Limpeza poderia ser diária, embora troquem as toalhas diariamente. Poderia ter alguns itens no banheiro como roupão, toca de plástico, chinelo, tive que solicitar o que precisava.

I accidentally left my earrings behind, only realized after I left the country, the hotel team was very kind and send back to Hong Kong for me, the package even arrived before I physically arrive back home. Truly impressed. And will come back staying here again next year.

• Esther (10/5): Excellent and Great Value for Money - I had a very pleasant stay. From the lobby, the hotel smelled AMAZING. The breakfast was excellent and made with quality ingredients, and the staff was genuinely lovely throughout my visit. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Facilities and amenities were adequate for a short stay, and the quiet residential location made the experience even more relaxing. Nothing. Everything was to my liking.

The coffee was excellent, as were the juices. It was an absolute treat. There is nothing that I did not like. I liked the room, the bed, the kitchenette, the shower - everything was great.

It is convenient walkable to downtown (30 minutes) and close to the airport on public transport but especially convenient to IFRC offices. The staff were very helpful and found me a room for early check in after a long day plus of travel. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. No complaints

• Francesca (5/5): - The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The smell in the room was very strong (paint or chemical product). I asked to change room and it was the same in the second. The common areas were not clean.
• Marie-Paule (9/5): I enjoyed my stay but I did not like every three days rooms are cleaned. housekeeping - Location and the friendliness of the staff, especially Lea. Lea is very kind and helpful. She guided me to places to visit, and how I can purchase tickets to travel outside of Geneva and the apps to download. All the staff were very kind, helpful and professional, but Lea to me was outstanding. She is a leader on her own rights. More washers and dryers and a spacious area. I was surprised how expensive it was to wash one load of clothes. Usually, Residence Inn Marriott’s laundry is free. Customers are already paying a lot to stay in the hotel but to charge them 12 francs to wash one load of clothes was extreme.

Mes enfants ont adoré le petit déjeuner, les pizzas car le restaurant est disponible à la demande pour manger. La courtoisie de l'équipe de la réception et les petites attention à l'endroit des enfants. le lit est rés confortable et l'endroit très calme, on s'est bien reposé et on a bien profité. on comprend avec les fêtes le ménage n'est assuré que tous les " jours mais les poubelles sont vidés quotidiennement et le linge changé (c'est bien)
