- Patricio (1/5): Desastre! - Ingrese al departamento y no tenía agua caliente para bañarse. Tuve que irme al otro día, la administración te responde cada 30 min. La calefacción hace mucho ruido.

- Mariana (10/5): - Hermosísimo el apartamento. Muy considerados al dejarnos ingresar antes del horario habitual. Volveremos. No pudimos conseguir dónde enchufar el cargador del celu, ni tampoco tenían adaptador para prestarnos. Quizás puedan considerar ese punto. Gracias!
- Ana Laura (6/5): Más o menos - Muy limpio a destacar! Muy poco atentos, no había ni un sobregiro de te o café, ni una botellita de agua nada de nada, poco abrigo para las camas.
- Medina (5/5): - Llegamos y la cama estaba destendida y las toallas usadas (osea no se habia limpiado la habitacion del huesped anterior). Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. Después de decenas de mensajes ida y vuelta se logro solucionar internet, por 24 hs no andaba bien, tuvieron q darnos acceso a otra red. El secador es de juguete. Casi que llega a lo básico. Un atomice los mensajes recordandote que tenes que dejar la habitación a las 10.

- Vivianne (10/5): Todo lindo, limpio, y muy comodo. - Estaba todo impecable. La cama muuuy comoda. Sabanas, y toallas excelente calidad. Electrodomesticos nuevos. Linda ubicacion. Zona tranquila. Solo estuve una noche por lo que no puedo evaluar mucho mas. Solicite un check in mas temprano y un check out mas tarde y no tuve respuesta positiva. Fueron inflexibles siendo que era un fin de semana lluvioso y de poca actividad que hubiera sido bueno levantarse un poquito mas tarde con lluvia.

- Fiorenza (5/5): - I was dissatisfied with the complete absence of personal contact, with communication conducted exclusively via WhatsApp. There is a notable lack of flexibility and of essential strategic services. For example, the requirement to pay for an early check-in: as we arrived at 5 a.m., we were effectively obliged to pay for an additional night in order to avoid waiting until the official check-in time. A 3:00 p.m. check-in is excessively late and should be brought forward. There is also no luggage storage service upon departure. We were required to check out at 10:00 a.m. and subsequently had to find another hotel in the city willing to hold our luggage, incurring an additional cost. This is highly inconvenient for guests with late evening return flights. Finally, the apartment itself is characterised by low-quality materials—more appearance than substance. The only positive aspect is the kitchen, which is well equipped. Cleanliness upon arrival was unsatisfactory: there were crumbs under the bed, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned. On first use, it produced a foul-smelling white residue (presumably from previous use with milk). Concerned about possible mould, I did not use it for the entire duration of my stay.

Pedí muchas veces una early check in nunca me dijeron si o no, las respuestas no eran claras y no te mandan el código hasta que sean las 15h. Tenía una reunión importante a la cual conectarme y les pedí el código en reiteradas oportunidades para que me el tiempo a llegar y poder conectarme y siendo las 15h no me mandaron hasta que les avisé que estaba abajo y ahí recién lo hicieron. El código de arriba no funcionaba, me tuvieron que mandar otro pero ya perdí mucho tiempo para lo que tenía que hacer.

Esta exigencia no está claramente expresada en la publicación ya que se encuentra como comentario adicional malicioso y en otro idioma porque seguramente muchos no los elegirían por esto . Por falta de predisposición del anfitrión para resolver el problema con celeridad estuve tres días tratando de que Booking me lo solucione porque no me quería dar ingreso y el pago era sin reembolso. Lamentable.
