Antoine (9/5): Nous avons passé trois très bonnes nuits lors de notre court séjour à Namur - Le personnel est aux petits soins, disponible et serviable. Les chambres sont pratiques et confortables. Les espaces partagés sont particulièrement agréables Très léger bruit des trains sur lesquels notre fenêtre donnait mais en grande partie neutralisé par une isolation de qualité. Il faut s'attendre à un quartier moyennement agréable (abords classiques d'une gare) mais proche de ceux plus agréables du centre.

Jessica (7/5): Assez agréable - J’ai apprécié la mise à disposition du café et de l’eau tout au long de la journée, ainsi que l’espace terrasse, très bien aménagé. Contrairement aux avis que j’avais lus, j’ai trouvé l’équipe de réception globalement froide et distante, à l’exception de la réceptionniste du matin, plus souriante. L’isolation phonique du plafond était insuffisante et les bruits de la chambre du dessus m’ont régulièrement réveillé la nuit. De plus, la chambre restait très chaude malgré le thermostat au minimum, ce qui a rendu mes deux nuits peu reposantes.

But it was not clear where to park on the street while we waited or how to access the parking when confirmed. The taxi drivers got annoyed!

Rosemary (7/5): modern hotel in good location - Breakfast was very good with a range of options provided. Good timings too, with early starts possible. Hotel bar was pleasant area to sit in, when returning after busy day or after a evening meal out. Location is excellent especially if traveling by train. Overlooking the train track was not an issue as the rooms are super-sound-proofed. Easy to walk through various quarters toward the restuarants & shopping area near the rivers confluence and the citadel. The parking - it was not on offer apparently to us. ... not sure why. The advice to park locally on the side roads worked most of the time as charges do not apply 5pm to 9am. HOWEVER, the hotel did not advise that the regular Saturday market takes precedence over everything and your car get towed by the police....(easy but expensive to recover)

Le seul inconvénient c'est peut-être le bruit occasionnel du chemin de fer, mais bon, ça n'était pas trop dérangeant en réalité. Cela n'a pas du tout impacté l'experience que nous avons eu de notre séjour.
