• Sara Janina (7/5): Very comfortable, close to bars and restaurants - The location and the building, in particular the gym and the hot tub and the wrap around view there The apartment was very clean and new, the bed super comfortable and super clean. The not so positive is that it didn’t have too much of an open view, the balcony was quite small and there is a high step in the bathroom and the balcony. I stumbled on the bathroom step and almost fell when I entered the shower. It would be great if it had a full body mirror.

• Belen (10/5): Increible experiencia - Me encanto el edificio donde se encuentra ubicado el departamento, muy bien ambientado, comodo, la gente de recepción muy amable. Es buenísimo que hasta tarde hay lugares para comer, esta situado en pleno centro de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Accesos por todos lados, transporte publico, cochera ene mismo edificio.

• susana (10/5): - There was nothing not to like about this property: Wonderfully located, beautifully decorated, clean, and reasonably priced. I spent a lovely 6 days in a studio apt. on the 12th floor. I fully recommend it and I would certainly return whenever I go back to Buenos Aires.

• Mirta (10/5): - Everything was great. They are not very flexible. Quick to let you know at 11:00am they are going to deactivate your code in the room. My flight leave at 10:15pm, I didn’t have a place to leave my luggage after 11:00pm. They don’t let you know until the last minutes the code for you to check in and they dont tell they will let you know the code. You have to continuing ask for it. No good communication, but and the most important my stay was wonderful!!!

• Andrew (10/5): Fantastic apartment in an excellent location. - This is a modern, spacious, exceptionally clean apartment with a magnificent balcony view over the Recoleta cemetery area. There are dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes within minutes. Highly recommended. A couple of minor suggestions: -there was only 1 tea bag and 1 coffee sachet, a few more would have been appreciated - the entry instructions were good to get into the apartment, but didn't explain how to lock the electronic lock when leaving. When queried by email there was an instant response.

• Karim (10/5): A gem in the center of Buenos Aires. A beautiful building, excellent location, superb team. - The location honestly does not get better than this. It is so conveniently located in Recoleta, you can walk all around it and get around all the other beautiful parts of Buenos Aires with extreme ease. The building has good security measures, attentive front desk. It is very luxurious and well decorated. You do not need to even walk more than 2 minutes to eat, shop, exchange money, the convenience is exceptional. The team is extremely responsive, answered all my questions very quickly, helped tremendously with suggestions. They go above and beyond. They honestly made me feel well taken care of.
• Aerance (10/5): - This property is as good as it gets in Recoleta, if being close to the main attractions were your main purpose. The view of the balcony overlooked the park and the infamous cemetery. We stayed in the superior apartment suite with a large balcony. Had a decent kitchen and full size fridge. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony brought in a lot of sunlight. What's not mentioned much in the description were the roof-top pool, health center with sauna and Jacuzzi and a small but adequate gym. There is also paid laundry (washer/dryer) in the basement. One thing to note is, it's above the main tourist area of Recoleta, where noise can be an issue, but the balcony glass doors do a decent job in cancelling out the noise. An overall 10/10 stay.

Doors that opened onto a small balcony from which to drink my morning coffee. Gym and swimming pool right on the top floor. I walked everywhere as it was very central.

After an hour and call to the property the issue was resolved. The room amenities, cleanliness etc were as promisee. The safety locker within the room was not working either

Because it was t a traditional hotel there was no daily cleaning service and replacement of toilet paper and paper towels. On a very positive note the bed was by far the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. We will return to this condo but stay in a one bedroom next visit instead of a studio. We would also like to comment on the wonderful staff who were friendly, gracious and welcoming. The managers Rodrigo and Denise were great. No daily cleaning

Property was phenomenal and I honestly don’t think it could have been in a better location for tourists. • Roslyn (7/5): Good - We forgot to bring the necessary electrical adapters, and I contacted the company before arriving, and an adapter was placed in the apartment before we got there. There was good instruction about how to enter with a code, but when we wanted to leave, there was no instruction to lock the door when exiting. As it was after hours, I had to text the emergency #. I was advised to do what I had already tried without success. Obviously, the person I was in communication with did not know the answer. I found out how to lock the door from the second person I asked in the apartment hallway. This is important information that should be included.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Apartment building is very new and has a well-stocked gymn and rooftop pool. Its not a lap pool but a good soaking pool for about 20. There is a grocery store on the same block as many other specialty take out shops (pizza, empanadas, wine and beer, as well as a pharmacy). The studio had a brand new kitchenette with a dorm sized fridge and microwave and sink. There is a spacious closet with ironing board and clothes drying rack. The balcony is very nice but has no chairs.

• Kylie (9/5): Stunning apartment in a perfect location - Beautiful apartment, lovely modern minimal decor. The apartment was really clean, had great amenities in the kitchen and a really comfortable bed. The location can not be beaten, so close to the Recoleta cemetery and lots of beautiful eateries. The pool and gym area was also top quality. The security guard at the reception also made me feel very safe. The elevators are quick and I never had to wait more than a minute for one to arrive. The noise from the hallway was really loud, whenever the people next door or across the hall accessed their apartments you could hear them putting in their codes and the doors slamming. Also the blinds don’t cover the whole window. If you are a heavy sleeper then none of this will bother you.

• Robert (10/5): Deco, Deco, Deco, go, go, go.........there! - Siperb facilities across the board. Apartments immaculate, clean, all you need in the apartments. Furniture fantastic. Fantastic view. Peaceful, but a lively area downstairs, although you wouldn't know it, as can'tt hear a thing. Supermarkets a block away. Restaurants and bars 2 min walk. It's just a great place to live. We're thinking of returning here in September, that good! The guys who work for the lettings are sensational. Rodi was first contac.
