- Verified traveler (10/5): Always a winner - This is a repeat stay at the Holiday Inn Business Bay and the reason I keep coming back is because of the exceptional service. The staff are simply amazing, attentive and very helpful. Very new hotel with spacious and well decorated room which are always well kept.

- Diala (2/5): - I was fooled by the good reviews on this property, but for this price i surely don't recommend it. 1- One of the employees on the reception was very rude, i ordered a hair salon service to my room from outside the hotel and she refused to let the women in. I don't understand why would that be a problem? Especially that there is no salon at the property. 2- The location isn't spectacular, its in an area at the business bay with a lot of traffic. 3- One of the pictures shows you that Burj Khalifa is visible from the hotel, it is not. 4- The information about the points of interest close to the hotel isn't correct, i think it was calculate at 6 in the morning when there was no one in the streets. 5- The rooms weren't that clean. 6- They claim there is a spa on the property, it's still under construction and not there yet. 7- The coffee machine at Breakfast is very slow.

The mattress however leaves something to be desired as it did give me a little back cramp. The rooms are very practical in all areas except that the shower door swing is outside the shower enclosure which makes the mat move away.

- Timothy (10/5): - This hotel is almost new and benefits from a fresh and clean look. Door staff were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was fast. The room was compact but functional and comfortable and good value for the money. There was a bit of noisy maintenance going on in the room next door for a bit but assume this was temporary. Location is close to Dubai Mall but you really need a taxi to get there. Overall a good stay, even though we just used it as a crash pad for a few hours before a 2am flight.

- Shamael (10/5): - I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Business Bay over New Years and I can truly say it was exceptional. It may be a bit hard to find if you are new to Dubai but once you reach it, the rest is amazing! Sumeet and the valet team offer a welcoming feeling and timely arrival of your car. Lisa and those at reception was wonderful with check-in and with offering a new room because my neighbour was illegally smoking in his non-smoking room. Clifford made you feel at home every time when it came to assisting with the luggage and accompanying you to your room. Mahmoud who conducted the in-room dining over night was fantastic and made sure that the food was to my liking. I also had a talk with the manager of the hotel who was pleasant and was very informative. I'm sure I may have missed other staff but these were the staff I interacted with quite often, so If I missed anyone, my apologies. They made the place feel like home and I truly will miss all of them! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the Business bay area of Dubai and I will for sure stay here again if I am in Dubai.
