Thais (6/5): Satisfatório - Apartamento muito confortável e com tudo que precisa para fazer pequenas refeições. A localização não é boa, bairro inseguro e com pessoas estranhas na porta do prédio. Para uma mulher sozinha, não recomendo. A quantidade de água aquecida para o banho não é suficiente para duas pessoas, é necessário aguardar mais de 30 minutos para ter água suficiente para a segunda pessoa tomar banho quente.

Laura (2/5): Mejorable - La decoración y las instalaciones muy bien, todo muy cuidado y con mucho detalles. Había un tramo de escaleras bastante pindio en la entrada del portal, si vas con sillas de bebe o tienes movilidad reducida, no es muy recomendable. Lo peor, dentro del apartamento un olor horrible en el baño. Lo hemos puesto en conocimiento de los anfitriones, no se si lo habrán solucionado. Ellos están conscientes de ello, porque entraban todos los días a abrir las ventanas, cosa que no deberían de hacer, pues estancias inferiores a una semana no tienen servicio de limpieza. Una pena, porque la relación calidad precio estaba bien, pero ese olor era súper desagradable. Teníamos unos 25 minutos para llegar al centro de la ciudad, contabamos con ello, si no te importa caminar, es buena opción para ahorrar en el alojamiento.

Propreté irréprochable. Situation non loin de la gare du midi. 2 gros points faibles: Pas de machine à café et pour un amateur de café comme moi ...difficile de boire un café soluble! Pas de rideau le long des immenses fenêtres et un vis à vis très prononcé qui est très gênant pour l'intimité. Il y a cependant des rideaux occultant pour la nuit

Javier (7/5): - El apartamento estaba todo limpio y con todo lo necesario. Es perfecto para 4 personas. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y nos lo solucionaron rápido. El sofá cama es grande perfecto para dos personas pero tiene un problema que el somier está cedido en el centro lo que hace que el colchón se unda en el medio y sea incómodo dormir. Lo peor es lo sucio que está todo el barrio con montones de basura de varios días. Es una pena que el Aparthotel se vea perjudicado por el aspecto en el que se encuentra el barrio.

Vandet på badeværelset virkede ikke, og da jeg rapporterede det fik jeg et noget næsvist svar om at der var vand i bruseren ‘kun få meter derfra’. Dvs. 1) de var inden vores ankomst vidende om manglen, 2) de havde ikke kommunikeret manglen til os inden eller under vores ophold 3) de havde ikke tænkt sig at udbedre den, 4) de havde ikke tænkt sig at tilbyde kompensation for manglen. Den anden ting, der haltede var den helt ubegribeligt uoverskuelige kommunikation med en lang række formaninger og regler og quasi-trusler, der tilløb os i ugerne og dagene op til opholdet. Jeg plejer ikke at have udfordringer med at læse, men det var nærmest som at studere til eksamen..
Clarice (2/5): WARNING!!! - place was clean. It had a two beds. she came to fix the stove WARNING!! Please read everything carefully before making a booking. I made a big mistake of paying for 5 nights without reading properly. The owner won't let you have access to the property unless you pay an additional 80 euros which she state will be refunded once you leave. This money has never been paid back into my account. Her property also has no lift. She refused to let us have a room on the first floor even after informing I had traveled with my mother and paid an extra 20 euros for early check-in. This place will be perfect if you're backpacking and don't have a lot of luggage to pull up and down. The property is near lot of shops and was clean. The first night the stove didn’t work she came the next day and fixed it. We had problems with the shower throughout our stay. The shower takes a lot of effort to use. It was hard to communicate to some of the cleaning staff as they didn’t speak French or English. If you do decide to book this studio make sure you take a screenshot of your payment as that is the only evidence you will have. The link she sends is encrypted. Max (10/5): - Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war Top. Wir haben als eine Gruppe von 16 Menschen gebucht. Das Hostelzimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Eigentümer waren auch immer für Rückfragen telefonisch erreichbar, auch außerhalb der angegebenen Geschäftszeiten. Die Küche war ganz ok ausgestattet, sodass man hin und wieder Nudeln kochen konnte anstelle von in Brüssel essen zu gehen (was auf dauer doch ziemlich teuer ist). Der Weg zu Ubahn oder Bus war kurz und man war innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Europäischen Viertel oder in der Innenstadt. Ich habe hier viele Negativbewertungen über das Viertel gelesen. Zum Teil kommt es einem auch sehr sketchy vor, keine Frage. Allerdings sind einige der Bewertungen meiner Meinung nach hier Überzogen. Ja es ist nicht ein schönes Viertel von Brüssel, man kann definitiv in besseren Lagen buchen, allerdings hatten wir die Woche wo wir da waren keine Probleme.

Tambien barato y muy cerca de la estación Midi y del centro La ubicación bastante mal, varios conductores de uber nos advirtieron de robos y tiroteos en el barrio, no nos pasó nada pero nos sentiamos un poco inseguras porque la gente se te queda mirando mucho. Tambien estamos teniendo problemas con la devolución de la fianza, estuvimos hasta el dia 2 de marzo y hoy, dia 12, ese dinero sigue sin llegarme, me he puesto en contacto con ellos y estamos intentando solucionarlo pero creo que no va a poder ser… La fianza se hace a traves de otra plataforma diferente a booking pero bueno, nota final un 7/10

Katrien (10/5): Autonomie en rust - Wat we het meest hebben gewaardeerd, is de totale vrijheid. Geen strikte aankomsttijden, vlotte toegang en veilige codes. Je voelt je echt op je gemak. De studio was licht, heel aangenaam om in te verblijven, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een praktische badkamer. Perfect voor een verblijf met z’n tweeën.

Alyson (10/5): Perfect voor een concertavond in Brussel - Wij zijn doordeweeks gekomen voor een romantische avond met een concert in het centrum van Brussel, en dit was echt de ideale keuze. De autonome check-in vanaf 16u is super handig, zeker wanneer je rekening moet houden met de concerturen. De codes die we dezelfde dag ontvingen waren duidelijk en alles werkte perfect. We voelden ons veilig en op ons gemak. De buurt is levendig en multicultureel, wat zorgt voor een unieke sfeer. Het kan bij aankomst even verrassend zijn, maar we hebben ons absoluut niet onveilig gevoeld. Eenmaal in de studio is het een echte cocon: rustig, comfortabel en met een uitstekend bed. Perfect om na het concert samen te ontspannen. Een zeer mooie ervaring, absoluut een aanrader.

De autonome toegang is zeer eenvoudig, de gepersonaliseerde codes geven een veilig gevoel en er is geen tijdverlies bij aankomst. De buurt is levendig, maar ik heb me nooit onveilig gevoeld. Binnen is het rustig en erg comfortabel. Perfect om uit te rusten en de volgende werkdag voor te bereiden. Ik kom zeker terug bij mijn volgende zakenreis.

Het is een levendige, multiculturele buurt, vol energie. We hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld. De studio zelf is een echte kleine cocon, heel netjes en perfect uitgerust.

Estel (2/5): - It was an okay apartment. Very clean inside, also has recycling bins. The worst street you could be in, feels pretty unsafe, specially avoid if you’re girls. Would rather pay a bit more and sleep in a better place than be back. Also got charged 80€ twice accidentally for the assurance, and my 160€ are being kept for a whole month since I paid them… Nowhere to be seen. Overall a lot to improve.
