Roman (2/5): Preisleistung stimmt nicht bei diesem Hotel - Die Zimmer grössu so wie Ausstatung waren gut Vir dem Hitel herscht eine offene Drogen szene Der Zimmerbezug war um 15:00 wir wollten um 16:00 ein checken hies es blos sorry das Zimmer sei noch nicht bereit kommen sie später nochmals aber eie lange es geht sagte niemand

Sonja (8/5): - Großzügig geschnitten Grundriss des Zimmers. Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein bequemes Bett. Interessante Bücher im Foyer bei der Rezeption. Hatten eher eine unruhige Nacht, da viele Leute vor dem Eingang des Hotels standen und geredet haben. Das hat jedoch wahrscheinlich gar keinen Zusammenhang mit dem Hotel.

Emilie (7/5): More of a business hotel than leisure - Staff were great and everything was clean. Location is convenient. This is clearly a business hotel, it is entirely functional but has no personality whatsoever. This is not an issue however the price is steep for what it is.

Rime (10/5): Un hôtel découverte et récent à y résider à nouveau - L’accueil assez exceptionnel du personnel - la grandeur de la chambre et ses équipements- Qualité du buffet du petit-déjeûner et des mets servis au restaurant « Bluma » -Hôtel bien centré L’accès en voiture est clairement un problème majeur. - l’hôtel dispose d’un nombre de places de parc réduit et il faut parquer donc ailleurs. (Parking du Centre des Congrès). L’hôtel vous fait bénéficier d’une réduction de 25 %

Mélanie (6/5): - Le super fauteuil, la chambre est petite mais confortable. La vue sur la place et la Coupole. Chambres bien isolées, mais pas de l'extérieur. Informez-vous des événements qui ont lieux sur la place Esplanade. Si vous cherchez du calme, choisissez une chambre qui donne sur la cour intérieure. (la nuit, il est possible de dormir tranquillement, la Coupole, elle, ne génère aucune nuisance sonore)

Salina (8/5): Comfortable short stay. - Location - close to the station and the conference center. Please to see an iron and ironing board available in the room. Size of room was great with the desk and lounge chair available, plenty of hangers. The room has a city view. However the view overlooked the open 'square' dominated by a round building covered in grafitti. There were people (most wearing hoodies) coming and going in that area. It seems to be a popular meeting up area all evening and in the early hours of the morning (2-6am). Their 'chatter' could be heard from my room which did not contribute to deep sleep.

Paola (4/5): Party bis um 06.00h in Lokal vor den Zimmern, schlafen war nicht möglich - Um 23.00h hat im Lokal "Chessu Kuppel" vor dem Hotel eine Feier stattgefunden welche bis 06.00h grossen Lärm verursacht hat. Vor allem der starke Bass machte das Schlafen unmöglich. Für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse von Merriott ein unhaltbarer Zustand. Eine Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten. Leider habe ich die nächste Übernachtung schon gebucht. Habe das Personal darauf hingewiesen, dass ich dies nicht nochmals erleben möchte. Hoffe beim nächsten Aufenthalt einen positiveren Bericht erstellen zu können. Die Einrichtung usw. wäre abgesehen davon sonst sehr gut.

Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden da direkt gegenüber ein Technoclub die ganze Nacht bis 06.00h laute Musik mit extremem Bass laufen lässt! Ich verlange für meinen Aufenthalt vom 19.3 bis 21.3 ein kühles und ruhiges Zimmer!

philalapatte (9/5): Nice hotel I would recommend - The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything worked as expected. The hotel is comfy and secure and generaly quiet. The dome in front of the hotel had some party that was going on until 7am. Well isolated but still a bit noisy.

Das Check In sehr mühsam über 25 min, in der Nacht öffnet sich keine Tür mit der Karte \Schlüssel du klingelst und wartest in der eher etwas gefährlich gegend bis jemand öffnet. Wer kein Englisch spricht sollte nicht in das Hotel.

The breakfast is over priced. Restaurant menu is limited. The location is pretty depressing. We arrived just as they were taking down the wonder wonderland facilities. Rudolf (9/5): Ich werde wieder kommen.....!! - Das Frühstück war perfekt und ausreichend. Nicht zu viel und auch nicht zu wenig. Die Lage ist top!! Die Zimmer sind super, auch die Badezimmer sind sehr schön und bequem. Schade gibt es beim zentralen Parkhaus, keine Hotel eigene Parkplätze zu einem fairen Preis.....Beim Personal sollte auch darauf geachtet werden, dass Zweisprachigkeit vorhanden ist.....In Biel spricht man nicht nur Französisch!!

SYLVAIN (9/5): Très belle découverte ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bienne - La situation de l’hôtel était stratégique dans notre séjour, et c’était idéal ! De plus la practicité de se parquer au parking souterrain du palais des congrés est un plus (Merci à l’hôtel pour les 25% de discount sur le parking). L’accueil était parfait, la réceptionniste très professionnelle nous a même changer de chambre pour que nous soyons sur le côté calme de l’hôtel. La chambre spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Aussi un point agréable: la domotique qui ferme automatiquement les stores des chambres pour une obscurité parfaite. Nous avons apprécié certains petits détails également: les prises USB intégrées dans les prises de courant, la possibilité de diffuser le contenu de son appareil sur la TV. Le petit dej, compris dans notre prix était copieux, varié et bien organisé. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir RAS

Toll fand ich, dass wir das Gepäck vor und nach dem Kongress deponieren konnten. Sehr nahe gelegen vom Kongress. Das Frühstück hat mich nicht überzeugt. Es hatte zuwenig Brot, Das Birchermüesli hat mir gefehlt und der offene Käse war dürftig. Hat mir gefehlt. es hatte nur Scheibenkäse und portionen Käse, eingepackt.
Ursula (9/5): Perfektes City-Hotel, zentral, sehr sauber, top modern, äusserst freundliche Mitarbeiter - Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Zimmer war extrem sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, schönes modernes Bad, gute, leise Klimaanlage, das Öffnen der Fenster über Nacht war nicht notwendig. Ein Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, sonst jedoch blieben keine Wünsche offen.
