Good kitchen with provided cookware Noisy - even at 1am there was noise of partying. The doors and the windows barely provide any sound dampening. Cleanliness of the linens could be improved - some linen stains. Shower could use a curtain - water floods everywhere.

- Lapolli (7/5): Bom custo benefício. O apartamento é limpo, agradável e localizado numa boa região. - Boa limpeza, boa localização, região tranquila no entorno, bons cafés e restaurantes próximos. Sacada ampla e agradável. Chuveiro é ótimo, porém não havia box de vidro e o banheiro ficava alagado. A cama poderia ser melhor e os travesseiros também. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas foi prontamente resolvido. Senti falta de um lixeiro no banheiro para colocar fora itens de higiene pessoal. Poderiam disponibilizar mais sacos de lixo no quarto.

Poderia ter um espelho de corpo inteiro e a cortina estava parcialmente danificada mas nada que tenha impactado nossa estadia. O esquema de pagamento e depósito de reserva poderia ter sido melhor explicado desde o momento da reserva, por sorte não impactou nossa estadia pois conseguimos negociar no momento da entrada.

Sí dejaría abierta la sugerencia de tener valores mas reales para los argentinos que viajamos dentro de nuestro país porque para el extranjero es muy económico, pero en mi caso el tipo de cambio peso a dólares es complejo.

The instructions were in Spanish and we could not decipher them. Les rideaux de douches ! Stop. Ce n' est ni adapté ni agréable. Première fois que je vois ça dans mes voyages. Pas de petit dej, dommage.

- Paula (8/5): Finde largo cómodo y relajado - Llegar fue muy fácil y rápido. El ingreso mediante código también fue fácil y rápido. Siempre estuve comunicada con recepción. Luego me moví en colectivo, subte, uber y caminando sin ningún problema, todo queda cerca. Volví sola de noche y nunca me sentí en peligro. Es una zona hermosa, con muchos lugares para comer y visitar. El dpto tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía super cómoda. Me pareció un espacio hermoso. La piscina también me encantó. La cama fue muy cómoda, Internet funcionaba perfectamente y también tenía Flow. Cuando ingresé el dpto se veía impecable, así que me saqué las zapatillas en la entrada y caminé en medias blancas acomodando mis cosas, lamentablemente las medias quedaron negras. No se si será que le pasan un producto al piso tipo cera o que en realidad no estaba limpio. Los muebles también se veían limpios, pero a contraluz se notaban manchas de dedos. Los controles remotos estaban llenos de grasitud. Son detalles, que al menos para mí suman, y por esto es que no le puse la calificación máxima.

- Esther Berends (9/5): - Goede locatie, fijne indeling van het appartement en goede badkamer. Het had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het appartement was erg gehorig. We werden 's nachts wakker van mensen die op de gang praatten of van verkeer en 's ochtends vroeg werden we wakker door de bouw van een nieuw gebouw tegenover het appartement (januari 2026).

- Sofia Constanza (10/5): Hermoso edificio, habitacion super comoda. - La ubicacion es hermosa, toda la zona super linda y la senti super segura tambien. Cerca hay muchisimos bares y lugares para tomar cafe. Tambien hay varios supermercaditos y kioscos 24hs. El edificio tambien precioso con patio y lugar para trabajar. Los anfitriones habilitaron las claves para ingresar al edificio y la habitacion super facil y rapido sin problemas. Todo impecable adentro con lugares para guardar el equipaje comodamente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de perlas. No tuve ningun problema en la ducha, no se mojaba ni se escapaba el agua, tenia sistema de ventilacion tambien. En resumen hermoso! Gracias<3 Creo que fue problema de booking pero yo habia pedido la tercera habitacion y me termine quedando en la habitacion con el sillon amarillo. No fue ningun problema ya que era muy linda igual y tenia todas las comodidades.

- Rolando Jose (1/5): Facilities are good but if you want a smooth and safe check-in, payment and check-out I’d advise to avoid. - I was very disappointed with my experience at this apartment hotel. While I must admit that the facilities themselves are quite good and the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, the overall management and coordination were extremely poor. Good amenities alone do not make up for poor management and unsafe practices. Until they improve their coordination and implement proper, secure payment procedures, I cannot recommend this place. The biggest problem was being asked to send a photo of my credit card via WhatsApp (they did accept the photo only showing the lat 4 digits and name). The booking is not paid via Booking.com, they asked me to pay a deposit and the rates on a different website. I definitely book via booking.com because I find it to be more safe and reliable. If I knew I would be forced to use an alternative website to enter my card details and pay, I wouldn’t book with the property. The access to the building works with a PIN code, the system failed several times and had to wait to residents and staff to tap me in and out. After checking out, I wanted to leave luggage for some hours, took them about half an hour to coordinate this and I had to carry my luggage to an office in a different building they manage.

- Giusiano (5/5): - La localización del depto es muy buena, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y bares El departamento no era acorde a lo que se mostraba en las fotos. Algunos de los detalles: el depto huele mucjo a humedad, las cortinas tenían pequeños agujeros, el cubrecamas estaba sucio en varias partes, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba y el WiFi tampoco. Tuvimos que usar durante nuestra estadía el WiFi de otro piso con muy baja velocidad y muchas limitaciones. El personal administrativo deja mucho que desear. Nos exigieron a nuestra llegada efectuar dos veces el pago de la estadía y la garantía, bajo la premisa que no les había llegada el primer pago aunque teníamos constancia de su realización. Nos dejaron esperando en la calle por apeoz. 1 h hasta que pagamos por segunda vez. Ante mi pedido de aclarar el asunto telefónicamente recibí una negación. No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento.

The walls are thin and it can be loud, the check in via WhatsApp is not the best and lacks data security, and the breakfast arrangement with the café next to it was good but not a lot and it started quite late (earliest at 8:30)

Não ter geladeira - isto foi muito ruim. Ah e só consegui entrar pq uma pessoa estava saindo - e isso tb aconteceu de eu abrir a porta para uma senhora que estava chegando e não conseguia contato.

- Bruno Felipe (6/5): Frustrou - Edifícios no novo e nos localização para ficar em bairro Não tinha vidro no banheiro, mas sim um plástico mole, como se fosse uma capa de sacola, isso fazia que alagasse o banheiro, avisei a estadia e não fizeram nada, eu esperava a troca por outro quarto. Não tinha o chuveiro fixo, mas sim um chuveiro de mão, pessimo para tomar banho. O café da manhã é na cafeteira terceirizada embaixo, limitado a algumas opções. Não tem recepção, tudo online, senti falta de algum pessoalmente para resolver problemas

- Matheus (9/5): Ótima opção - Localização muito boa, quarto grande e confortável Funcionários bem solícitos A recepção fica em um outro prédio, cerca de duas quadras. Não foi um grande problema mas vale a atenção na hora de ir deixar as bagagens caso ainda não tenha feito check in ou caso já tenha feito o check out

Si tuviera que encontrarle algo para corregir diría que la ducha. Es imposible que no se inunde el baño al ducharte porque la mampara apenas cubre un poco por lo que debés contar con bastante tiempo para secar el baño luego y no hay artículos de limpieza a disposición.

- Vanessa (7/5): Last minute nightmare! Beware: last minute demands/requests for photos of documents/credit cards via WhatsApp co - Good location, well-lit, pretty clean. Terrible customer service with one exception: Edgar! No answer to several messages days before arrival. Last minute demand for photo of passport via WhatsApp: this should be stated way in advance, rather than hours before arrival. When I explained I wasn’t comfortable sending this (concern over identity theft), the employee ended the WhatsApp conversation & proceeded to cancel my reservation alleging my credit card was invalid (NOT TRUE). Had to call Booking.com for help. I suppose I only got help due to my reporting that company requests photo of credit card (front & back) via WhatsApp as a way to pay for security deposit. Great way to facilitate theft! There’s no reason for the company to ask for this, as credit card info is already provided to Booking.com. The company’s WhatsApp messages are read by anyone and everyone there. If anyone is naïve enough to send such information, they’re in for a SCAM. No reception, no receptionist, iron sticky with rubber or plastic on it ruined piece of clothing. No closet. Electronic locks don’t work well, not even for staff. Many people stuck trying to open apartment and building doors. Noisy: walls seem to be paper-thin. Could hear neighbors as if they were in the apartment with you.

- Marina (8/5): - Nice appartment/room. It was quiet and clean and well equipped. Written communication with the staff via whatsapp was efficient. Not interacting face-to-face with a human being; first time using this system, and it was weird. In this particular room/apartment, there was nowhere to store clothes (not even a floating shelf) and no safe. The shower was powerful, but the curtain was flimsy, which made it difficult to shower without getting the floor wet. The rest was all good.
- Luiz Fernando (8/5): Balanço final foi muito bom! - Limpeza excepcional e boa localização. Os funcionários do help Desk on-line sempre muito atenciosos. A fechadura de entrar no prédio e no apartamento são horríveis. Lentas e difíceis de usar.
