys, malgrat un plat de dutxa, la mampara va amb imans, s'obri per baix en el moment que et dutxaves acabant mullant tot el bany. I els fogons, van mooooolt lents!!
• Serena (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda, la metro è sotto casa, comodissima per i negozi (supermercati, rosticceria, bar...). Palazzo molto signorile, nessun problema con l'ascensore. Arredamento contemporaneo curato. Proprietari gentili. La cucina è poco fornita (no bollitore, fornelli poco efficienti, pentole un po' malridotte). Il bagno piccolo ha bisogno di almeno un gancio per gli asciugamani, magari anche un ripiano. Dalla camera grande ci si sveglia all'alba perché non si può oscurare bene

• Mariana Wright (7/5): Boa localização. - Localização. O apartamento fica no quarto andar, no prédio existe um pequeno elevador que é disponibilizado. Existe uma solicitação do proprietário para não deixar resto de comida e lixo no apartamento, porém não é disponibilizado lixo e/ou saco de lixo. No banheiro que fica dentro do quarto há uma máquina de lavar roupa ao lado dela estava imundo e haviam peças de roupa creio q do hóspede anterior o que demonstra que o apartamento não fora bem limpo.

Na przeciwko znajduje się również świetna kawiarnia z pyszną kawą i wypiekami oraz niskimi cenami. Mieszkanie znajduje się w bardzo urokliwej kamienicy, jest ono bardzo przytulne. ❤️❤️ Przemiły gospodarz 😊

Juste en dehors de la ZTL, à côté du métro et des places de parking sous l'immeuble même si elles sont payantes. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. L'équipement de cuisine est assez simple avec peu de rangements. Peu d'espace dans la pièce de vie.

• Lynne (7/5): Good - The location of this property is great.. It has very close access to the Metro. Re di Roma is a nice area to stay in Rome. Not too many tourists with great local restaurants. The host was very helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and she was able to come quite quickly to let us in. She also tried very hard to find us another place to stay when it looked like we needed to spend another day in Rome.. It would have been nice to have just a few basic things in the kitchen on arrival eg cold water in the fridge.
• Katja (7/5): Kevätmatka Roomassa - Good location and rather quiet apartment. Easy accessibility.Metro station really close from where you could quickly get to the center of Rome. Five of us stayed. The apartment is small for such a large group. Minimal equipment (e.g. no kettle, coffee maker or microwave)
• Suhaila (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, convenient and safe. - The property is in a very strategic location. Metro station is 2mins away from the property. Lots of supermarkets nearby. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. They received our paid Wi Tourist Wifi Modem and kept it for us. Property was very clean, toilets are clean. The property has it’s own wifi. There is no signboard for the property. We had difficulties finding the property as we did not have Wifi to contact the owner upon arrival. It would be helpful if the owner provides microwave, electric kettle and iron board. As we are a group of 5, the water boiler wasn’t enough to cater all 5 showering on the same time. It caters only 2 people showering at a time for 5 mins each.
