• ximena (4/5): Muy mal servicio, cobijas cochinas - La cobija era una cochinada, los contacte para que me cambiaran y el señor administrador de la propiedad que se llama Filemon me dijo que era una mentirosa. Cuando vio la foto, y acepto cambiarla pero debía aguantarme dos dias durmiendo así por que era fin de semana y el no trabajaba en fin de semana. Cuando le reclame por su respuesta, me dijo que en vez de molestarlo me dedicara a disfrutar la vida que dejara de ser histérica. Una persona muy grosera y con cero conocimiento de servicio al cliente. Adicional nos quedamos tres noches , éramos 4 personas y solo dejo un rollo de papel higiénico cuando le pedi mas dijo que yo debía comprarlo junto con bolsas para la basura, jabón de loza, jabón para la ducha … todos cosas básicas que debería tener el hospedaje. Escojan otro lugar. No se queden aca!
