• Adrian (8/5): Decent value for money even though some things were lacking. - Nice to have access to the room with a code rather than keys. I appreciated the kitchen supplies and toiletries. Furnishings were minimal but very modern. Also appreciated the spaciousness of the accommodation. There was a lot of road noise even in the middle of the night way up on the 12th floor, weights in the gym was very much lacking, luckily there are many calisthetics stations in parks at BA, paint was peeling in most of the baseboards, 3/5 of the doors leading to the terrace didn't have keys to be able to open; needs more furnishing, lighting, and a bbq in the terrace for full enjoyment; pocket door was not level, one of the lights in the living room was burnt out, couldn't find a switch for the bedroom ceiling light, no exhaust fan in the kitchen, a wall had scribbles made by a child, wall decor was lacking.

• Stepan (9/5): Good value for money. Short or long stay. - A very nice and tidy apartment facing away from noisy Santa Fe. Very quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable. The terrace was awesome. The kitchen was well-equipped. Good bathroom. Access was easy. The pictures on Booking.com are accurate. Did not have a chance to use the gym but it looked great though not big. The soundproofing of the building is not ideal and noise from corridor and other apartments could be heard but there was not much. Hot water did not last long enough to take a decent shower. The dishes were not ideally clean, unfortunately.

• Tracy (6/5): - Pros- clean and good location Cons- did not offer basic needs. Provided one towel and one hand towel only, one roll of toilet paper for an 8 day stay. There is oven but no oven mitts or baking sheets. Bed did not have sheets or pillow cases. There is no where to sit to eat. The stools are too tall to sit at the counter. There is a nice balcony but absolutely no furniture out there to enjoy it. The pans all are damaged with handkes falling off so be prepared to use towels to hold the pan while you cook. After contacting owner, they dropped off only one additional hand towel and one additional roll of toilet paper. Communication was poor, reached out numerous times 24 hours before check in to get directions on how to get access to apartment with no response. They finally responded after 5pm the day of checkin, so we were waiting hours before getting access to the room. It is clean, safe and good location. Just be prepared to go shopping for not only food but kitchen, bathroom and bedroom supplies as they do not provide them.

• Alvaro H (10/5): Apartamentos perfectos para ir a Buenos Aires - Los apartamentos son perfectos. Alquilamos 3 para 12 personas y los 3 estaban lindos, bien decorados, limpios, amplios. Nos estresó un poco que se demoraron en darnos los códigos de acceso pero tuvimos un muy buen soporte por parte de Hoteles.com. Siempre estuvieron pendientes y hasta que no pudieron contactar con la propiedad no cerraron el caso.
• Fisher (5/5): Spacious but sterile with not even a bottle of water - Spacious Sterile, plastic plant, would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water, tea, and coffee. No help with bags. No instructions on how to operate anything in the room.

• Mariela (4/5): - The only good things about this apartment are its location (we needed to be in the area) and the building's security. We had never been to a place where hosts are so cheap. The towels were small, and so used that we needed to get new ones. There was no microwave or freezer. The suite for 4 had a college-size refrigerator (2 bottles of water were as much as we could fit). The ACs made a lot of noise and were so old that they barely worked. The place and balcony were so dirty that we could scarcely be outside and needed to wear shoes inside the house. And while the apartment has two pools (it has so many guests), you are constantly fighting for a spot. The deck has four chairs for 40 guests (no kidding!). We won't be back, and you will be better off elsewhere.

Not clear instructions about the door closing system and terrible communication with the host. We asked for additional bed sheets and they were not provided. Most of the time our messages were ignored by host or dismissed.

• Sharon (5/5): Good location but very noisy - we didnt book a breakfast option. The apartment does offer city views and access to gym amd pool all of which were included. The location offers very easy access to public transport, bus, metro and taxi right outside the door the apartment has tea and coffe making facilities but it would have been nice to have at least 2 or 3 coffe pods or teabgs as a starter pack. The road / traffic noise is immense from this particular apartment perhaps due to the large balcony so brings ear plugs.

• Juan (5/5): won't be back - Well, it has nothing special, just did the work Very low quality furniture, small bed , not a king size or whatever, very noisy, insonorization is extremely bad, not even a bottle of water on arrival.Lots of rules wrtitten and i found it not cheap for what's offered.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Reserved a room with "1 king bed and 1 sofa bed", arrived to find 2 single beds and 1 sofa with a pull out bed. Pull out bed was stained, as was the sofa. Kitchen was equipped for what was needed. We had previously stayed at the property in another apartment however this one did not match the expectations.
• Siddharth (10/5): Amazing place. - Amazing place to stay. Luxurious, very economical, electronic curtain roller, a big balcony, electronic door lock with the unlock key given by the host during checkin. Prime location, kiosks, printout shops nearby, very near to the infamous Indian restaurant Tandoor. The host is very friendly and accommodated our check-in and check-out times. Will definitely choose this place to stay in our future visits to Buenos Aires.

• Tomas (9/5): Superb - nice clean safe place, 2 pools, gym included! You book in booking, but still you get in whatsapp message to your names and passport ids, and what is your email and to your email they send link, where you made a payment online before you get message with code to entry. It looks like scam, but is not scam, in this case is "normal step". I canot pay in cash (efectivo) which is more conveniently for us. Just we worried about this, but finally everithing was ok.
