• Andrea (6/5): Se risolvono il problema dell'acqua calda sarebbe da 5 stelle - L'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso, ben arredato (come si vede in foto) e in una posizione fantastica. Comodissimo anche per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Bruxelles. I gestori sono stati disponibili e facilmente reperibili tramite gruppo whatsapp creato direttamente da loro. Purtroppo il problema della mancanza di acqua calda nell'unico bagno con doccia e vasca è ancora presente e non è stato possibile fare una doccia calda nei 3 giorni di soggiorno. Il problema è segnalato nelle recensioni da novembre fino ad oggi. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con le pentole scaldando l'acqua in cucina. Inoltre, eravamo 5 adulti e sapevamo che uno avrebbe usufruito del divano letto, ma una volta arrivati abbiamo scoperto che si trattava di una poltrona allungabile con materasso di pochi centimetri appoggiato direttamente sul pavimento. Per questo problema basterebbe indicare correttamente cosa intendono per divano letto così chi sceglie la struttura non ha sorprese. E' un peccato per il potenziale di questa struttura e per la gentilezza dei gestori.
• Laetitia (5/5): - We didn’t get to stay at this location due to water damage causing power problems meaning we were unable to stay. Due to this last minute problem Nestor put us up at their Ixelles apartment. The location of the alternative accommodation was a welcome break away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Brussels and was within walking directions of most locations. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. The living space was warm and welcoming The master bedroom was cold and difficult to warm up and the master bathroom looked fancy at first glance but was outdated and not practical to use on a day to day basis. Not 100% sure if this apartment is used on a regular basis as basic items were missing ie microwave.
• Lisa (4/5): Very disappointing for a winter break, I would only recommend visiting if you don’t mind having a cold strip wash! - Lylia at the office was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful when we arrived. The apartment was in a fantastic location, it was spacious, nicely decorated, and had amazingly comfortable mattresses. On the surface, it met all our expectations that we had on booking our holiday when looking at the photographs, and from the description provided. A BIG BUT COMING! Our experience was completely marred by the total lack of hot water, and any water pressure, during our stay in the kitchen and both bathrooms. We had arrived late in the evening, so we reported the issue the next morning, and the office responded the same day advising that an engineer would visit. During their call out, we happened to come back to the apartment while the engineer was there, but we were unable to communicate with them in relation to the problem, or any possible solution. We left before the engineer had completed the ‘fix’ that never was, and on our return to the apartment late afternoon, we messaged the office again to advise of the continuing problem. We did not receive a reply. The following day we messaged again and received an apology, however by this time, the four of us staying there hadn’t had a shower for three days and we had to leave to catch the train. We requested compensation by way of a late checkout, however, only a small amount of time was agreed which we found unacceptable. Since being home, we have also contacted booking.com to complain. No action has been taken or compensation offered. Altogether a very disappointing experience. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS, THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN ONGOING THROUGHOUT 2024 WITHOUT A FIX

• Janet (5/5): Excellent location and don’t expect hot shower - Great location No hot water to bathroom, despite host tried fixing it, still no enough pressure for hot water to reach bathroom. We couldn’t have hot shower for 2 days. Without this hot water shower issue, the property would be 100%
• Paticia (5/5): Big Apartment but the management was poor. - Location was excellent . Apartment was near Grande Place. Rooms were very large. There was lots of storage. There were only 1 set of keys. Needed 2 sets for our group. Inadequate communication before our arrival. We didn't know if were going to be met or if there was a combination to get into the apartment. We found out a few hours before arrival . Information on instruction sheet in apartment was inadequate and confusing especially about the trash. There was a threat of 200 euros if not disposed properly. This property lacked many ammenities. No dish towels in the kitchen and we had to buy them. More utensils needed for the amount of renters. Bathrooms needed more towels again for the amount of renters. There were no toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Very unsanitary .Big
• JJJ (9/5): 水回り以外は超最高！また泊まりたい！ - 何よりアクセスがいい。 ブリュッセルのガラリエの中で宿泊できたのは貴重な経験だった。もちろんアクセスも最高。 部屋も高級感があり広く、感動した。 シャワーのお湯が出ず苦労した。30分ほどかけて少し暖かいお湯になったが水量がかなり少なく困った。 ガラリエでうるさい人がいると部屋に響くが、寝室は通りに面していないので寝る時は全く気にならなかった。

• Kheria (2/5): - The bedsheets are dirty. The furniture was dirty, carpet, face towels. The lock on the door was broken. I couldn’t look the door. I hat to wait for someone to come and they still couldn’t fix it. I felt very unsafe.

Staff were helpful especially with our luggage. Needed instructions on how to use the washing machine. We eventually figured it out.

Just needed more towels. - Great position Although expect it to be a little noisey at night time as you are on top of shops within the beautiful arcade. 5 adults were only given 3 bath towels We requested more. And we told we would receive same night. But they never came. Disappointing.

• Hanna (3/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Altbauwohnung In der Dusche gibt es kein heißes Wasser. Die Unterkunft wurde darauf hingewiesen, es wurde behauptet dieses Problem sei neu, laut alten Bewertungen ist dieses Problem jedoch schon lange bekannt. Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht aber es gab nur 4 Schlafplätze. Eine Person musste auf der Couch (KEINE Schlafcouch) schlafen! Wir konnten erst verspätet einchecken. Entgegen der Anzeige gab es keine Minibar oder Tee/Kaffee in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schwierig. Insgesamt für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel!!! Obwohl die Wohnung top ist mit schöner Lage ist es mehr Schein als Sein!

Advertised as having air conditioning however upon arrival we were told it didn't so ot was very warm and too noisy to leave the windows open. Neighbor is very noisy into the night all night. Tried to reach about parking refund after check out and did not get a reply

• Andre (10/5): Great stay! If the warm water situation was remedied, I'd stay again or only in the Summer. - Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Very close to the Grand Place in Brussels and within walking distance to many attractions. The gallery itself can be loud, but at night there is a security guard that walks the gallery to ensure that people don't loiter and that they are not being excessively loud. In the bedrooms I could not hear anything at all. It was VERY quiet while sleeping. Great place to stay! I was informed that the hot water took some time to really get warm. It never got warm. It was a bit chilly of a night and after walking around I was looking forward to a nice warm shower. I let the shower run for a bit to get warm and it just never did. That was a bummer.

• Michelle (9/5): Apart from noisy neighbour, it was fab!!! - A very lovely apartment One big disappointment was the neighbour above the apartment. He/she/they were so noisy, it like they were constantly moving furniture throughout the middle of the night. It went on from 11pm-6am one night. We complained but not sure whether it was followed through as the same happened the next 2 nights, so we just suffered it !!!
• Jennifer (6/5): Great potential - The cleaner met us and allowed luggage drop and key pickup. CHARMING apartment, and very central to train station. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Apartment had personality, yet was neither too plain nor over-decorated. Desk area was a nice touch. Ample bath towels provided. Door of second bath fell off hinge, so entire family had to share one bath. This was quickly acknowledged, but no repair was coordinated during a 5 day stay. Would not have paid this much to share one bath. Shower water pressure just ok, hot water intermittent and slow to arrive. Kitchen lacked mitt for handling oven items and had bare minimum of silverware and plates. One kitchen towel only. Draperies did not fully darken living space where one family member slept.

• michel (10/5): Le logement était dans la prolongation de la période de Noël de Bruxelles .... parfait et magique - Emplacement "Royal", la disponibilité, malgré la réservation de dernière minute, je dirais même de dernière seconde, appartement très spacieux, une décoration à la fois sobre et recherchée, un aménagement de haute qualité. La machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas, et le petit déjeuner absent. Néanmoins, la situation centrale laisse accès a multitude de cafés dans les environs proches.

Máquina de lavar excelente. Reservamos para 5 pessoas e ao chegar não haviam toalhas, lençol e cobertor para todos. Só foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Achei uma falta de atenção com itens básicos, ainda mais com a temperatura de 5 graus.
