• Andrea (8/5): Ich würde es sofort weiterempfehlen - Die Lage ist super. Die Kommunikation war auch super hat alles geklappt. Das einzige Problem war, dass das WLAN am letzten Tag nicht mehr funktioniert hat. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man sich darum kümmert, wir sind dann aber abgefahren.

• Dennis (7/5): Appartement met veel potentie - Duidelijke instructies over hoe je het appartement binnenkomt. Het appartement zelf is prachtig en heeft een balkon met uitzicht over de binnenplaats. Het is ook aanzienlijk goedkoper dan hotels in de buurt. Het bed was net te kort waardoor ik met mijn voeten over de rand hing, terwijl ik zelf helemaal niet lang ben. Daarnaast hielden de gordijnen weinig licht tegen, waardoor het moeilijk was om goed te slapen. Daarbovenop zijn er momenteel werkzaamheden heel dichtbij het appartement die elke ochtend om 7 uur beginnen. Het leek er ook niet op alsof dit op de korte termijn voorbij is. De balkondeuren houden weinig geluid tegen. Daarnaast kan ik de gym geen gym noemen. Het is simpelweg een kamer met een bankje en een paar gewichten.
• DAMIEN (8/5): J ai passé un tres bon moment, je recommande vraiment c est un tres bon rapport qualite prix - La facilité de la communication avec l équipe, l endroit calme et bien situé et une literie confortable. La piscine en roof top est un top. Rien de spécial si ce n’est un bruit persistant venant de la canalisation de la salle de bains mais rien de bien dérangeant. La télé fonctionnait pas trop mais j’étais pas là pour regarder la télé!

• eyal (9/5): - There is security at the entrance to the building. The new one is clean. For every request, for example, towels, an extra blanket, coffee, we received it immediately. Outstanding service. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building. Very convenient. The apartment is in the center of cafes around, a young atmosphere.

El lugar queda en una de las mejores zonas para recorrer y visitar Palermo, bares y lugares para almorzar/cenar. A dos cuadras hay estacionamiento, y de todas maneras la zona es super segura.

All appliances are new and in good order. Spotless cleannes and very nice staff. Palermo is my favourite neighborhood in BA, trendy but quite, low key and inclusive. I would like better towels.

The location is perfect ,close to a really nice cafe shop just around the corner, 20 min walk from Palermo Soho centre and close to many restaurants .There is a loundry room in the basement which was very handy.The host is very nice and helpful. Very safe and lovely to walk around. Pool was a lovely bonus. Work area looked good although I suspect very hot when sunny as no shades on windows? Bit of noise from the other apartments
• Khaled (10/5): It was the best apartment I ever stayed in! - Location is excellent, it's in a quiet part of Palermo but also everything is within walking distance. Spacious Friendly receptionists Automated doors with pin numbers (no need to carry keys) Kitchen has all needed supplies Supermarket (DIA) is just a 2-minute walk away Friendly host (name is Nahir I believe) Quiet at night (I'm a light sleeper, and I managed to get very good sleep) The swimming pool on the roof was great, especially since I was there during a heat wave Very safe neighborhood Gym facilities were excellent Laundry room The view from the balcony was lovely and filled with greenery There is also a large working space in the building on the top floor. I didn't need to use it, but if I was also working it would have been very comfortable space ##Photos are from inside the apartment / the swimming pool / the street right in front of the entrance / the view from the balcony (photo includes a cat from the neighbors across who accompanies me on the other balcony while I was sitting outside)

It's surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, live music venues, art galleries. The neighbourhood is very walkable and feels safe. It's one of the most beautiful parts of Buenos Aires. if you need to work during your stay, the internet speed is good enough for video, and there is a free shared workspace in the building.

Fast WiFi and a smart TV add to the comforts provided. The kitchen area is small but more than adequate. Similarly, the bathroom is first class. The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood with a 24 hour Concierge at the building's entrance. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk. Communication with Nahir, our host, was very clear and access was flawless. Nahir was very helpful with local knowledge and responded to any queries promptly. Linen changes and cleaning are frequent. Would recommend and certainly stay again. Nothing. All good.

When you go out onto the street, you find many restaurants, kiosks, supermarkets and exchange offices that make it much easier for tourists. In my case, I visited many specialty coffee shops in the area that were recommended to me and I enjoyed it.

Staying so close to so many tourist places of interest and having a range of restaurants and bars so close for me is the key to a good trip. The security system is good, I like not having to depend on the keys since it had an access code. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation: everything is clean and in good condition. The room is fully equipped so you don't need anything.

There is a coffee maker with coffee capsules already ready, which I think is a plus.

There are people on the street at all times which gave me peace of mind when walking. The apartment is comfortable, functional and safe. Staying in Palermo seems to me to be the best option to visit Buenos Aires and be close to everything. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, a functional kitchen, excellent facilities, air conditioning, TV and much more. I felt super comfortable here and that's why I would return.

There were complimentary bottles of water and coffee in the apartment and we loved the gesture of goodwill. I only have good things to say because the experience was phenomenal. A nice apartment with everything in working order and in an ideal location to explore Buenos Aires and get to know Palermo, a charming neighborhood.
