Sadece oda biraz küçüktü bir de kahvaltıda daha fazla seçenek olabilir.

Kerry (10/5): Exceptional wish we stayed longer. - Location was fabulous so close so the train station and we had the family suite of two rooms which was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Really good quality finish and very new and exceptionally clean. Minor but some milks for the tea/coffee would have been nice. Otherwise it was simply exceptional.

Good breakfast Mm X2 A small table next to the couch would be useful for cups of coffee and other drinks. The threshold into the room has a small ledge that can cause you to trip.

Beds were very comfortable. The room temperature was too hot and could not be adjusted below certain level. The bathroom window had a net curtain and people could see inside as this was a ground floor room. The breakfast was ok but one of the staff, an elderly gentlemen was not friendly at all.

Frantz (10/5): Exceptional - The room's presentation was nothing short of fabulous, exuding a charming winter European décor. It featured a luxurious king-size bed where I instantly drifted into a deep sleep after a long day in the snow. The bathroom was equally impressive, equipped with an Electronic Smart Bidet Toilet Seat controlled by a remote, a spacious tub, and a rainfall showerhead with an attached hose. To top it off, the amenities included a pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing steam room, perfect for unwinding. What made me select this particular property? The appeal of its unique winter ambiance and luxurious amenities drew me in. Another highlight was the three incredible restaurants located in the main lobby area. I dined at one of them, and the experience was nothing short of fabulous, making the stay even more memorable.

Anastasia (10/5): The hotel exceeded our expectations. - We were in the new building so we enjoyed it a lot! So clean, spacious, modern, Chopard bath amenities. Spa facilities were great. Pool was wonderful! Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Literally 3 minutes away from the station. They gave us a ride back to the station which was nice. Breakfast was very good. You get a view to the Matterhorn from the breakfast area and from some of the rooms. Staff are extremely welcoming. Nothing that we didn’t like.

Lilreddotinireland (7/5): Beware of "landmark" rooms - Large room and convenient to the village and train station. Hotel taxi dropped us with luggage to train station after check out but did not receive any offer prior to check in. Booked a "premier" room at the new Etoile wing, with "landmark view" and "mountain view" but ended up with no Matterhorn views at all but when asked about it, reception said landmark referred to some other mountain - I felt somewhat cheated since Zermatt is all about the Matterhorn landmark! Not a single offer to upgrade or apologize about the misrepresentation. Not cool for such a pretentious high-end hotel. Asked for a fan before we headed out and when we returned 4 hours later, no fan in room and had to leave patio door open for ventilation and caught a cold. Also the bathtub is very slippery with no bath mat provided. No hand wash provided also.
Kameron (10/5): ALL the stars: A magical experience! - Absolutely fantastic! The staff was amazing, the facilities delightful, the room perfect, and the views breathtaking. I will absolutely be returning. The photos on the hotel website truly do not do this place justice. The only improvement I could recommend would be to have a physical menu for in-room dining in the room and for that menu to include drinks (when I looked up the in-room dining menu online it did not list drinks, so we had to walk to the lobby to place an order).

Ricky (9/5): Beautiful hotel in beautiful Zermatt. - Beautiful hotel in beautiful Zermatt. Very close to the train station, Main Street, Gonergrat. The pool/spa facilities were refreshing and a great way to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was good. The beds were very comfortable and the rain showers were lovely. Our view of the Matterhorn never got old and it was a joy eating out on the balcony watching the sun set on the mountain. We found the light controls difficult to wrap our heads around and a bit complicated. Also no AC in the room during summer made things a bit stuffy, easily rectified by sleeping with the balcony doors open (I imagine this is not an issue the majority of the year). We unfortunately also only got to check in at 3 rather than 2 due to our room not being ready, but staff were very apologetic and offered us drinks/to sit in their restaurant area.
