- Nils (6/5): - Die über Expedia erfolgte Buchung wurde vom Rezeptionisten nicht im System gefunden. Erst nach Rücksprache mit Expedia konnte eingecheckt werden. Check-In trotz langer Anreise mit Kleinkind wurde erst nach Rückfrage und nicht proaktiv beschleunigt. Tür des Zimmers war defekt und musste im Laufe unseres Aufenthalt repariert werden. Babybett wurde erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung aufgestellt, obwohl bei der Buchung vermerkt. Zimmerservice wollte Getränke liefern, obwohl wir keine Bestellung aufgegeben hatten. Insgesamt aufgrund der geschilderten Umstände ein etwas ernüchternder Aufenthalt, obwohl die Einrichtung des Hotels sehr modern und geschmackvoll ist und das Frühstück sehr gut gewesen ist.

First of all, the hotel design is very beautiful, the gym is well-equipped, and the food is very rich and delicious. The front desk staff, Danmoi, was very friendly to us and thoughtfully considered our needs, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely come again next time.
