Train will take you to city center in about 10 minutes and by tram would take around 25-30 minutes. Single ticket costs 7,20 (local currency) and the day ticket costs 14,40 (which I think it's the ideal). You can use the tickets on any transport around Zurich. The kitchenette is just good for one or two people and has small hob and pots and utensils you might need. Could have at least one bigger pot if you're cooking a big portion.

- Tom Tropp (1/5): Very bad location due to lack of service, bad checkin system and a very poor parking system - room was nice The self checkin process is a torture to dozens of people each day. You can see young mothers with baby denied to access their paid room due to a bad system and a lack of assistance. The service number is most time not occupied. PARKING: They do offer "Parking". There is no price indication anywhere to find. But the restaurant staff declares that the hotel can't help on parking issues as they do NOT offer parking - its a different company. I got trapped for more than 30 minutes as their system failed to open although reservation was paid. Again: Service line NOT occupied. The only service which is top is the tow away service of parked cars which came many times a day.

- Jennifer (5/5): Ok - Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war sehr gut und praktisch für Unternehmungen. Besonders angenehm war das unkomplizierte Parken und die Waschmöglichkeit im Haus. Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind wurden lediglich zwei Handtuch-Sets bereitgestellt. Ein zusätzliches Handtuch hätten wir entweder extra bezahlen oder reklamieren müssen. Das Frühstück war insgesamt enttäuschend und schwanger kaum zu genießen (Rohwurst und normale lagen zusammen, Himbeeren schimmlig) und das Personal wirkte dabei wenig motiviert – teilweise beschäftigte man sich lieber mit dem Handy. Kaffeebestellung wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgenommen und musste selbst mitgenommen werden (ausser am ersten Tag, da war das Personal gut). Zudem ist uns aufgefallen, dass in der Garage vom Personal geraucht wurde (trotz Rauchverbot). Rezeption war über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt nicht besetzt.

- Romane (6/5): A bit disappointed - Perfectly located to explore the city, right by Glattbrugg train station with Zurich HB only a 10 minute train ride away. The room I received didn’t match the photos, and it wasn’t very clean, which was surprising for such a modern place. No toiletries were provided, and there was no staff available to ask for any. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed.

The shower was excellent, with good water pressure and a pleasant setup, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectations. There was hair visible in several corners and noticeable dust throughout the space. I believe the cleaning standards should be reviewed and improved.

Dank Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und - je nach Apartment Kochgelegenheit, ist man sehr autark. Der Service im Restaurant hat definitiv Entwicklungspotenzial.

- JOO SUNG (8/5): - 기차나 트램으로 접근하기 쉬운 위치에 있어 교통이 편리한 아파트예요. 작은 아파트지만 나름 잘 관리된 가성비 좋은 아파트네요, 너무 작은 냄비만 갖춰져 있고, 주방 환기가 힘들어 간단한 음식밖에는 요리하기 힘든 점, 화장실 문을 안에서 잠글 수 없는 점 등은 조금 개선되었으면 싶네요.

- Peter (8/5): Een vrij goede locatie voor een kort verblijf van 1 of 2 nachten, als je niet te zwaar beladen bent - Ontbijt was prima. Ligging is dicht bij Station. Vlotte verbinding naar het Centrum. Rustige wijk. vooraf gereserveerde parkeerplaats was vlot toegankelijk met plaatherkenning. Keuken met voldoende kookgerei. 2 slaapkamers en leefruimte met TV (onnodig veel tv's). voldoende liften, ondergrondse garage. Groot complex met diverse appartementen. De check-in was een beetje onderbemand: geen tijd om veel vragen te stellen. Toegangsdeuren gaan niet open van buitenaf tenzij met code, voor zover je die tijdig ontvangt. Tip voor locatie: beman uw check-in permanent. Geen parkeerplaats om de wagen even reglementair te parkeren om in te checken. De voorziene ondergrondse parkeerplaats was wel vrij. Vrij kleine leefruimte voor 4 volwassen. Sofa biedt plaats aan 2 à 3 peronen, kleine tafel. Geen ruimte voor een plooibox met eigen materiaal. Net iets te krappe slaapkamers: groot genoeg maar bijna geen ruimte voor bagage. Iets te weinig stopcontacten voor GSM laders, of andere toestellen (CPAP, powerbank, 2de gsm,...), 1 badkamer met 1 WC in de badkamer is wat weinig voor 4 volwassenen. Op dag 2 was er een politierazzia in het hotel: Niet aangenaam om mee te maken, ongeveer anderhalfuur tijdsverlies voor we uit het hotel konden vertrekken.

- Janj (8/5): - The apartment's proximity to the train station offers convenient access to explore Zurich. Additionally, there are retail establishments and a highly-regarded restaurant Shisha alo available there in the immediate vicinity. A coffee shop is located on the main thoroughfare, though we did not have the opportunity to patronize it. The centralized heating system was set at an excessively high temperature. There is no cooling system available, as Zurich may typically experiences colder temperatures; however, visitors from colder climates in may to August like Australia may find the current conditions uncomfortably warm. Even with the controls disengaged, the room remained warm due to residual heat transfer from the vents. The staff provided excellent assistance upon contact, guiding us to a concealed 8 to 10-inch vertical window that could be opened. Additionally, we were unable to utilize the in-room oven for cooking or reheating, as it was mentioned that doing so could trigger an alarm and incur substantial fines for fire brigade services. We subsequently discovered a communal kitchen on the top floor and were able to bake a frozen pizza there. If a pizza can be prepared in the communal kitchen within the same building, it suggests that similar facilities could be safely provided within the individual rooms. For our purposes, the in-room appliances served a purely aesthetic function.

J’ai été déçue de ne pas avoir eu les chambres proposées en photo. Il y avait une culotte sale de l’ancienne hôte derrière le sèche cheveux.
