- Matthias (10/5): Very good stay in a calm area with short ways to everything - The location is just a very good compromise between proximity to the lake, a calm location, near to supermarkets and still very close to the city center. We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was brand new. We enjoyed very much the terrace which provides really the look as shown on the pictures. The location in a living area is great, we had not much interruptions, despite that the other apartments in the same house were sometimes under construction and an older house across the street also. If those are done, it’s a really relaxing place. The apartment has an air conditioner with a humidity control . This was helpful because during our stay it was 34 Celsius during the day. It’s important to understand that this is not a cooling equipment. However, we just extended our stay for another day to enjoy the area. We’d definitely come back if we would stay in the area. It would be good to have powder for the dishwasher since the tabs don’t work well. Also it would be nice to have some manuals of the kitchen equipment.
