• Cesar Damian (10/5): - La seguridad, la atención por mensajes antes de la estadía para coordinar y recordar todo. Bien equipado, y cómodo, la pileta genial.
• Guido (3/5): No recomendable - El lugar cuenta con una buena vista del lago El ingreso al establecimiento esta en mal estado, a las escaleras le faltaban peldaños y al circular con valijas se vuelve algo peligroso. El dia posterior al ingreso al complejo quisimos utilizar la pileta techada y se encontraba en muy malas condiciones el agua, nose si alguien realizo la queja correspondiente pero al otro dia nos informan por mensaje que la pileta no se iba a poder utilizar en el dia. Se quemo el foco del baño (la unica luminaria con la que contaba) realizamos el reclamo y nos dijeron que esperaramos al otro dia que iba a haber alguien de mantenimiento, es decir que no nos brindaron ninguna solucion se suponia que utilizaramos el baño a oscuras, obviamente al otro dia nadie se acerco a realizar el reemplazo del foco por lo cual tuvimos que nosotros quitar un foco de un dormitorio para ponerlo en el baño porque es imposible utilizar un baño a oscuras. Por ultimo luego de retirarnos nos acusaron via mensajes de que habiamos dejado una parrilla sucia la cual habiamos utilizado al medio dia del dia anterior a realizar el check out y la habiamos dejado limpia en buenas condiciones, me parecio bastante desubicada la acusacion que nos realizaron via mensaje.

• Andrea (2/5): - La ubicacion, la vista al lago, la playita. El personal a pesar de todo siempre fueron muy amables. Le falta muchisimo mantenimiento, tanto las cabañas como el complejo en si. La cantidad de escaleras para acceder a todos lados se volvió muy tedioso, ya que fuimos con bicicletas, no estaba especificado en el anuncio.

• Noelia (8/5): Buena pero algunas cosas q mejorar - La vista desde el domingo No se pudo usar el horno, perdía mucho gas. No tenía microondas. El antebaño muy holgado que se tornaba incómodo. El día feriado la señora nos mandó mensaje que no había pileta, luego no sé qué pasó q mandó mensaje que se podía usar a un horario. Justamente uno alquila con piscina para usarla no importa si es feriado o no. Agregaría un box para cambiarse y sacarse la malla mojada en el sector pileta
• García (10/5): Hermoso lugar para relajarse y disfrutar - Todo muy hermoso. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Fuimos con nuestra perrita que también estuvo súper bien. La ubicación es muy buena. La vista muy linda. Después de un día frío y con lluvia nos metimos a la pileta climatizada que tiene esa hermosa vista. Súper limpio y todo funcionó perfecto. Las chicas de limpieza muy amables. Nada malo para agregar 🫶

• Angel (10/5): - Experiencia increíble. El apartamento está situado en un lugar perfecto si llevas auto. A 10min de Bariloche pero con mucha tranquilidad y unas vistas al lago maravillosas. Además, está muy bien situado para hacer excursiones hacia el Cerro Tronador, Cerro Catedral, el Circuito Chico, la Colonia Suiza, etc. La piscina mirando al lago y el acceso a la playa directamente son un lujo. La cama es muy cómoda y al dormir no se oye nada de nada. Tranquilidad total. La atención de Patricia ha sido perfecta en todo momento ayudándonos rápidamente en todo lo que hemos necesitado.

Also very nice to have a kitchen with some salad and spice condiments and paper towel and nice big coffee mugs. They went out of their way to make us comfortable - even bringing over a microwave. All good accept the sprinklers seem to go off random times during the day and one time we got really wet. They should put them on at night , or put out a sign saying what time they will go on .

• Yaroslav (9/5): An almost secluded place at the beach close to Cerro Castillo and the town. - The location, view, design of the building, ease of checking in, many helpful advises from Patricia, name it, everything was perfect
• Arlyn (10/5): Amazing view! - Cabana 8 has an amazing view of the lake. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host only spoke Spanish and it was quite hard to communicate with her on WhatsApp using Google Translate but it all worked out in the end.

• Paula (7/5): It was a last minute booking because the previous one was cancelled, good but could be much better - The property had a great view to the lake and surroundings. Sheets and towels were clean. Receptionist was kind and available most of the time. All bungalows have digital locks with codes. Including the access to the property. Too many stairs, when you travel with luggage, it’s a pain to go yo and down carrying heavy suitcases. Specially if you travel with kids. Toilet wasn’t that clean, I had tu purchase leach yo clean it myself. Heating was really high when we arrived and had to put it at 21 celsius to avoid sofocation. Main windows cannot be opened, only small windows in the bathroom and kitchen. Room service was good but once a maintenance guy showed up to put a usb hub in the bedroom without previous notice. I don’t like when all staff has access to my room when I am not in there.

• María (7/5): Good - Great location. Owner very helpful. "Breakfast" is a bit of a stretch but a nice touch. It was pastries left at the door in the mornings (Monday-Saturday) - no delivery Sunday. Some problems with the hot water supply, ask them how to solve it yourselves when it happens on day 1. Drying rack would have been useful for dishes. Apart from those niggles, everything was great.
