• marcela (10/5): - La ubicación es un 10. Hay una estación de metro a 1 cuadra y otra a 4 cuadras. La zona tiene restaurantes, kioskos, cafeterías, peluquerías, verdulerías y demás, para todos los gustos. El shopping Arcos está a 4 cuadras y el Alto Palermo a 2 paradas de metro. Además hay otras atracciones, todas relativamente cerca. Carlos, el dueño, se ocupó de enviarnos links de información sobre atracciones y restaurantes ya desde el minuto uno. Además se ofreció a buscar a mi hermana a aeroparque que venía en un vuelo a mediodía. Un gran anfitrión siempre.dispuesto a ayudar con información o dudas. Al tomar el departamenro nos esperó para explicarnos el manejo del mismo. En el baño hay amenities. La ducha funciona muy bien, tiene presión y sale caliente. Hay toallones y toallas. En la cocina dejó galletitas, chocolates, café, manteca, leche, algunas.mermeladas. Nos esperó con el café recién hecho! La cocina es completa cuenta con horno microondas, cafetera, pava eléctrica, elementos para cocinar y para comer. El living es cómodo, tiene un televisor, aire acondicionado y.es ideal.para para descansar después de un día de salida. La cama y almohadas son muy cómodas Todo el departamento es muy luminoso. Además cuenta con balcón con mesa y sillas. El edificio tiene seguridad las 24hr El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Por último también había toallones para ir a la piscina del edificio. Sin duda es un departamento al que volvería. La pasamos muy bien.

• David (7/5): Mixed experience. Reasonable place but not great. - Palermo Soho is a nice enough area. The building and apartment felt like a safe place. Nice helpful host. Nice balcony. Reasonable value for money. Has a great little bakery next door. I want to start by saying that we weren't expecting 5 star, however based on all the previous ratings and comments, i guess our expectations were high. The hot water was sometimes not so hot. The aircon was noisey and rattling (which we reported and has hopefully has been addressed). I didn't particularly find the bed to be very comfortable and we didn't think the breakfast provided was all that great. Overall we had an ok stay, but found the place to be a little tired in general and would we stay here again.. no. It's a fair way from the downtown too (but that is not really a criticism just a fact).

Muy buena ubicacion en Palermo, con subtes y parada de bus a 1 cuadra para moverte por Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Sólo estuvimos una noche pero fué suficiente para valorarlo. Carlos se mantuvo siempre en contacto, nos sugirió lugares para comer y para hacer compras y visitas. Nos dejó jugos, café, leche, galletas dulces y saladas, queso crema, mermelada, yerba, hasta azúcar mascabo,! Nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje después del checkout, fue sumamente amable y atento. • Kaitlin (10/5): Excellent location & helpful/friendly host! - -Excellent location- close to supermarkets, money exchange, subte, a park (I like to run). -Very friendly and helpful host, Carlos, who contacted me a few days before my trip with very helpful tips. He also checked in on me during my stay (by WhatsApp), which I appreciated as I was alone for a few days when my friend’s flight was cancelled. -Well-stocked kitchen. -The toilet was running each time we flushed. I reported this to Carlos when we checked out and he asked the maintenance team to fix it. -The rooftop pool had no water in it, but that was just bad luck, as a bird had recently died in it so they had to drain, clean and refill.
• Timothy (10/5): A cozy & comfotable little appartment seconds from Plaza Italia. - Carlos is an exquisite host. He went above and beyond to accomodate us. He even drove us to the domestic airport for our departure to Bariloche. The location is perfect, the apartment is good size, very comfortable and loaded with everything one needs, including a bottle of water, a beer, breakfast foods, a package of ham and cheese, etc. All in all, excellent value. We recommend highly. Nada.
• Ian (10/5): Very comfortable apartment with an excellent host and everything you need - Clean, comfortable, safe area with good restaurants and bars, close to the underground. Charlie the host definitely went beyond and some when he offered his home as a pick up point for a bag we wanted to ship home and when the courier failed to collect it he took it to their depot. He is also an excellent host with good advice on what to do in the fabulous city of Buenos Aires Nothing

• Margaret (10/5): A perfect apartment with a perfect host in Palermo Soho. Don’t stay anywhere else! - Charlie is a wonderful, generous and amazingly helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlie even personally drove us to our next meeting point in the city which saved us the expense of a taxi. The apartment had everything we wanted and more with thoughtful touches in the bathroom and even totally unexpectedly, breakfast in the fridge! Bread, butter, ham, toast and fruit juice! Nothing! All great!
• Robinson (10/5): Perfection in Palermo Soho - Everything. The apartment was in an excellent location, very safe with an abundance of shops and restaurants. The studio apartment was very well appointed with a new King-size mattress, good AC, very nice balcony and fully stocked kitchen. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool. The very best aspect was Carlos himself. He went out of his way to meet us, in spite of our late arrival, booked a very good restaurant for us, provided indispensable tips on the local area and Buenos Aires in general. His flexibility and adaptability significantly increased the enjoyment of our time in Buenos Aires. We have stayed at hundreds of properties over the years, this was one of the best. Having to go home.
• Deb (10/5): Fives Stars in Palermo Soho - Charlie (host) made contact with me a few days prior to arrival requesting arrival time. I have him my flight details and said he would meet me at the apartment. On arrival he graciously showed me everything in the apartment. He also had tourist brochures available. He had left out tokens for the washing machine and dryer as well as soap. On my Departure day he drove me to my next destination. Charlie is a wonderful host. There was nothing I didnt like.

• Nelma (10/5): Had a comfortable and pleasant stay in a well located apartment - The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and a supermarket nearby and was well furnished with a good stock of basic essential groceries. We enjoyed the complimentary can of beer !! No stinginess there ! Carlos was very responsive to any query or recommendations. He even dropped us at a well known restaurant on our last day. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property for its location, security, warm decor, cleanliness and comfort. Nothing really. Just to add that payment is in cash and the washing machine is not in the apartment but in the building premises but that’s not a major problem .

• John (10/5): Exceptional and even more thanks to Carlos - Exceptional studio apartment, everything we’d hoped for and then even more. Spacious room, super comfy, king size bed with great choice of pillows, quality bed linen. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, every single thing you could possibly need, and things you didn’t know you’d need, (kitchen towel, foil, cotton wool, all sorts of cleansers/shampoos, just for example). Lots of breakfast products and extras, like biscuits, cakes, very special fresh pastries from local bakery and a welcome beer. 24 hour door security Very close to everything in Soho, near Plazo Italia, bakery, supermarket, banks, cambio, restaurants BUT best of all, super host Carlos. He could not have done more to make our stay in BA the best, and in fact, other places on our Argentinian tour. He kept in touch via WhatsApp with suggestions for other places, as well as BA, we were planning on visiting, that he knew well. We have met many friendly people in Argentina, but Carlos is definitely our star.

Well equipped, comfortable apt. in ideal location. 24 hour security. Pleasant terrace & rooftop pool. Breakfast: coffee, milk, eggs, juice, butter & bread. Baskets of snacks. Wine. Medialunas & doughnuts on 1st & 7th day when sheets & towels changed. We stayed 2 weeks. Charlie readily available via WhatsApp. Highly recommend.
• Sagarika (10/5): The stay location has everything around it(money exchange, sim cards, restaurants) - The property was super comfy and secured right in the heart of Palermo. Charlie is the best host I have ever met in my travel life. There is nothing to be disliked about. Only one thing was, my stay was breakfast included but I was bit confused about the breakfast information. I didn’t bother the host as I had stayed there literally for 1 night. If my stay was more than 1 nights I might had to check about the breakfast thing.

When we had an issue with a plug in the kitchen sink, it was replaced immediately. The location was excellent, in a safe area, close to restaurants, parks, shops. 24 hr security at the front desk made us feel safe as well.It was very clean and comfortable, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was a bonus. One of the best accommodation experiences we have had in all our years of travelling. Nothing.

Great area to walk in. Close to Don Julio which is one of best Steakhouses in BA. NEAR coffee, wine, markets and restaurants. The host Charlie is just tremendous and could not be more helpful. He is definitely a superhost . We lucked out staying here and meeting charlie. I can 100% recommend staying here for a couple. We spent 4 days in BA AND it was great. Also, check Norma's cooking class. If you are looking for a wonderful in home cooking class. Frankly, had no complaints whatsoever
