Guest Reviews
- Heather (8/5): - Much better than sleeping in airport chair. Our first time in sleeping pods. Very small quarters, basic, for the 10-12 pods there are 2 small shower stalls, 2 toilet stalls. Everything was adequately clean and we were glad to be able to lie down after long flights. It was quite noisy for overnight sleep with people in and out at all hours and very tight quarters. We would stay again if we had a long layover, or try to book an airport hotel room for a bit more money and better rest.
- Sitara (10/5): - Superb
- Landy Harisoa (10/5): - Very good experience
- Manishraj (10/5): - It was, quiet and comfy enough to get some sleep during the long lay over, I highly recommend it
- TRUONG KA MY (8/5): - Toilet was not clean and has heavy smell
- Fiona (8/5): - Pleasantly surprised.
- Nazia (2/5): - I booked the property for my parents from Saturday 14 June midnight to Sunday 15 midnight. however when they went to check in they were told its all booked out and their reservation is for Sunday to Monday. They had 8 hour stopover came back home in 16 hour flight extemely tired exhausted. Expedia confirmation was showed to them but they had overbooked and returned them
- Ahmad (2/5): - Very loud, could not sleep. Bathroom smells terrible.
- Mutinta (10/5): - Excellent stay
- Noor (10/5): - I had an amazing experience at the Sleep ‘n Fly Lounge. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The pod was spotless, quiet, and perfectly designed for relaxation and privacy. Whether you’re looking for a quick nap or a longer rest during a layover, this place is a lifesaver.
The ambiance is calm, the lighting is soothing, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail – from the cozy bedding to the convenient power outlets and USB ports. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the airport.
If you’re transiting through the airport and need to recharge physically and mentally, I highly recommend Sleep ’n Fly. It’s clean, secure, and offers real peace of mind. I’ll definitely be using it again on my next trip!
- Bhaswati (8/5): - Good location, close to boarding gates. Morning coffee was good. Space is extremely compact but comfortable to catch a few hours of sleep.
- Andrew (8/5): - Good to have this at airport
- William (10/5): - Low cost airside option for a private nap between connecting flights. Very firm reclining seats. Good control of AC.
- William (8/5): - Plus: For a long layover between Emirates flights, this is a reasonable cost airside option with a good pillow, easy temperature control, dimmable lighting, nooks big enough for international carry-ons, and shelves for the flotsam.
Minus: For some, the reclining bed might be too firm, the toilet is shared and down the hall, quite a long way from unit 1, and the shower is extra cost.
- Gary (8/5): - Convenient
- Abdulrahman (10/5): - Very good option for layover and long transit time from 8 to 10 hours to stay here in stead if wasting 2 to 3 hours leaving the airport, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and complementary coffee, water and soft drinks, power sockets are available to charge your devices
- Humera (6/5): - The room size is pretty small but that’s ok for a layover but the problem that I noticed that, even though the room is so small they have two lights which are the brightest of all and you feel you are under two sun. Instead of you feel relaxed and comfortable you feel torture. There is no option for a dim light., and if you turn off, the light is deadly dark in the room so you cannot be without the light I end up using my phone torch to have some light in the room so I can turn off the bedroom lights. When I address that to the Customer Care person at the reception, he said that I am here for a few hours, which should be fine..
- Veary (6/5): - Please note showers are not included. Have an adapter ready. USB port only included old ones so no usb c port. Showers are extra. I had emirates business class so I was able to shower in that lounge. They do not have any extra toiletries except for purchase. The seat/single pod feels like a hard lounge chair so don’t expect nice padding. But it did lay flat and I can sleep anywhere so I could get a nap in. I liked having the pod for a quiet place and place to store my suitcase while we shopped the airport. I had an 8 hour layover and only used for a few hours. Probably could have gotten away with not using a pod. Would I use it again next time? If it was on my dime, I likely would not use it.
- Kourosh (10/5): I recommend it - Everything was going well. It was better than I thought. We had a bunk bed place.
It was small but clean and comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner and mobile charger were equipped The bathroom was very clean. Tea, coffee, and nonalcoholic drinks exist free.
- Sohail (10/5): - It was convent and value for money
- Kenneth (8/5): A calm break between flights. - Despite having to wait 4 hours before we could have bunk, it was so good to be able to stretch out and have some quiet to sleep for a few hours. The bunk was comfortable and fresh, most importantly it was peaceful. Helped to face the next long haul to Sydney.
Hard to keep track of hours over a long journey over 48 hours.
- Hideki (10/5): - It was nice and easy
- Denice (4/5): - Very small but worked out
- Eleanor (8/5): - It was great to have a quiet, private and safe space to snooze and catch up during an 8-hour wait at Dubai. I couldn't make the air-con stop, so was a bit chilly (and too tired to go and ask for help) but otherwise the little room was comfortable and well-planned. Well worth the money on a long journey.
Had no mobile signal in the room, could've done with a wi-fi link.
- Tatyana (10/5): - Was able to sleep and recharge during a long layover on the flight back to the US after a week in India. Exactly what I needed. The place is small, kind of like a first class seat on the airplane, but very convenient and right next to the gate. If you come with realistic expectations you will not regret it.
- Mark (10/5): - Anyone with a long layover in Dubai Airport is recommended to consider using this sleeping lounge which is conveniently situated in the B Concourse of Terminal 3. This is the second time that I have used this facility. The first time I used the Pod and this time the double bunk unit. (I preferred the latter). I enjoyed a peaceful sleep and shower, waking up fresh for my next leg of flying. My only comments are:
1. The use of the shower should be included in the cost of sleeping
2. One toilet for the entire facility is not sufficient
3. The refreshment area could include some additional options besides only coffee and soft drinks
Besides this, I would use the facility again as well as recommend it to others.
- Shoba (10/5): - It is a haven for long distance travellers without lounge access
- Jean Francois (10/5): - Very good
- Richard (6/5): - Quite expensive for what it is
- Kaleem (2/5): - This is not a room. It is a pod, just a cubicle and nothing more. Pictures are incredibly deceiving For this price one should just take a hotel on or near airport property. The bathrooms are dirty, no towels or even paper towels. The single bedroom was not a room. It was a pod! The bed is nothing more than the equivalence of a doctors examining table, extremely uncomfortable.
Conceptually this has the potential to be something great, but the business is far from reaching its potential. I will not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a few hours of rest.
- Helen (8/5): - A good place to lie down flat and rest after a long flight and when you have a long transfer time, as long as you don’t pay too much. I found the price got lower the closer to the date. A bit claustrophobic with the door closed which could only be opened from the inside by waving your hand in front of the sensor. I was a bit concerned about the technology failing but all was good. Aircon a bit cold and blowing on your head, had to keep turning it off and on. Bed was hard and if left as a chair it was not comfortable to sit in either. But overall it was much better than spending 7 hours in the terminal.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When I showed the reservation list to the receptionist, she said, "This is not this hotel. Go to the hotel above!" When I went to the hotel she told me, she said it was the first hotel. It was a hotel inside the airport, and after going back and forth, she said there were no rooms available.
- Rosie (10/5): Basic and comfortable stay - Having a 20 hour stopover in Dubai was a nightmare for the fam and we couldn’t leave the airport due to having bought alcohol in Rome duty free as we would have lost it trying to re enter the airport to catch our connecting flight. We were exhausted and thankfully was able to get some sleep and relax before our next flight home. The rooms are tiny but we really just needed beds. We charged our phones and had complementary tea, coffee, water. Shower was an extra charge, actually quite expensive. This made our stopover bearable . Staff were super attentive, they were amazing. The airport feels like an upper class shopping mall. Great shopping!
Highly recommend this for a short term stay.
- Luke (10/5): - Showers are an extra fee.
- Richard (10/5): - Definitely coming back
- Beata (10/5): - I arrived at 2 am. I messed up the timing of my stay, but they were so helpful and got me in. I got 4 hours of sleep and felt refreshed. They had bathrooms showers available and some tea and coffee.
Very convenient I would highly recommend.
- Richard (10/5): - AWESOME staff
- Phyllis (6/5): - Safe and quite adequate space
- Aditya (8/5): - Sleeping next to my boarding gate....unbelievable :) can't change the AC temperature :(
- Bharat (2/5): - Avoid staying here. We stayed in the lounge where there is no wash facilities, no toilets and cramped dingy space. We found it restrictive and so we moved to the Dubai international hotel where we spent 3 hours.
- Ziaul (8/5): - You'll have to pay extra for showers, around £15. Towels, shower gel, shampoo provided. In the room you get a face towel and earplugs as well as a pillow and blanket. The air conditioning unit is right above your head when laying down, which can be annoying when the air is blowing straight into your face while you sleep. It could do it instructions in how to operate the AC unit as there is several features but not enough time to figure it out. Also could possibly do with a lot more simple AC unit control. The overhead luggage compartment is plenty big and the door locks on exit or whilst you're in the room and they provide you with a key card so nice and secure. There is a complimentary coffee and soda machine, but unfortunately not tea. Hope this benefits someone.
- Manoj (6/5): - Check if showers are included in the price
- jitesh (2/5): - Very bad experience with the property. Rooms were so small. No ventilation in the rooms. They feel like suffocated. Too expensive. Would not recommend to anyone
- francisco javier (8/5): - Le fait qu’il faut réserver sa douche à l’avance n’était pas clairement indiqué dans la description et le prix séparé pour la douche non plus
- Mimin (4/5): - I have booked stay in Sleep n Fly many times before, but all directly with the provider during transit (their direct website is very broken and inconvenient to use). So this time, I was happy to find them on Expedia. The description still says "Sleep & Fly Sleep Lounge and Shower", but beware - booking through Expedia does not make you shower-eligible. I had to spend 2hrs of my 7hr layover trying to get them to allow me a shower after a 14hr flight to Dubai! Not at all convenient when Terminal B in Dubai actually has a free shower.
- Rohit (2/5): Waste of money - It was like a peacocks den where you cant even stretch properly. Also interestingly it is airport and they did not have north american socket in the rooms which is the most basic thing available in every hotel around the globe. They charge extra $20 for shower. Like really
- Glitch (10/5): - Perfect for long layovers if you need some personal space to sleep and relax for a few hours, wish they were at every airport.
- Jignasa (10/5): - Would highly recommend
- Chandrawattie (10/5): - lovely
- Malcolm Terry (8/5): - I slept very well and was not disturbed by any noise. Airport staff who work in concourse B and whose duty is to assist customers should know exactly where Sleep’Fly is located
- Verified traveler (10/5): Welcome place to hang one’s hat. - No complaints was just what I needed before a long journey. very accommodating staff. Easy to find in terminal.
- Reena (6/5): - these are like small pods where u sleep into .. First, i felt very claustrophobic, it has no aminities like free shower and all , u have to pay for everything
- Anna (6/5): Disappointment - From the description I assumed I pay $126 and have a place to sleep and shower.
I came and find out I need to pay additional $20 for shower. For that kind of money I could easily have a nice place put with breakfast and for 24h
- Eleni (6/5): - Surprisingly quiet despite being inside a busy airport. The shared Facilities could be cleaner (at least as clean as Dubai airport’s standards).Definitely not value for money, but if you have less than 8 hours connection it could be worth the money.
- George (10/5): - This experience was as advertised. The personnel that checked me in were very professional. The accommodation was just like the pictures. there was some noise outside my room but they provide ear plugs that were very effective. You can charge your devices while you nap and can control the temperature in your space, I would return
- Ninu Mary (10/5): - Easy access and perfect design for travelers
- Suzanne (8/5): - Does the job! Somewhere to lay flat for a few hours!
- Yulduz (10/5): - Excellent services and convenient place for transit people.
