The kitchen was very well appointed with appliances, cutlery and crockery, all in very good condition. The apartment had a washing machine which was much appreciated. Communication from the owners prior to stay was very comprehensive and timely. The best part of the stay was our host - she was very kind and friendly and (in addition to the very helpful written advice) met us in person to welcome us and give us great locals information about where to go and what to do in the Bariloche area - we really would not have had such a good visit without that information. We had a car and were able to reach the property easily - I think that the location would be less appropriate for travellers who did not have access to a car.

Buena ubicaciòn y todas las comodidades! - Excelente estadia, la vista es impresionante, se puede ver el lago desde todo el living y tambien al despertar desde la habitaciòn. Tienen parking en el lugar. Nos vinieron muy bien las recomendaciones en cuanto a compras, restaurantes y actividades que nos dieron. Flor fue nuestra anfitriona y estuvo siempre atenta a que tengamos todo para una buena estadia. Limpieza excelente y tenia todas las comodidades para pasar unos excelentes dias en el sur. Volveriamos sin lugar a duda.

Balducci.UY (9/5): Espectacular - Todo, el lugar, la vista, tiene todas la comodidades, fuimos en invierno, hay loza radiante, la temperatura adentro del departamento siempre estaba perfecta, las ventanas tienen vista al lago, un lugar hermoso que no dudaria en repetir. Las fotos en la publicacion coinciden con el departamento. No se me ocurre nada.
Ignacio (10/5): Súper recomendable! - Excelente ubicación , punto medio entre el cerro catedral y el centro de Bariloche , tenía súper y bares muy cerca y unas vistas increíbles. El departamento es tipo duplex muy amplio , éramos una familia de 7 y estuvimos muy cómodos , tiene estacionamiento seguro y los dueños súper amables y pendientes de que tengamos una linda estadía , la verdad lo súper recomiendo Todo perfecto
Obbrizzo (7/5): - El departamento es re lindo. Tiene una vista al lago que todo turista espera tener. Super completo, todo para pasar una cómoda estadía. Tiene loza radiante así que el frío y la ropa mojada no es un problema. Lástima que cuando fuimos no había una gota de nieve en Bariloche. Un detalle del dpto C (para 4 personas) es que la mesa principal es fija, 4 personas comen tocándose los codos. Tiene bañera, el agua sale divina, pero super patinosa, peligrosa para niños o personas grandes. Lo que no nos gustó fue la intencidad de la anfitriona, así que me voy a tomar el tiempo de comentarlo porque el lugar es lindo y vale la pena hospedarse ahí, pero un poco nos molestó. Fue muy amable al recibirnos y despedirnos, pero un poco densa con el dpto. Fuimos tres noches y dos días, llegamos a la tardecita de un jueves y nos fuimos el domingo a la mañana, a principios de agosto. Cuando nos dio las instruciones de uso del dpto fue muy minuciosa y nos pidió varias cosas, entre ellas que cuando nos vayamos dejemos las cortinas cerradas porque sino se estropean los muebles con el sol. El primer día salimos y nos olvidamos de cerrar las cortinas, nos mandó mensajes para pedirnos por favor que no nos olvidemos porque sino el sillón pierde el color y el cubrecamas también, en fin, nos resultó exagerado porque era un sol de pleno invierno, de principios de agosto. El segundo día al medio día, estabamos en plena excursión y nos estaba escribiendo para saber a qué hora nos ibamos a ir al día siguiente asi iba a recibir el departamento. Cuando nos fuimos nos pidió encarecidamente que valoremos y hagamos comentarios porque les sumaba mucho valor. Luego de que nos fuimos me escribió 4 veces más porque veía que no habíamos comentado en Booking. Son tonterías, pero nos pareció un montón.

Anfitriã Angelica e seu esposo Carlos são atenciosos e disponíveis. Os quartos e a sala de estar tem uma vista maravilhosa do lago Nahuel Huapi. Localização boa para quem está de carro ou gosta de caminhadas.
