El ascensor se descompuso y no había nadie que nos pudiera ayudar, tuvimos que salir por nuestros medios, no hay microondas, tuvimos que ir a comprar rollos de papel de baño ya que te dan solo 1 por baño, estuvimos 12 días. Se podrían haber evitado muchas cosas si hubiera manera de comunicarse que no sea por correos electrónicos. En Buenos Aires nos fue excelente, lástima que no puedo decir lo mismo de la estancia donde nos quedamos.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great alternative for the price and for a couple of days in Buenos Aires. Location is top with really food restaurants close by. The only less positive aspect was that it was a bit difficult to find the correct place during arrival since Google maps points on the road and the entrance is a bit hidden.
- Juliana (8/5): Estadia boa, mas com alguns pontos a melhorar. - A estadia de 5 dias foi boa, a localização é excelente, tudo novo. Porém, chegamos com frio e super cansados, quando fomos dormir, a coberta estava SUJA, com manchas e muitos cabelos grudados, por ser apartamento, só trocaram no outro dia e dormimos apenas com colcha. Sugestões para melhorias: - Ter sacos plásticos para trocar os lixos. - Forma para fazer gelos e deixar no congelador. - TV com canais abertos, isso ajuda muito quando não tem streaming. - O controle remoto está ruim, com algumas teclas tendo que apertar com muita força para poder funcionar. - Cabo HDMI, para que possamos refletir do notebook para a tv, em caso de falta de streamings. - Deixar mais papel higiênico para não ser necessário solicitar. De resto, valeu a pena. Usamos muito o cooktop, geladeira e forno.

The customer service was poor, and definitely not 24/7 as they said. Trying to speak to someone that was able to properly assist tool us an hour; every time we trying different ways/channels tha awnser was "I'm just a secretary" / " I can't help you with that. Considering this business is based on customer service, I don't think it is appropriate or even professional
- Davi (10/5): Ótima escolha! - A estadia foi excelente! A localização é ótima, em uma região arborizada e agradável, com movimento em todos os horários, mas ainda assim tranquila. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé, com ótimos restaurantes e cafés ao redor e vários pontos turísticos próximos. O apartamento é espaçoso, com banheiro de bom tamanho, cozinha funcional e uma cama super confortável. A única observação é que as fotos do anúncio podem ser um pouco confusas, pois os apartamentos do primeiro andar (1A e 1B) não têm varanda, e sentimos falta de um ferro de passar roupas. Nada que comprometa a experiência, mas são detalhes a considerar.

- Gabriela (8/5): - O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, agradável, limpo, tem um espaço bom, e a localização é excelente (Palermo Hollywood é um ótimo lugar para turistas se hospedarem em Buenos Aires). Os únicos pontos negativos a ressaltar são à comunicação difícil com os hosts, pois, toda comunicação é feita por e-mail, o que pode tornar o processo demorado e oneroso, seria muito melhor se eles disponibilizassem um número de WhatsApp. Durante a nossa estadia os canais da televisão não estavam funcionando, reclamamos, mas não foi resolvido. E também tivemos um problema com a água quente (fomos no inverno), a água quente não durava mais do que 5 minutos, reclamamos e eles foram consertar, depois de eles consertarem a água quente passou a durar mais, porém, ainda assim não dava para tomar dois banhos seguidos. De qualquer forma, eu recomendaria essa estadia para amigos!

- Diego (2/5): - Absolute disaster of a place. No water pressure in the shower, no hot water, and no WiFi. We had to contact Expedia who did not help. Because whenever we would write the the “property owner” they would “send someone right away” or the “next day”. Which never ended up solving our problem. They stalled and stalled and stalled until we left. We were there for a week and the only thing that managed to actually get better was the water pressure. We maybe had hot water for 3-5 minutes. So only one person could shower for a few hours. Also, the place is equipped with the absolute bare minimum. Just enough cups and tableware for two people and just a pot and pan or two that could barely cook ramen. Not the place to stay at if you think you’ll save money by cooking at home. This is the kind of place where the property owners purchased a residential building, built the bare-minimum, bleak apartments in order to cash-in with tourists. A dream “cash cow” for vulture property owners who just hire an incompetent property manager to “manage”. Awful experience, run far away from this place. The only positive thing to say is that it is in a good location, which they probably got by pushing out residents in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. (They have multiple “Boutique Apartments” in the surrounding neighborhoods, with nothing boutique about them. Also, don’t believe the generic responses to poor reviews which the property owner gives, they’re all true.
- Joe (2/5): - you cannot take a Hot shower it would run out in less than two minutes. The department was cold. It was not what I expected. I will not be going there anymore.

- Eli (4/5): - Stayed for 21 days; nice, safe area, poor communication; had water leaks and when it was reported no one responded until several days later; no washer and dryer to wash clothes. If you do stay I recommend the bar on the other side of the street called on Tap craft beer; they have great food and best prices on the block / street.

Squished dead bugs all over the walls. Crappy quality sheets and gross old flat pillows. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend - only good thing is the location.

- Carlos (10/5): - Very good place to stay. Comfortable, clean, accessible. The elevator broke at least twice in my stay and I needed to use the stairs. The apartment is complete. You can cook easy meals, the smart tv allows to connect youtube and netflix. The area around is full of restaurants, bars, microbreweries, coffe shops, etc. Lively and safe. Nearby access to public transportation.

- Fabián (2/5): Terrible experience, avoid at all cost. - There was a problem with the elevator, which prevented access to the main entrance of the place. All entrances to the building had access via a security code (no physical keys). While everything was working fine, it was great. The day the elevator broke, I realized that access to the place via the stairs led to the emergency exit. Which had a different code from the main door. This code was never shared with me, they never made sure to let me know what it was, even though they had my email and phone number. The worst part of it all is that nobody answered the phone when I tried to contact them, I was unable to enter the apartment for a day and nobody took responsibility. The attention was a disaster, if you happen to have any inconvenience outside of regular hours, nobody answers and you have no kind of help. Clearly, this is not a 5-star service as they advertise. I hope the platform takes action with this place
- ciaran (2/5): SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel of all time, and my worst experience with hotels.com as a company. It was an unmitigated disaster from the very first moment. I am still awaiting a resolution from Hotels, I gave up expecting anything from this scam company. This Costa Rica place should not be listed on Hotels.com and - in their own words - "is not a hotel". They are impossible to communicate with effectively, they are unable and unwilling to resolve issues - they hide behind alias email addresses, never use their names, they don't answer the phone, and, most importantly, there is NO HUMAN BEING on site at this location to resolve customer issues. The moment I arrived - the PIN code they gave me for the front door didn't work. Left on the street for 30 minutes, failing to get through to anyone by phone. Finally some other guests allowed me in. PIN code for the door of the bedroom wasn't opening the door - the lock is broken. Required the help of my friendly neighbours to get access the apartment via the Fire escape. Same issue happened later in the evening. No answer from anyone, no response or resolution until 4:30 in the morning after I called the police because all my belongings were in the room and I no longer trusted these people enough to leave the building. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- Carlos (10/5): - The unit was clean and comfortable. It was properly furnished. The building is accessible with a level entrance and elevator. The elevator had technical issues while I was staying and had to climb stairs for 5 floors. The fix took at least 12 - 18 hours. Internet was fast and only crashed once in three days and the host quickly responded to my messages.
