- Noomi (10/5): Einfach nur herrlich! - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach hervorragend! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber, haben einen wunderschönen Ausblick und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir an Herrn Salih aussprechen. So einen freundlichen, professionellen und engagierten Mitarbeiter erlebt man wirklich selten. Dank seiner positiven Art wurde unser Aufenthalt noch viel schöner und persönlicher. Man merkt sofort, dass Herr Salih seine Arbeit mit Leidenschaft macht und großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. - Yumi (9/5): Mein Lieblingshotel in Luzern - Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist einfach super! Die Lage ist echt ruhig und perfekt. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und seh professionell. Und das Frühstück ist auch toll. Ich komme immer gerne wieder und übernachte dort, wenn ich in Luzern bin. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind leider etwas älter, aber sie sind gut gepflegt.

- Mohamed (9/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Memorable Stay with Breathtaking Views and Exceptional Service! - Marvellous Panoramic Views: The absolute crown jewel of this hotel is the stunning, panoramic view of Lake Lucerne. Waking up to that scenery every day was truly unforgettable. Exceptional Staff (Special thanks to Mr. Bangin Salih!): The service here is top-notch. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but we want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Mr. Bangin Salih. He was immensely cooperative, went above and beyond to facilitate our stay, and made us feel right at home. His hospitality truly made our trip extra special! Perfect Location: The hotel is ideally situated. It is incredibly close to public transportation and just a short distance from the vibrant city centre, making exploring Luzern seamless and convenient. The only minor downside is that you may need to walk up quite a few stairs to reach the hotel from the street level. It’s a bit of a workout, but we found that the incredible view at the top was worth every single step!

- Yann (9/5): Très bel établissement, propre, calme et bien situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville. - La qualité de l’accueil , la réception . Nous avions eu un problème de réservation, mais l’établissement a été souple et adaptable pour nous trouver une solution en changeant la chambre réservée pour une chambre avec vue sur le lac, donc pleinement satisfaits. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien. L ensemble du personnel très aimable et attentionné. Je recommande.

- LOKHIR (7/5): - Bett war bequem. Aussicht Seeseite super. Personal freundlich. TV ist kleiner als in irgen nem Camper. Passt halt nicht mehr zu unserer Zeit. Auch smart Funktion wäre nett. Und das frühstück buffed ist eher mau. Also für den Preis pro Nacht erwarte ich mehr.

- Kunmi (9/5): Overall very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location was calm and relaxing. Ahmed was great front desk staff. - Quiet place with an beautiful view of the lake. Up a hill. Space to shower was small and difficult to move around. No refrigerator to store drinks or food.

- Heidi (10/5): Go ahead and book it you won’t be disappointed! - Honestly, this was such an exceptional stay. The staff was a “10” in every way. The view was magnificent! Breakfast had everything you could ever want and more and the bus lines are super close, making travel easy. I highly recommend a lake cruise whether you are visiting the mountains nearby or not. There is not one thing I would improve. Getting to the property is up a hill so if walking is in any way a challenge, this would be difficult to get to. Suitcases also need to make it up the hill, fyi. WELL worth it, however!

- Taisuke (10/5): Nice and worth it. - The front staff was very courteous and kind with good suggestions and tips for our trip. And the view was magnificent looking down at the lake with beautiful mountains in the background. Not much in particular. You will have to walk up from the bus station.

Beware the walk uphill to the property - get a ride. The room was not perfectly modern or clean (as you walk up the stairs you can see dirty footprints). The shower is tiny and uncomfortable. But the view - you’ll forget all about any issue with the room when you sit out on your balcony!

Légèrement excentré du centre de Lucerne, mais à peine à 10 minutes à pieds (le long du lac qui plus est). Chambre propre et bien équipée (dont une cafetière Nespresso). Salle de bains petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner (en supplément) en buffet, varié et excellent. Personnel très agréable à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner. Prix du petit déjeuner et de la place de parking, mais qui somme toute restent dans les tarifs habituels pour la Suisse, et revient moins cher que le stationnement dans la rue.

The location was very good, only a 10 min walk to town with a little extra effort required to walk up the hill. Would highly recommend.

- Julia (9/5): Top Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt! - Die Lage war super, man erreicht die Unterkunft trotz etwas aufwärts laufen sehr einfach und hat gute ÖV-Anschlüsse zum Zentrum. Vorallem der Empfang und die Aussicht über den See war das Highlight! Die Ablagefläche im Bad war etwas lose, fast wäre mein Parfüm draufegangen und in einer Ecke lag etwas vom (vermutlich) vorherigem Gast.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec une belle vue sur le lac. Charme de l'ancien. Rien à reprocher à l'hôtel. Pour y accéder à pied, il faut prendre une route qui monte pas mal.
- Emily (9/5): Would stay here again! - The view from the lake side balcony was incredible. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, the staff at breakfast were so kind, thoughtful and efficient. We were told there is no parking on site. We were causally given a couple options to try. We googled and found one of the garages down the hillside passed the casino. The car was safe. I was nervous we didn’t park in the correct part of the garage but there were no citations in the morning.
