• Victor (10/5): Excelent! - Amabilitatea personalului, curatenia. Am primit o camera la etajul 8 si, din acest motiv, am avut o panorama excelenta! Dotarile camerei au fost peste asteptari! Daca voi mai avea ocazia sa ajung la Anvers, cu siguranta voi alege acest hotel.
• Joyce van der Hoofd (9/5): - De locatie met ov heel dichtbij. Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Prima bed De televisie had alleen maar Duitstalige zenders. Chromecast werkte niet en niemand aanwezig om dat te verhelpen. Wel vervelend niet overkomelijk.

• Stephano (7/5): Het zou beter kunnen - Ontbijt en de airco in de kamer Had gereserveerd voor parkeren vanaf het begin van de reservering en nog 2 dagen ervoor,kwam aan hadden geen plaats.we moesten heel rondjes rijden en daarna heel eind lopen vanaf waar we parkeren nabij het Centraal Station . Met de bagage naar het hotel lopen. Had aangegeven de dag ervoor de tijd dat we komen, kamers waren nog niet klaar. Vloeren was niet netjes in de kamer.bed was niet stabiel en poten aan de achterkant zat niet vast van het bed . Kleed was vies bij het bed en was stoffig de kamer.

• Eileen (6/5): - Clean, spacious rooms and good breakfast Check-in queue was very long and the process was messy. Had to explain several times what services I had booked, even what I had pre-paid. Lists with guest names laying around in full view. Whole check in experience felt a bit unprofessional. Hotel is on a busy road which you can hear inside.
• Doris (6/5): - Schlechte Lage - direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße/Kreuzung - keine Schalldichten Fenster- Lärm bis zur 8. Etage zu hören. Durch die vorhandenen Küchen haben Gäste im Zimmer gekocht und da man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, wurde über den Flur gelüftet - damit alle Gäste was von haben....(Brandschutz/ Fenster nicht zu öffnen) Die Klimaanlage knackt ständig, trotzdem ausschalten, keine Möglichkeit für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Frühstück ausreichend aber nicht zu überragend. Keine Möglichkeit im Parkhaus des Hotels zu parken - angeblich alles voll, obwohl man nicht vorreservieren muss.
• Kirsten (6/5): - Gutes Bett, geräumiges Zimmer, Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Die Fenster zur Straße dürfen laut Aussage des Hotels nicht geöffnet werden. Es gab daher auch keinen Griff. Mein Fenster war allerdings auch nicht richtig geschlossen. Und der Hotelmitarbeiter im Nachtdienst konnte es auch nicht vollständig schließen. Leider kam auch tagsüber niemand, um das Problem zu lösen, so dass ich zwei relativ laute Nächte an der Hauptverkehrsstraße hatte. Als ich das beim Auschecken gesagt habe, bekam ich nur ein einfaches „Sorry“. Hier hätte man sich durchaus von Hotelseite etwas einfallen lassen können.

• maarten (7/5): Voor twee nachtjes te doen (mits je het bed krijgt wat je ook geboekt hebt)op een goede uitvalsbasis - Goede locatie op loopafstand van de Metro We hadden een kamer met tweepersoonsbed geboekt maar kregen een kamer met een slaapbank. Daar viel (voor ons) slecht op te slapen, veel te hard en kwam niet overeen met onze boeking. Helaas spreekt het personeel geen Nederlands..... Uiteindelijk toch een andere kamer gekregen maar dat was pas voor de tweede nacht. Er konden geen ramen open.....frisse lucht is een must!

• Hanen (5/5): Expérience moyenne - La chambre était confortable, avec un lit agréable. L’emplacement est pratique, à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville en tram. Lors du check-in, nous avons attendu un moment vers 17h sans trouver personne à l’accueil. L’accueil ensuite était assez froid et peu informatif, notamment pour le garage où aucune explication claire n’a été donnée. Le petit-déjeuner était très basique, avec peu de choix (un seul type de pain, pas d’omelette). Pour un petit-déjeuner inclus, c’était décevant. En plus, notre réservation n’a pas été retrouvée immédiatement sur la liste, ce qui a nécessité une vérification avec le responsable malgré la confirmation indiquant que le petit-déjeuner était compris. Dans l’ensemble, la chambre est correcte, mais le service et le petit-déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur.

The first thing I didn't like was that upon arrival in the evening, there was no dinner available except chips and water. Also, when I asked about checkout, I was told the earlier the better, since there were a lot of guests arriving.

They refused to change the room. they didnt allow me to get in touch with the manager. only after me making them call the manager the third time they agreed to call housekeeping that already left for the day to get it fixed. client service? none

Had a clothes dryer, full kitchen with utensils and dishwasher. Nice view of Antwerp and breakfast was better than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Handtücher konnten am Waschbecken nicht aufgehangen werden Bett war auch gleich Couch und daher sehr sehr hart

• Natascha (5/5): Het verblijf vonden wij teleurstellend. - De locatie De kamer stonk, er kon geen raam open om dat te verhelpen. Wegens veiligheidsredenen alleen een airco systeem. Hielp voor geen meter. En het bed 😖 Een opklapbare bank. Het leek wel een houten plank met een dekentje erover. Wij hebben 2 nachten ruk geslapen en dat is nog aardig uitgedrukt.

• Erwin (8/5): Prima hotel - Ontbijt was prima, zeer aardige bediening. Meer dan genoeg keuze. Wel wat weinig zitplaatsen. De check-in was erg vriendelijk. Kamers ruim, schoon en stil. Prima douche. Hele fijne centrale ligging. Geen last van het verkeer (qua geluid). Ongeveer in het midden tussen het oude centrum en het Sporpaleis. Vlakbij de snelweg. Het was erg zoeken naar een parkeerplaats in de kelder waar we konden staan. Verder vond ik het erg jammer dat er geen raam open kon, laat staan een deur naar het balkon. Daardoor moest de airco aan om het koud genoeg te krijgen, en dat was niet nodig geweest als de deur open had gekund. Verder is het wel handig als het personeel dezelfde informatie geeft: op ons verzoek of we de auto nog wat langer in de kelder mochten laten staan, zei de één: tot 16 uur uiterlijk, en de ander tot 12 uur uiterlijk. Dat is niet handig.

• Lisa (1/5): Slecht geslapen door een hard en viezig geluid wat niet stopte. - - We hebben niet kunnen slapen door een heel hard en raar geluid wat uit de badkamer, keuken of airco leek te komen. Echt vreselijk slecht. We hebben alles geprobeerd maar het stopte niet.
• RJ (7/5): Degelijk hotel nabij het stadion. - De kamer was schoon en netjes, en bedden waren prima. De balkondeuren kunnen niet open (mag niet van de overheid), het gevolg is een chronisch gebrek aan frisse lucht, ondanks de aanwezigheid van een airco, was de kamer wat benauwd en warm. Het ontbijt kwam niet helemaal overeen met de foto's, dat vind ik niet correct, zet geen zaken op foto's die je niet aanbiedt.

• Olly (9/5): Very nice hotel with cooking facilities. - We use this hotel everytime we stay in Antwerp. Two reasons. First is the very nice kitchenette with dishwasher! We need a kitchen for some dietary considerations and it has a normal sized fridge. Second we normally take our electric bikes and it hads the largest and most secure underground bike park of any hotel I've been too. The place is modern, clean and quiet. The rooms are very well designed and spacious enough. Car parking is quite expensive but same as most other city centre hotels. Breakfast is your standard hotel fare, not outstanding but good enough.

• celine (8/5): Très agréable, le petit dej est diversifié - La propreté, le confort du lit, les lumières tamisées et la salle de bain ont été très appréciés. Le personnel a été aussi sympathique et la localisation est très bonne (à côté des lignes de tram) Il n'y a pas d'accès à la terrasse à moins d'en faire la demande et la chambre n'est pas super bien isolée. Il manque aussi de condiments de base dans les chambres comme du sel, lait pour le café (fourni)

• Anusca (3/5): Het was zo bedroevend dat we onze trolleys hebben gepakt en een ander hotel hebben genomen - De locatie was verder van het centrum verwijderd dan op de website stond aangegeven Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met balkon maar tot onze verbazing was het balkon afgesloten, op last van de gemeente werd ons verteld maar ook dit was niet op de website aangegeven. Het bed was een drama, veel te klein voor twee personen en waarom er in zo'"n kleine kamer een keuken is geplaatst is mij een raadsel, de kamer rook ook muf.
