- Necia (10/5): - We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, relaxing, and has beautiful views. Everything was convenient for us — the bus stop is only about a 5-minute walk away, and the boat stop is also nearby, around 10 minutes away. The breakfast area was also very nice. Fernanda, the waitress there, was very attentive, polite, and did her job really well, which made our mornings even better. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay with no noise, lovely views, and easy access to transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- Russell (9/5): Just a few minutes by train out of Interlaken and well worth it - The lake view was incredible and even caught one of the best rainbows I've ever seen from the room. The breakfast served was incredible for a small business and maybe a reason just to go there. TV not working throughout whole stay and not fixed before we left. You may not find anyone at reception when you need it but just wait a bit and they'll turn up. Very friendly hosts though.

The staff were very kind and the breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety! The bed was super comfortable which was a massive plus especially after the amount of walking we did! The view from our balcony was breathtaking! We were given the travel card so we could travel to and from Interlaken and Ringgenberg free of charge which was a massive bonus! Nothing everything was wonderful

Beautiful hotel, room, comfortable beds, and amazing balcony to watch the sunsets/sunrise and everything in between! - Olesia (9/5): - A lovely view over the beautiful blue lake made our stay truly special. The house has a unique and cozy atmosphere, thoughtfully created by the hosts through charming decorations. The wooden style adds a warm touch. The room was perfectly warm, which was wonderful after spending some winter time in the mountains. The blankets were incredibly soft and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. As a sweet surprise for St. Valentine’s Day, we were greeted with heart-shaped balloons, which was such a lovely gesture. The only small downside for me personally was a vanilla-chocolate scent in the room. Some guests might find it lovely, but I’m quite sensitive to smells. The scent disappeared the next day, so it wasn’t an issue for the rest of our stay.
- Stacey (9/5): Gorgeous older style hotel with a beautiful view and the most comfortable bed you’ll sleep on - Incredibly comfy bed with a stunning view over the lake. The breakfast room is also gorgeous in the morning with the light trickling in. We stayed just one night and the morning of check out we had the cleaning staff come into the room before check out time. The first time was just after breakfast around 8.30am and they came in without knocking, apologised and left quickly. The second time was around 9.30am and they knocked to ask when I would be checking out. For the price I paid I would have liked to enjoy the morning in the room but I felt like I was being rushed out the door so we packed and left.

Das Frühstück war lecker und für den Abreisetag gab es ein Frühstück to go, da wir sehr früh raus mussten. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den See & ein bequemes Bett. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

- Nicola (9/5): Tutto positivo - La camera era pulita e accogliente. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, abbiamo apprezzato molto lo sforzo di parlare in italiano. Dal momento che dovevamo partire presto ci ha preparato un’abbondate e buona colazione da portare via, abbiamo potuto lasciare l’auto per tutto il giorno anche se il check out era per le 11.00, ci ha regalato i biglietti per i mezzi pubblici, inoltre ci ha dato tanti consigli utili. - Filomene (10/5): Amazing - Our stay here was amazing, the staff was extra kind and helpful and the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. There is a little terrace-like area right on the lake which we enjoyed with a drink at Sunset. Highly recommend, and great value for money

- Jessica (10/5): peaceful and friendly with breathtaking views over the lake - It was such a lovely place in an amazing location as you got a Basel card to take transport 4 minutes into Interlaken for free! Staff were so kind it was so peaceful couldn’t of picked a better place, balcony absolutely worth buying! Plus free breakfast :) loved everything

- Aline (9/5): Très agréable séjour - Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour! Le personnel était souriant et serviable et la décoration un bon mélange de moderne et de traditionnel. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la gare pour nous rendre aux courses de ski de Wengen, tout en pouvant laisser notre voiture sur place. La propreté du joint de douche, le long de la paroi en verre, pourrait être améliorée. Suite aux récents évènements de Crans Montana, on s'est demandé si le plafond en "sagex" de la chambre était ignifugé.

- Désirée Irene (9/5): - Nicht wie in anderen Hotels, in welchen man einfach abgefertigt wird, fühlt man sich in diesem Hotel wirklich willkommen und es ist toll und gemütlich eingerichtet! Sehr charmant!
- Can (9/5): Nice place to stay in interlaken - The location is right next to the lake, there is a terrace in front of the hotel, which you enjoy with your coffee while watching lake and alps. Also staff was very friendly and helpfull. The transportation was also okay, a special thanks to Richard who provided us 2 tickets valid during our stay which helped us to travel inside interlaken with free of charge. Everything was well considered and settled.

I would happily return to this hotel if I ever visit Ringgenberg again. Great job, Richard and Tanya! The room and bathroom were a bit small, but I understand that the design is based on the chalet's structure.

- Katja (9/5): Schöne Alternative für Leute, die dem Trubel von Interlaken entgehen wollen - Der Service war sehr persönlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach genau den Bildern und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls überraschend umfangreich! -
