- Helm (9/5): - Lage inmitten der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig sowohl im Haus als auch von aussen (falls man über das Rauschen der Sionne vor dem Fenster genauso entzückt ist wie wir). CheckIn hat problemlos geklappt, Ausstattung Betten/Küche/Bad vollständig, Inventar teilweise mit Gebrauchsspuren. Offener Grundriß, also Schlafcouch im Durchgangszimmer, was für uns als 3-Generationen-Familie kein Problem war. Insgesamt waren wir absolut zufrieden, wir haben uns in diesem Ambiente heimisch gefühlt. Durchaus empfehlenswert !

- sanghyun (3/5): old city의 감성을 느끼기 좋은 넓은 숙소 - 다시 한번 이용했던 숙소로 old city 안에 있어서 시옹의 아기자기한 모습을 보기 좋았습니다.
근처의coopcity가 있어서 장보기 매우 편함. 화장실 청소가 잘 되어 있지 않았음.
그리고 일주일을 지냈는데, 쓰레기 봉지가 하나밖에 없어서 불편했음.
기본적으로 일주일 사용인데 휴지가 매우 적게 구비되어 있었고, 세탁기가 있었지만 세제가 제공되지 않는 점들이 불편했음.
작년의 이용에서는 충분한 휴지와 수건, 세제등의 구비가 있었지만, 올해는 그렇지 않아서 다 사서 사용해야되는 단점이 있었음.

- Dennis (1/5): Sion is a beautiful place and the people in Sion are very pleasant! - The location is central although annoying that it's difficult to carry the luggage up the street. Sion is a beautiful place. We really enjoyed the festivities!! 1. Put a sign on the door. Couldn't find the door.
2. Why leave personal documents of the owner in the drawers?
3. Your instructions should be sent via Booking.com app. That's why I use the app. Don't want to remember that your email address is coucou or coco or similar.
4. Cleanliness is subpar. My 8 year old daughter found a tampon and sock under the couch. I found a contact lense on the washroom floor.
5. You should greet your guests at the front of the building. Not an apartment for families with small kids.
6. Still don't know how the heating works, but I prefer sleeping in cooler rooms. I'm a mechanical engineer who works in hotels in Dubrovnik, Croatia. I should be the first to find the thermostat for heating.
7. It felt uncomfortable because the apartment is amongst residential owners and it seems that we were invading their privacy.
8. This apartment shouldn't be rented as a short-term rental.
- Emily (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location - easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, museum and the castle. We were charged an additional cleaning fee (CHF 57.45) for what appeared to us to be standard cleaning tasks (sweeping crumbs from floor and wiping out oven). And we hadn’t been able to find a dustpan and brush at the property. It took the managing agent more than 2 weeks to tell us the amount of the additional fee.

- Christian (10/5): We spent pleasant three nights in the apartment. - The Apartment is located in the center (pedestrian zone). Therefore it is easy to get around by foot. Shops, food stores etc. are within easy reach. We were a party of five (three children) and liked the place. Car parking free of charge was not possible respectively we could not find any. With a roof rack with skis we had to park in the Northern Garage (about CHF 8 per night) (hight 2,10 m).
