- Elizabeth (5/5): Nice room but not what I booked, worryingly non-existent communication - Comfortable studio in a modern building It wasn't the room I had chosen. I specifically chose this room because of the balcony, clearly stated in the description and visible in photos, but the room they gave me didn't have one. I asked to move to a room with a balcony, they said they would check but never got back to me. Communication was poor, no information inside the room, not even the WiFi code. I received many messages in the days before arriving saying that there was new information for my arrival, but it was the same information each time saying that I would soon receive detailed information for my arrival. I received the door code on the day I was due to arrive with instructions that it would only work if used before 9pm. I wasn't certain I would be able to get there before 9 and asked what would happen if I didn't but received no reply. I changed my plans to ensure I got there before 9pm. I'm still not sure if I would have been left in the street if I hadn't.
