- Mathias (1/5): Extremely disappointing check-in experience - The location, it’s in the famous Calle Corrientes (Microcentro) nearby the Obelisco This was by far the worst check-in experience we’ve ever had. The instructions provided to locate the apartment were confusing and incomplete, missing crucial details like the floor and door number. Only a number 4 was provided as address which ended up being the floor. We arrived after midnight and we had to collect the keys from a different hotel nearly 1 km away. When we finally reached the building, we couldn’t figure out which apartment was the right one. We tried contacting both the agency and the person we had spoken to earlier, but no one responded. With no way to access the property, we were left with no choice but to book a hotel for the first night. The next day, we finally received proper instructions. Only then were we informed that one of the “keys” (a plain black card with no indication of its purpose) was actually for the main door. To make matters worse, no one has apologized for the inconvenience, and we haven’t been refunded for the night we lost due to their poor communication. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through this kind of experience.
