• Laure (9/5): - I absolutely loved this hotel, from the first moment I stepped into the building the staff were so warm and friendly I received an amazing greeting. I had emailed for early check in as my flight arrived at 7 am and I would reach the hotel round 8:30, as hotel check in is at 3pm and honestly knew it would not be possible but to my surprise my room was ready at 9am, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised and impressed . The smell of the hotel was also amazing and my room was gorgeous! Very clean and extremely comfy. I was so taken by this adorable little hotel; it was honestly so gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English and French. The location of the hotel is also a big plus. Super close to many restaurants, shopping mall and safe area. I would walk alone late past midnight and be safe.

The staff is very friendly and helpful I was very disappointed that our room wasn’t serviced. After a beautiful Saturday evening in town, we came to our hotel room with unmade beds… supplies hadn’t been restocked. ( there is a „green“ option, where you don’t ask for daily maintenance) we hadn’t selected this option and we felt very disappointed that our room hadn’t been attended. Commented this to the night porter, who brought us some extra water bottles. You don’t expect this from a high end hotel. Breakfast is very expensive for what is offered. 29€/p.p, no croissants, the viennoiseries were basic. Buffet feels limited.

A beautiful building in a really good location for all of the major central Brussels attractions, which are all accessible on foot. The staff were all amazing and there are lots of small touches in the hotel that make it a truly great place to stay. For those who appreciate great architecture, the building is a wonder and very spacious. The breakfast was really good (albeit a little overpriced in my view). I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels. The only thing I would say as a negative is how audible noise from outside was in our room. The hotel is located quite near to some bars and has a lot of footfall as a result. Not the hotel's fault, I appreciate, but the noise of people walking by woke my wife on several occasions during our two-night stay.

• Claudia (8/5): Lovely jewel of a hotel, fantastic location - Breakfast room is a lovely converted ballroom, with daylight and views of the city. Breakfast buffet is very good, with a a classic selection of warm (eggs, bacon, rolls) and cold cuts.

• Freya (9/5): Amazing place to stay in Brussels. - The hotel is fairly new, about 2 years old it used to be a bank and so the architecture is wonderful, super high ceilings in your room the rooms are very big and well worth the money we paid. We extended our stay as it has the perfect location , easy walk to the town centre as well as the metro, convenience stores, restaurants etc. If we get the chance to come back to Brussels we will definitely be staying here. Didn't have an iron in the room but I didn't ask for one either so not sure how easy that would have been to get one.

• Patricia (10/5): Lovely hotel in a perfect location with helpful staff for a reasonable price. - The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of options. The room breakfast was served in was comfortable and inviting. Louie was warm and friendly. He welcomed us with a smile and was helpful in providing advice regarding travel in the city as well as surrounding areas. His restaurant suggestions were wonderful. The bed was a bit too soft.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent hotel and staff, close to Grand Place but not too close! - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, ours had a fireplace. Got great dinner recommendations too. Wished we could have stayed more than one night!

Zentrale Lage in einem guten Viertel, nähe der Oper. In der Nacht kaum Verkehrslärm. Das Frühstück war gut, ich habe in der Preisklasse schon mehr Vielfalt erlebt. Die Marmelade Gläser standen offen und an den Rändern klebte die eingetrocknete Marmelade. Die Gläser standen hinter der Butter erhöht. Wenn Gäste platzten war die Butter klebrig. Für Tee gab es keine Kannen. Im Speisesaal lag unter einem Tisch eine zerknüllte Serviette, drei Tage lang. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, Bad war sauber. Der Boden im Schlafraum wurde nicht täglich gesaugt. Es gibt einen Lift, bis zum Lift muss man aber einige Stufen überwinden, wo es kein Geländer gibt.

The staff was friedly. - I liked the room, the new furniture, the cleanliness, the quietness, and the location. Also, the mattress and the bed were very comfortable. I really liked the products used in the bathroom and the almonds offered by the hotel every evening. The staff was very kind. I didn’t like the lighting in the elevator—it was extremely bright. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

• Quentin (9/5): Magnifique 😍 - J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, je me suis sentie privilégiée dans cet établissement. J’ai également adoré le parfum d’ambiance de l’hôtel, ainsi que le fait d’avoir été accompagnée jusqu’à l’ascenseur tout en recevant des explications sur l’histoire de l’hôtel et les détails qui font le charme de cet établissement. Ce que j’ai moins apprécié, c’est peut-être le fait que, dans le couloir des chambres, la porte des réserves était ouverte, laissant apparaître des éléments techniques moins esthétiques. Dans l’ascenseur, il manque également une musique d’ambiance comme dans le reste de l’hôtel. Enfin, un véritable room service manque.
• David (10/5): Unbeschreiblich schön - Die Einrichtung, Lage, Personal und der Flair war unbeschreiblich. Ich Reise sehr viel aber noch nie hat mich eine Unterkunft so beeindruckt! Das Highlight war unter anderem die Handgeschriebene Karte.
