• Ana Flávia (8/5): - Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha estadia neste apartamento em Lausanne. O espaço é amplo, confortável e oferece tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila. A localização é, sem dúvida, um dos seus pontos mais fortes: fica praticamente ao lado da estação, na mesma avenida, o que torna o deslocamento pela cidade extremamente prático. Também me senti muito segura durante toda a estadia — o prédio é discreto e conta com câmera na entrada, o que transmite ainda mais tranquilidade. Apesar de todos esses pontos positivos, acredito que, pelo valor cobrado, o apartamento poderia receber um pouco mais de atenção em alguns detalhes, especialmente na pintura das paredes, que já demonstra sinais de desgaste e precisa ser renovada. No geral, é uma excelente opção em Lausanne, com ótima localização, conforto e segurança. Com pequenos ajustes na manutenção, ficaria ainda melhor. Recomendo!
• Vijay (10/5): - Loved our stay here! Location is great, convenient to the station and Parc Montbenon. Plateforme 10 with its museums and street food festivals is literally just behind the building. Fabio was an amazing and responsive host!
• HOUSSEM (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, just a few meters from the Lausanne main station. You find everything you need in the apartment. The sofa bed in the small room is not that comfortable.

• MAGALI (9/5): Beau séjour à Lausanne en famille - Emplacement au top, près du centre et de la gare. Tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement bien équipé et très spacieux. La possibilité d'avoir une place de parking avec la location serait un vrai plus.
• JUN (5/5): - ローザンヌ駅から近く、広いキッチン、大きな冷蔵庫、２つの寝室（収納場所多め）で、大人3名にぴったりだった。食器類も充実。建物の入り口はオートロックなので、安全な感じがした。Wi-Fiのスピードもよかった。 湯船の排水の流れがかなり悪くて、シャワーを浴びていると、どんどん溜まってくる。シャンプー、ボディソープが補充されていなかった。バスマットの強烈なカビ臭さ。エアコンがなく、猛暑だったため窓を開ける必要があったが、道路に面しているので朝から晩まで騒音が激しくて、耳栓が必要。扇風機は１台のみ。食器類は充実していたが、フライパンやまな板は、古く、傷だらけで、衛生的に不安。
• Natalie (6/5): It met our needs for the short stay - Location was great. Close to gare. Was able to leave bags earlier then checkin. Bathtub didn’t drain well. The apartment was in a building that isn’t looked after well. Often smelled like cigarettes.
