The location is amazing, in one of the most sought after areas in Bruxelles with many cafes bars shops. A big parc is nearby - for runs or a playground for children. It’s safe and clean, not like the touristic city center. The rooms are amazing - spaceous, comfortable, brand new, luxurious. The breakfast was excellent. Easy parking right at the hotel. If you come to Brussels you must stay here.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Unsere Junior Suite mit Küchenzeile war toll, grosszügig und super ausgestattet. Sie hatte einen Balkon, der auf den Innenhof zeigte, tolle Aussicht im 8.Stock und absolut ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit (Concierge im Eingangsbereich). Wir fühlten uns wie zu hause, es war gemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum und Salon waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und luden zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück war fein. Tram- und Busstation nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung. Die Auswahl beim Früstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Mangel.

• Benjamin (9/5): - The interior design at L-avenue in Brussels was perfect for a week-long stay, with a great sense of space and beautiful decoration. The kindness and dedication of the staff made my vacation flawless. Highly recommended. One small downside is that the price feels a bit high, as the location is not exactly in the very centre and local shops and services in the immediate area are still quite limited.

• Marie (7/5): Propre mais peu pratique avec un bébé - Cet hôtel est probablement idéal pour les couples, mais moins pour les couples avec un bébé ou enfant en bas âge. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Les équipements sont fonctionnels et de qualité. La chambre disposait d’une cuisine toute équipée avec four (vrai four), frigo, plaques de cuisson et lave vaisselle. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et les produits sont frais (pancakes préparés sur place, salade de fruits frais de saison…). La salle du petit déjeuner est petite mais accueillante. Le parking dispose de places spacieuses au sous-sol de l’hôtel, ce qui est pratique. Attention toutefois aux manœuvres car l’accès au parking est très étroit. Nous avons choisi l’hôtel pour sa proximité avec Uccle et nous pouvons dire qu’il est bien situé. La chambre n’est pas pratique avec un enfant en bas âge car la salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre. Si le bébé dort à 20h, il est difficile de prendre une douche, se laver les dents ou autre sans le réveiller. J’ai demandé s’il était possible d’avoir une chambre avec salle de bain séparée mais cela coûtait 50€ supplémentaires par nuit, ce qui m’a semblé exagéré compte-tenu du fait que nous avons déjà dépensé 180€/nuit. Le réceptionniste m’a dit qu’il ne pouvait pas nous proposer une autre chambre au cas où des clients arrivent - et il n’y avait pourtant pas grand monde à l’hôtel (seulement 2-3 tables d’occupées au petit déjeuner les deux matins). Aussi, j’avais demandé à l’avance un lit pour bébé mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour à ce sujet.

Spacious separate sitting area and kitchenette for self-catering if required. Paid parking option available which was essential for this trip. We were close to the lift so a little worried about noise but this was not a problem. Nothing. We did not stay long enough to really appreciate it all, unfortunately.

• Elena (10/5): Great stay at L-Avenue - We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel L’Avenue . The hotel is located in a great area, making it easy to reach many tourist attractions. Everything was extremely clean, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and quiet, especially since we had a family room overlooking the inner courtyard. The hotel also offers a lovely relaxation area and a gym. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable city break! -

• Andreea (9/5): Excellent hotel in perfect location - Accommodation, cleanliness and personal friendliness were exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, personnel very helpful with any issue raised. Location is excelent as well, a small Carrefour shop 50 m away for shopping. The suite had a kitchenette included which proved to be very well equipped. Although very good, the breakfast is a little bit overpriced, even for a 4 star hotel. There was little choice left if one shows up 30 minutes before closing time and most of the things do not get replenished. The underground parking is also very useful and the concierge was extremely helpful, however the garage entrance is extremely narrow (broad cars need to check the dimensions and most likely clap their exterior mirrors to fit) and on the expensive side. The heating and fanning were very difficult to figure out, so instruction manuals would be very welcome (or short instructions on how to work with room temperature/climatisation/etc).

• Guillaume (8/5): Un peu déçu cette fois-çi - L'emplacement, l'équipement qui transforme une chambre en petit appartement, le personnel. La décoration est aussi très bien, assez design C'est assez étonnant mais plus vous venez et plus le niveau (et l'étage!) de la chambre se dégrade (1ère fois au 6ème sur cour maintenant au 2ème sur l'avenue). Dommage car j'ai vraiment aimé les premières fois. J'essaye un autre hôtel la prochaine fois ou je viens à Bruxelles
