Guest Reviews

- Joanna (9/5): Idealna lokalizacja i autentyczna rzymska atmosfera. - Fantastyczna lokalizacja! Parę kroków od Placu św. Piotra.
- Artem (6/5): The only good thing about this flat is location - Location was good No mosquito tents on the windows, there are no AC, dirty kitchen

- Juan (8/5): A nice flat in a very central area of Roma. Very comfortable flat with great living room. - The Location was great, close to lungotevere, close to Vaticano and castle , the size of the living room is very comfortable Real air con only in the living room. Takes time to get all the apartment cool , especiallY during summer nights
- Radoilahristova (9/5): Superb - The location is unbeatable. It is close to all the main sites, restaurants, etc yet it is on a quiet street and there is no noise. The place was clean. Communication with the host was timely and they were super responsive. Collecting the keys was really easy There was no aircon in the bedroom per se which in the summer months is a challenge.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - Great Location, walking distance to everything but still quiet. A lovely apartment. Perfect for a few nights away. Well equipped kitchen, easy check in process. Would highly recommend.
- Georgia (10/5): A lovely place for an unforgettable stay! - Great contemporary Roman minimalistic style in interior design and decoration. The apartment is very spacious and functional. Located at a fantastic spot by the river, a few steps from San Pietro, it's also at a walkable distance from various museums and piazza Navona and and lots of buses are passing by there going to Trastevere, Monti and other areas. Everything was great. There was nothing not to like.
- Gökçe (6/5): Good value but do not expect much - The location is very central, walking distance to many places including Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Trastevere, Vaticano, etc. The place meets basic expectations and is good value for the price. The cleanliness could be improved. Opportunities are limited, even the number of glasses are limited. Heating can be a problem, when you’re traveling in the cold season. There’s a foul smell inside the building and the appartment that does not go away. Bed not very comfy either.
- Nemanja (9/5): very comfortable with amazing location - huge flat, perfect location, all amenities in the flat that could be necessary, especially in the kitchen. very kind and responsive owner. it was a little bit cold in the room. there is heating but flat is kind a huge and hard to heat. However, this is really not such an issue.
- Emilio (7/5): Good - Location
Clean
Attentive staff Internet conection
No elevator, three flights of stairs
Bed could be upgraded
- Cathy (3/5): The place is a good example of why Italy is banning owner-rentals to tourists. - The location was pretty good. AC worked pretty well. The place is long-term dirty and in need of a LOT of repairs. The bed is truly awful. It’s the cheapest bed frame IKEA sells and its falling apart. Terrible mattress droops through the failing bed-slats. The sofa has a leg that is separated from the base. The whole building smells moldy. And it is UGLY - and depressing, like haunted house depressing. Shower door is from the 80s and doesn’t close. Bidet almost falling off its mount. Cheap scratchy thin towels. Worst of all was the communication with the “owner”. No “handbook” for the unit so you basically figure everything out yourself. (This place says it’s a SONDER unit but if it is, it shouldn’t be.) Owner doesn’t care one bit about the place (except for the money) plus it costs WAYYYY too much. I stay in Rome a LOT. Months and months over the years in lots of great properties. One of the worst places I’ve stayed in ever.
