Accessible by a lift. A laundry (much appreciated) was available and free to use. Appartment was at first via a coded front door then codepd Apartment front door. A door card was supplied in the apartment & was used from then on. All worked like clockwork There was nothing not to like.

They provided an induction cooker and we were able to cook dinner without problems - it was a small kitchen but they provided everything. The beds were comfy. Check in was great and a breeze. They have storage rooms for luggages and I saw a washing machine there too.

- Mariia (10/5): Would recommend - Our stay at this Aparthotel was amazing. Everything was top notch. First of all the location is very convenient. 4-6 minutes from Interlaken West and 15-20 minutes from Interlaken OST. There are numerous shops and supermarkets (coop and Lidl). The views are great, the building is located between water bodies and mountains. Everything was super clean in our room. The bathroom is very well thought. It dried very quickly. We had no problems with water pressure whatsoever. Kitchen is small and well equipped for light cooking. We were able to cook on induction stove on request. All tools and appliances were provided. Room was spacious with various windows. Bed was comfy, not too soft but not too hard. The temperature in the room was okay, the first night was a bit chilly but other times it was warm. Overall we really liked the hotel. Stuff was extremely helpful and replied quickly. The lobby was really nice. We were able to wash our clothes in the laundry room. There is also a luggage room. Thanks for amazing hospitality. We would love to stay there again.

- Teresa (7/5): Nothing to brag about - Location was perfect We booked this property for specific amenity options like air conditioning and on site laundry Both were falsely advertised. You cannot control the temperature in your room even though there is an air conditioning unit. The heat was on and when we contacted the host see why the air conditioning in the unit wasn’t powering on they stated they controlled the air for the entire floor since it was cold outside they put the heat on and that couldn’t be changed. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep with the heat on. There’s a washer/dryer all in one machine but it doesn’t dry your clothes and the staff and owner are aware of the issue but don’t warn you before using leaving you with very damp clothes after a two hour cycle

Eventhough it is a self checkin/checkout, the process was smooth and easy. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and cosy. Location wise is the best, very near to Interlarken West station and shopping/eating areas is just a walk away. None that i can think off.

- Hasan (10/5): Winter vakantie - Het hotel was zeer hygiënisch en netjes. Er is geen ontbijt voorzien, maar vlak voor het hotel bevindt zich een restaurant. De ligging is ideaal: dicht bij het centrum en alles is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. De kamers zijn mooi, goed geïsoleerd en comfortabel. De deur is zeer stevig, waardoor je zelfs bijna geen geluid hoort wanneer iemand aanklopt. Leuke ligging dagelijks passeren paarden met koets. Zeer leuk en gezellig. De parking is betalend (10 minuten gratis, daarna ongeveer 2 CHF per uur en 3 CHF voor 90 minuten). Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en charmant. De internetverbinding is uitstekend. In- en uitchecken doe je zelf en dit verloopt heel eenvoudig; alle nodige informatie ontvang je na de boeking in je mailbox. Niet teveel twijfelen meteen boeken 🙂 Jammer dat er tijd verbonden is met de kookplaat. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt is. Jammer geen eigen parking.

- Nishi (10/5): Awesome Apartment-Spacious, Slick & Stylish. Perfect Location. - We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment & it was amazing! Spacious, modern, stylish & very clean. There were 2 bathrooms which was handy for the four of us, fully equipped kitchen, huge velux windows (we were lucky enough on non-cloudy days to enjoy awesome mountain views) & electric blinds together with a flat screen tv (with all channels-Netflix, Prime etc) & inclusive WiFi which worked instantly. The self check in was easy & convenient not having to rush to get there at a particular time and this system can only work if there are responsive management behind the scenes-service was exemplary via WhatsApp communication with any questions being answered within a few minutes. They also kindly set up one of the sofas in the living room for us as a bed prior to arrival which meant whoever wanted to watch late night tv could do so in total comfort without disturbing those sleeping in bedroom. The sofa bed & all the beds were really comfortable which is always a bonus! The building and entrance lobby with lift was also slick & the location was perfect-next to the river & surrounded by nice & varied places to eat from breakfast through to dinner. Within 10 mins walk we were at the station or the main street populated with shops, horse drawn carriages, paragliders & mountain views! Thoroughly recommend Aparthotel Krone & look forward to staying in this apartment whenever we come to Interlaken. Loved all of it.

Didn't disappoint from there. Room was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Interlaken is more of a hub to get to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, but as far as the hotel, it was a great value.

Não possui espaço suficiente para deixar duas malas de 23kg abertas no chao e facilitar sua vida. La temperatura de la habitación era excelente y el equipamiento de alta calidad, colchón firme, cobertores y almohadas de plumas, sábanas suaves, descansamos mucho. Estaba bien equipado, limpio y tenías cápsulas de cafe para elegir cada día. Seguro que volveremos. La cocina se apagaba automáticamente a las 22:00 y se encendía las 8:00 am. Lo cual no coincidía con los horarios que nos indicaron en las reglas del hotel. Podrían incorporar smart tv en las habitaciones.

Picked the river view and it was worth it having a cup of coffee and small breakfast with that view is pure bliss! The huge window pane to open is perfect for taking gorgeous photos of the mountains and the split preview of bridge and the river. The photos in the app didn’t do justice of how beautiful it can be for the view on the window when it is sunny! Breathtaking! Minor things such as the iron is on the ground floor. The heating at max can be still a bit weak for me considering the coldest on my stay was 0 to -1 at some point, the heating is a bit weaker for me; couldn’t imagine if it was much more colder. I think it was promoted to be soundproof but I can here some grinding noise next door probably the coffee machine? These didn’t affect my staff but fee things I noticed.

Booking.com states it was for 2 adult and 1 child which we paid for, but somehow shows up as 2 adults only on the host end. We get pestered for paying additional costs where no set of towels or bed sheets prepared for our child anyway. This should be dealt with between host and booking.com, rather than stressing customers who booked correctly.

В комнате все просчитано до мелочей - есть даже бокалы для вина. Балкон - просто чудо, очень большой и уютный. Подушки удобные, Сам отель только после ремонта и в очень хорошем состоянии. На мои сообщения и дополнительные вопросы в чате отвечали очень быстро. Также отель дает бесплатный билет на автобусы на все время пребывания.

Super limpio , cómodo, todo tiene lindo olor, sábanas ,toallas, da gusto dormir, la ducha es genial, el self check funciona de diez... El hall es una belleza,implacable. El studio era con vistas al rio, nro 25,hermoso, luminoso, colores cálidos. Tiene todas las comodidades, pero sobre todo destaco la limpieza. La cocina es pequeña, útil para comidas sencillas, un desayuno cómodo. Te dejan té, cápsulas de café azucar. Sin duda me alojaria alli muchas veces más! Nada.

- waleed (7/5): - The location, flexible check-in & check-out, and quiet atmosphere during our booking period Firstly, there was a separate air conditioning unit, but unfortunately I couldn't use it because the hotel had disabled it. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there were some missing items like a dishwasher and an iron in the apartment.
