Guest Reviews
- Christina (10/5): Wunderschönes Resort mit den besten Leuten vor Ort! DANKE<3 - Alles!!!!
- Peter (7/5): Nice accommodation but not a great value - It’s a very secluded place (expect a bit of a bumpy ride to get there). Don’t expect any entertainment, restaurants etc. The accommodation was very comfortable and I’ve enjoyed the glamping style pf the rooms. The pool was great and there is an amazing view towards the river. Unfortunately, we were overcharged 21% VAT despite the fact that the booking.com says that this would not be charged when paying by foreign cards. I’ve raised this with the property who replies that they would investigate but they never come back despite me asking several times. Booking. com was not helpful either.
Hence with 21% higher price the value for this stay was not great.
We also had a dinner booked which was delicious but the portions were on a small side which is a bot of a problem since there’s nowhere to buy anything.
The breakfast was nice and plentiful though.
Nada
- Eric (9/5): A one off experience in a gorgeous setting with excellent staff. - Gorgeous location. Excellent staff. Lovely swimming pool. Great coordination of transport. The property is a bit of a hike to get to.
- Darius (10/5): One of the best accommodations - The hotel is in a very good location, in the jungle, although it is far from the city. It is more difficult to reach, but the staff organized all transfers on time. The staff is very friendly, although most of them do not speak English, we communicated with a translator. . There are no shops or restaurants nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant for dinner is fantastic, great chef, fresh products, although the choice is always the same, good wine. Breakfast is simple, but I really liked the quality fruit. Check-in is simple. There is not much space in the room, but it was enough for two. The view from the window is of the jungle, but on the large private terrace - of the Paraná River. There is an outdoor pool, well maintained, with sun loungers and tables, you can drink cocktails and enjoy the peace and quiet and the surrounding nature. The price includes a 2-hour hike, including ziplining and waterfall descent. Very safe. Great separate location - an observation deck with a wide view of the river. The place belongs to the local community which is friendly and responsible, safe. You can buy handicrafts and souvenirs. We recommend it to everyone. Only two nights...
- Erich (7/5): Amazing location with unexperienced staff - Difficult to rate this hotel. It was super on the one hand, but also with flaws. Location exceptional in the middle of the jungle, but also hard to find and far from everything. Food was great, but with limited choice. Brekfast so so. Staff nice, but unexperienced One night we didn't have water and nobody was around to help. Same with the laguage when we left. Too expensive for what it is.
- Diane (7/5): River views and gourmet foods amazing - Beautiful secluded quiet setting, clean pool. & tent was large. No bugs around. Meal was superb. Greeting and help was very friendly after poor communications because Booking.com. Lists wrong with hone number. Absolutely no signage at entrance to tell you building is far away and through narrow path. Never answered my texts. Rugged road cost $88 taxi ride because no person or sign
- breda (8/5): Great location - bring your own food - Wonderful location and best bed of my whole trip. The dinner menu was limited and hard to translate. They only had one Diet Pepsi/coke on the premises. The wine options were very poor
- MARCO CARLO FEDERICO (9/5): - Gentilezza dello staff, posizione. Peccato. Colazione buona e variata.
- Fagner Ferraz (10/5): -
- Claudia (10/5): -
- Talita (10/5): AMEI O GLAMPING!!! - Lugar para descansar. Acesso bem restrito a internet.
Bem no meio do mato.
- Christian (8/5): -
- Itai (10/5): -
- Felipe (10/5): Espectacular - Todo, maravilloso!!!! Atención calida y coordial.
Instalaciones hermosas, cómodo, actividades para hacer variadas y entretenidas. El guía Delfín; un crack!!! Todo estuvo de 10, gracias!!! Que era demasiado hermoso.
- Sarah (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and the property is well looked after. It is located quite away from the town and although the distance doesn't seem far it takes a while down unfinished roads. However, a taxi was always willing to come for our journeys.
- Alice (10/5): Right in the jungle! - “GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel! You are in the jungle. This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there. The “tents” are permanent structure on stilts. Maybe a bit more like a fancy hut! You can see the “bones” of the structure from inside, and it felt almost like being inside a huge whale’s rib cage! Each is a nicely decorated self-contained unit with a very comfy bed, large bathroom, its own water heater, refrigerator, desk, etc. A huge step above “real” camping! The hotel has a main building with a swimming pool where meals are served. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Natalia served a lovely breakfast, Leonel was in charge of the dinner service, and Samuel is in charge of the grounds and maintenance. I also met Claudia on my last evening. If I understood correctly, she is the general manager. Her English is excellent, and she was able to answer some of my questions about Argentina, since this was my first trip. After spending several weeks in Buenos Aires, it was nice to be in a very green open space for a few days. It’s my understanding that the hotel is the brain child of a woman who has a restaurant in Puerto Iguazu. So the food served at the hotel gets its inspiration from there and is very good. The meals were definitely a huge plus to the experience, and much of what was served is from the state in which Iguazu is located!
- Catherine (9/5): Lovely and quiet - I enjoy dinner. Food was incredible Nothing
- Tanya (9/5): To have an opportunity to live in the jungle was really inspiring! Thank you - Absolutely amazing place in the middle of the jungle. Everything inside the rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, AC. The common area is also great to spend time with friends, in the swimming pool or just enjoying the sunset from the balcony. The food is awesome, I think there were the best medialunas in my life. The transfer from and to the airport is very well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing: it was complicated to organize custom transfer to the Iguazu park without a guide from the same company which operated the Glamping and on time which was suitable for me. If you want to call taxi to the place, first you need to coordinate this with a receptionist, because the glamping is located in the private area.
