Además, la persona que gestiona el alojamiento es muy amable y atenta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Como sugerencia, estaría bueno que detallen mejor qué elementos están incluidos, por ejemplo si hay plancha, toallas, shampoo o acondicionador. Entiendo que no es obligatorio que estén, pero tener esa información ayuda mucho a organizar la valija y viajar con más previsibilidad.

- Jose (3/5): Disappointing, it was imposible to relax during vacactions. - The location and space were great. The property was not properly cleaned, the sheets had stains and the floor was dusty and sticky. The bed had a “hole” in the mattress, meaning it was very uncomfortable because it was bended in from maybe much use, also the pillows were flat, not very confortable either. The ventilation of the bathroom was not working well and to top it all off, the digital door lock was not working properly either. One of the nights, me and my partner were left outside (at midnight), we had to contact the liaison person who then had to contact a locksmith to get us in the property, we had to walk to get new batteries and also had to change our plans for the next day, to be able to give access to another locksmith to fully solve the issue.
