• Thomas (8/5): Good, clean, great location, but a bit hot. - Good location near USI and the lake. Lots of easy and lovely walks. The AC is probably not sufficient for this size apartment when it is 33C outside. I was provided with a fan upon request, which was great. But I don't think the AC can effectively cool the apartment, and thus advertising with AC is likely to lead to unhappiness among guests. Many apartments/hotesl also provide a Lugano travel card for access to public transport, but not this one.

O AR TINHA FUNCIONAMENTO INTERMITENTE. EU ESTAVA COM DUAS CRIANÇAS PEQUENAS E CHEGAMOS A PEGAR 44 GRAUS. UM INFERNO SEM O AR FUNCIONANDO COMO DEVERIA. ESPERO SER REEMBOLSADO PO ISSO.

• Somporn (8/5): Weare coming back - Good location in a living area . New renovated I felt at home. A bit hard to find . It would help to tell customers that at the Ground floor of the building is a Fiat Alfa Romeo Garage .
• RICHARD (10/5): Friends meeting in Lugano - A very nice apartment with everything you need to cook a meal. Very convenient location on a bus route. Safe and pleasant area. Only suggestions would be to provide better instructions on using the tv and provide extra bed linens for a 3rd person using the sofa bed.
• Alghaleya (7/5): Good - Clean and there is facilities. When you arrive, there is no sign where is the apartment. There is no elevator.
• Sara (8/5): Clean, quiet apartment in Lugano - The apartment was sparkly clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I loved that they had these little prepared kits with toiletries and cleaning supplies for the kitchen. It was a great location and super quiet. I would love to stay here again. There was no wifi in the apartment even though it said there was in the booking page. I had to request a mobile internet unit that I had to go pick up. That was stressful when I arrived at 10pm at night. My friend had picked up the keys for me earlier in the day so I needed to go the next day. I didn't have any data because my EU phone wouldn't work so it was hard to navigate to the office the old-fashioned way. The internet should have been in the apartment already. I was in Lugano during an unprecedented heatwave. There was no air conditioning, only 4 fans. The fans just pushed hot air around. The heat was super unusual and air conditioning in Switzerland is unusual, so I cannot fault the property for the heat. It's important for anyone traveling in August if it's too hot that there is no air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable at night. Despite these things, I would still stay in this apartment again - just not in summer.
