- Gregory (2/5): - Silkhaus was non responsive and did not address issues with respect to getting access to the property, which took 3 hours, flooding in the shower, or the broken lock box for the key.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Cockroach infestation - Cockroach infestation, broken toilet, and their check in process is so complex it left us in the heat outside for almost 40 minutes. Their communication was ok and at least i got a refund.
