- Gregory (1/5): - Location good Very dodgy owners. Booked for 4 nights but once arrived told we could only stay for 2. Owner left us outside in unfamiliar area for long time until we agreed to pay in cash instead of card. Got told off for drying clothes on terrace even though rest of property empty and we hadn't been told we could dry clothes on terrace.

- Gabriela (7/5): Sorpresa - La ubicación es la razón por la que lo elegí ya que está a la vuelta de un bar que suelo frecuentar. Encontré habitaciones cómodas, un buen colchón, ropa de cama limpia, abrigos y ventilador. Los baños limpios y había lugares para pasar momentos de ocio. La cocina muy completa, hermosa terraza, patio. Lamentablemente las habitaciones no están totalmente separadas unas de otras, no se tiene intimidad ni aislamiento para descansar. Aconsejo preguntar si eso se resolvió a personas con sueño ligero como el mío.

- alexandre (4/5): Bonne localisation mais inconfortable - la localisation est très bonne. Les jolies fenêtres ont attiré mon attention mais je trouve que le logement n’est pas bien car il n’est pas représentatif des photos sur booking. Il est plutôt mal meublé, il manque de lieu pour poser ses affaires dans la chambre et la salle de bain. La chasse d’eau n’est pas du tout pratique. On dirait que tout est fait pour couter le moins possible. C’est désagréable. Il laisse une impression de sal, avec des taches sur les draps, dans la salle de bain, des meubles abimés. Il n’y a qu’une prise type C dans la salle de bain. Le locataire est clairement au courant que nous sommes étranger et pourrait nous en avertir par gentillesse de ramener un adaptateur.

- Gerardino (4/5): Not again - The location close to everthing in San Telmo. The rooms are ok but no hot water all the week. First 3 days it was horrible noisy at night. Folks were screaming and talking and playing music until 3:00 in morning. The owner is obsessed from money. In 40 years of travelling I've never been hassled like from this woman for money and even I found me locked out of the building. After the payment to an employee she asked for even more and more. One of the worst experiences in 3 months in Argentina. Make your choice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Me encantó la Casa Encantador - This eclectic home is conveniently located in San Telmo, steps from the market and Féria. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-sized. The kitchen is good for bringing in take-out. There are lovely windows, and indoor courtyard, a balcony and a generously sized patio on the top level.

- Justin (1/5): Bad experience - I didnt like nothing about the apartment First of all, the staff treated us unpolitely and at first they didnt want us to stay for a couple of hours at the lobby before the check in even if it was raining outside. Second, the room was dirty and there was a bunch of sand at the carpet.

- Kelvin (6/5): - The is no staff on property but the manager Yasmin is quite responsive on WhatsApp. Room is dark, yet the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear and see the lights from other rooms. A lot of furniture broken. Mattress spring was sticking into my back.
- Sophiaxivada (8/5): Very good - Spacious room, with a fan which helps against mosquitoes! Ideal location, very central in San Telmo.
