Colazione buona anche se, paragonata ad altri hotel a Dubai, è leggermente inferiore come scelta, ma comunque di buona qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Una scelta molto valida per chi ha bisogno di una camera tripla in quanto è possibile avere un sofabed senza ulteriori costi, cosa non scontata a Dubai, spesso l'extrabed è decisamente costoso. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente, lo scarico della doccia era ostruito con conseguente allagamento di tutto il bagno. Altre note positive sono state la navetta gratuita per il Dubai Mall e il checkout posticipato senza costi aggiuntivi.

What stood out the most was the excellent service provided by the entire team. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, especially the staff at the pool area. I would like to give special recognition to Adnan, a young gentleman who was always incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to his work. He went above and beyond to make sure guests were well taken care of. Overall, a very pleasant experience – I would definitely stay here again!

I ordered room service on several occasions and unless you eat it all right now , if it goes cold then you are on your own. It is shown as 19 min walking distance from Dubai Fountain at Hotels.com and we chose it because of this. We found out that it is in fact 1 hr 33 min. Although I warned both Hilton and Hotels.com, the location info is still wrong at Hotels.com. We were suffered and Hotel refused to compensate it.

The pool at the property is well maintained and the water temperature is well controlled. The icing on the cake is their wonderful Chef Nadaf and their Pastry Chef who served us wonderful Tiramisu at their Restaurant Rio along with Juicy Pizza. They took care of our dietary preference as well and cooked us soecial meal everyday. I will definitely recommend this place.

The housekeeping staff extremely professional, courteous, friendly and polite. The room was very big in size, with a king size bed, tidy, and always cleaned everyday, replenished with fresh bottles of water, clean bed linen, and new towels everyday. My room had a lovely view of the down town Dubai, over looking the Burj Khalifa. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience staying in this Hilton Garden Inn, Business Bay hotel and would recommend staying here.

I never felt insulted the way she spoke . As front desk to check this lady am vacating on 26th October at 11am . Pl see the data base and take action so that other customer should not insulted in such a way and I will never recommend this hotel again
