• Hans (8/5): - Wir sind am Anreisetag sehr freundlich empfangen worden, haben ein sauberes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer vorgefunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel können wir weiter empfehlen.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Très bel hôtel - Très bel hôtel ! La chambre était propre, bien équipée, les lits étaient confortables. En revanche, il s’agissait de deux lits simples collés (donc écart entre les 2) nous aurions apprécié un lit double ou deux matelas simple dans un cadre de lit double. Mais nous avons tout de même bien dormi. Et petit bémol au niveau de l’isolation phonique (il y avait pas mal de nuisances sonores). Sinon, le reste était bien. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bon, toujours dans un très beau cadre.
• Sebastian (10/5): Excelente opción! - Excelente experiencia, el hotel increíble, limpio, ordenado, con todas las comodidades. Un baño increíble mente limpio. El único detalle es que solo tienen camas individuales, no hay una cama doble. El restaurante excelente, desayuno todos los días super bien!
• Arthur (4/5): - Self Check-in funktionierte nicht, dann hat man uns den Schlüssel von einem nicht gemachten Zimmer überreicht. Endlich im richtigen Zimmer angekommen, fanden wir, dass das Bett über eine unbequeme 12 cm dicke Matratze ohne Topper verfügt. Die Bässe aus dem Restaurant dringen durch alle Wände und hören selbst um Mitternacht nicht auf. Das Personal spricht nur gebrochenes Deutsch. Einzig und allein das Frühstück war gut.
• Jürg (6/5): Nicht schlecht,aber! - Das Zimmer wurde teilweise saniert,aber die Betten sind sehr alt.Beim Lattenrost fehlte eine Latte und eine war gebrochen. Kissen totaler Schrott.

• Nongnuch (10/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Frisch renoviert, es hat noch nach Holz gerochen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Restaurant hat sehr schöne Ambiente. Das Essen sind sehr lecker, sehr gutes Fleisch und Pizza hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das besonders ist, dass Personal sehr nett sind und sehr gut Service geleistet haben. Wir sind alle davon begeistert und sehr zufrieden waren.
• Nongnuch (10/5): - Wir sind begeistert von dem Hotel. Es hat alles gestimmt; das hotel ist frisch renoviert. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Das Restaurant hat eine schöne Ambiente, die Küche ist modern.Die Speisen sind sehr lecker. Besonders ist was an Personal betrifft, sie sind alle sehr nett und hat sehr gut Service geleistet ob bei Einchecken , im Restaurant etc. Wir werden wieder kommen wenn wir hier sind, nur 15 Minuten vom Zermatt entfernt.

• Naomi (8/5): - It was really confusing at check in. People told us that we should have gotten an email with a code. We did not. Interestingly, that email came the morning after we checked out. I think the hotel put down the wrong date of our check-in. I grabbed a restaurant staff who was able to get us our key. Otherwise, the restaurant was great. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. We'd stay here again.

• Ana Silvia (10/5): - Wonderful place. Delicious restaurant! We had an excellent dinner. Best mixed salad ever. Veal cordon bleed was delicious. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sarah, hostess was extremely helpful, pleasant and delightful. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower.
• Lijie (2/5): - Really stupid hotel, I booked the hotel for my friend with my credit card and they sent us a link to do the online check-in in order to get the code to access the key. The link requested the credit card to complete the online check in, which is my friend did with his credit card. then the hotel charged my credit card as well, I called the hotel, they were unfriendly and insist say no, I told them to check….after a couple of times, they found I was right…if you don’t know, or understand your online system why you use it????
• Sharon (8/5): Rough start, but great! - We had a lot of trouble checking in! Once that was done we found out that the elevator was not working. I have a new hip and was injured the day before we arrived. I had to climb 2 flights of stairs with no railing. It was very difficult, but the elevator should be working in a few days. Massive improvements being done in this place! It's very nice,small rooms that Americans will feel a bit uncomfortable in as there are literally 2 beds a TV and a stunning bathroom. The ladies who helped up get settled had left fresh water in each of our rooms and the complimentary breakfast was excellent with very sweet offers of drinks refills etc. I would come back in the future!
• Richard (6/5): - The hotel parking is right in front of the hotel. Very nice, although watch out for supply trucks pulling into the lot when you are coming or going. The staff were helpful and excellent, although I had to track down the front desk person when we arrived because they were busy in the restaurant. The stairs were difficult for one member of our family, since some of the stairs were missing a bannister. Our room was quite large and nice, but we were disappointed that the door lock got stuck when we tried to lock the door. The staff provided help, however.

• Glenda (10/5): Much better than anticipated - The staff member at reception was fabulous - very welcoming & gave us all the information we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the shared tea & coffee lounge. The server in the restaurant for dinner was friendly & knowledgeable.
