The pool staff, Muhammad and Sharjeel, went above and beyond—tending to every single need with genuine care and professionalism. They made our poolside time absolutely perfect. A special shout-out also to Sabin from housekeeping, who kept everything spotless and always made sure we had everything we needed. This hotel sets a new standard for hospitality in Dubai. We will definitely be coming back again.

Only showers in standard room , would recommend a lagoon view room … there are a number of restaurants close by and the marina has many other restaurants. The concierge team of Anop and Sinan were very helpful with my luggage on departure.

Enfin le très gros point positif : la magnifique et immense piscine lagon (chauffée en hiver). Le nouveau quartier de Dubai Creek Harbour, avec sa belle zone piétonne, est juste à côté, à 10 minutes à pieds, avec ses nombreux restaurants et ses vues sur la skyline de Dubai. Vida Creek Beach mérite 5 étoiles ! Nous y retournerons sans hésitez.

L'hôtel est récent et confortable l'accès au lagon est fort agréable par contre il y a des travaux en continu just ene bas du lagon ce qui est un peu désagréable avec ballet de camion et grues. Petite déjeuner très copieux et varié mais le service laisse parfois à désirer tant sur l'efficacité que l'amabilité
- Glenn (10/5): - We stayed at two hotels during our stay in Dubai and Vida Creek Beach was our preferred. It's located in a residential part of Dubai, lovely and quiet but still very easy to access the tourist locations, especially by Uber. Creek Harbour is a lovely 10minute walk which we enjoyed doing each day. We stayed in a Lagoon Suite which was very comfortable for our family of four. It had a separate living area and the bedroom was large enough to fit two rollaway beds for our kids who don't like to sleep in a separate room. The hotel is incredibly clean, the buffet breakfast was perfect and the service we experienced from all staff at the hotel was exceptional - they are an absolute credit to Vida Hotels and we thank them all for making our Dubai visit truly memorable. This is where we will choose to stay again when we next return to Dubai. PS. The aroma in the common areas is a lovely smell but very strong and for people who have sensitivities or suffer with migraines etc, this can be a problem.

- Spoilt129 (10/5): A Great Surprise - Some would consider out of the way (not close to downtown), however, this is a great location if you just want to swim, eat and enjoy yourself. The hotel is located on an island close to Vida Creek Harbour (where there are many many eateries). It is an extremely peaceful location and relatively close to Festival City Mall (taxis are reasonably priced by Dubai standards). The staff at the hotel are amazing, the services of reception staff Ibraham and Mohammad were exceptional - Ibraham at check in and Mohammad when I had queries. The cleanliness level of the hotel was very good, housekeeping was prompt, pillows some of the best I have slept on. There are a couple of restaurants at the hotel. Whilst the breakfast was good, it was not the best I have had, although the restaurant staff (as with all staff at this hotel), were very good. There is a wave pool with sand beach along with a 20-25m swimming pool and gym. No spa, although there is one very close by. There is also a supermarket close by. You can easily walk to a park and a number of restaurants and there are a number of mini play areas within the apartment complex closeby. I would recommend a pool view room, and that this hotel is very good for people with children or those who are seeking tranquility. I certainly would return. PS: The only rooms with bathtubs are the suites.

- Thomas (10/5): Tolles Hotel - Das Hotel liegt im neuen aufstrebenden Viertel Dubai Creek Harbour. Es ist neu und bietet tollen Komfort. Leider sind in der Umgebung noch einige Baustellen. Das sollte jeder vor der Buchung ggf wissen. Aber gehe über den Creek in Richtung Hafen und genieße den fantastischen Blick. Es lohnt sich! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Lagune...super schön. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstück perfekt. Die Poollandschaft ist toll...man fühlt sich wie am Strand. Auch das Restaurant am Abend besuchen, mediterrane Küche sehr lecker. Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Wer Dubai noch nicht kennt, sollte ggf dichter zur City buchen.
