Leila (10/5): - I stayed alone but it could have been confortable for 2 people. Walkable distance to visit Chinatown (must see) and just a few mins away from the metro station. There’s a mini market right across the street. You can have breakfast or dinner in any of the restaurants or cafes on Cabildo ave. I had no car so I’m not sure if you can park easily or not. I imagine it shouldn’t be a problem, it didn’t look packed.
Leila (10/5): - The location is great. We walked to Chinatown and you can eat and walk by Cabildo ave (2mins away). The metro station is also 2mins away. The apartment has a fridge, stove, etc. it was everything I needed

Havia reservado outro local que, faltando menos de uma semana de nossa viagem, cancelou nossa hospedagem, sem uma explicação razoável. Conseguimos reservar este, que foi um achado! Ótima comunicação por whatsapp, extremamente limpo e confortável, numa zona agradabilíssima de Buenos Aires! Muito obrigada!
Ruben Marcelo (6/5): Dicen con cocheras y son mentiras NO TIENEN.. - El dpto muy comodo..limpio.. falta informacion sobre uso de calefaccion y clave de wifi..Ademas cuando ofrecen dice que posee estacionamiento por un costo x..cdo confirmas la estadia te avisan que esta todo ocupado, en realidad parece una mentira pq desde el viernes hasta el lunes a la mañana estuvo el estacionamiento VACIO...te dan opciones de cocheras y resulta que los costos son en 50% del valor diario del Dpto.
Karla (6/5): Precisa de melhoras!! - Apesar de novo, faltam itens básicos. Como não tem portaria no prédio, você tem que conseguir acesso mediante chave. Tivemos que ficar 1hora na calçada esperando. A noite inteira tem um barulho de água passando por cano (atrás da geladeira, então pode ser ela tb), que não deixa dormir direito. A televisão fica muito baixa, o que não deixa que se consiga assistir na cama. São itens fáceis de arrumar, mas que precisam de solução para que seja viável usar o local.

She was also able to sort a taxi transfer. Communication was great and the accommodation was very clean, had all the amenities and a comfortable bed.
Verified traveler (8/5): Instrucciones poco claras - Todo excelente, excepto que fue un lio contactarse con alguien para hacer el check-in. Practicamente tuvimos que rastrear el numero de whatsapp de quien nos debia atender. El que habia en el correo de confirmacion no era. Encima hacés check in a partir de las 14 h, pero el horario de atencion de ese whatsapp es a partir de las 17 h. Tuvimos que dar vueltas por ahi hasta que se contactaron con nosotros para darnos las instrucciones.
