• Mardi (10/5): Large contemporary one bedroom apartment in the heart of old town. - The apartment was larger than we expected and very well presented. Being close to everything but also feeling secluded and away from the street when in the apartment or on the back deck was important. Having the deck space and greenery especially when in the centre of the old town was a bonus. The staff, located just around the corner were always available and helpful, either by a short walk to reception or available by WhatsApp (as only had data when travelling).

• Yuliana (9/5): Specious apartment in a great location with everything you might need! - We booked the terrace room and it was amazing! Super spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The beds were comfy and the living room was huge. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed, good (!!!) new pan, plenty of tableware, plus there was a dishwasher and a washing machine. The staff was amazing, you can ask for a refill of everything you need and they bring you plenty! They were also super friendly and kind! The location was superb too! Just a few footsteps from all the central squares but in a quieter street :) plus the bedrooms were facing the inner yard making it quiet for sleeping! Overall great place with everything you need! Pricy but a really good value for money tbh! The only odd thing was that for an apartment of up to 6 people, they only made one toilet (bathroom and toilet were separate but there was only one toilet itself). This was a bit uncomfortable especially in the morning hours, there was definitely space for a second one :D

• Marco (8/5): Super mooi appartement met een perfecte ligging - De ligging in het historische centrum, mooi ruim appartement die van alle gemakken voorzien was De slaapbank had een dik matras waardoor de bank niet goed dicht kon en het moeilijk was erop te zitten. Het was ook een stevige prijs voor 2 nachten, maar dat komt waarschijnlijk door de ligging. Gebouw was wel super gehorig, buren eronder waren met kinderen en nogal vroeg wakker......Geluid van buiten hebben we niet gehoord. Al met al was dit zeker niet zo storend om niet weer een keer te boeken

Very close to everything-so handy being walking distance to Bruges’ main sites. Big thanks to reception at the nearby linked hotel who very kindly helped us with any questions we had. No washing machine.

The hearing was left on in the whole apartment and the instructions were not clear on how to turn it off. They had the thermostat but the instructions stated not to touch the heating, as it controls all the apartments.

We enjoyed the terrace and the large glass doors that opened wide. Elevator was convenient. All was great. Directions for the washer would be helpful, but we figured it out and we’re very happy to have one in the apartment.

• Andreas (9/5): A comfortable place to stay in the center of Bruges, - Amazing location. It was easy to walk to all the sights and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had nice light. We spent quite a bit of time on the deck as well. At night you could occasionally hear noise from the other apartments above and below. The apartments seem to be popular with families with young kids.

Highly recommend for location. Bathroom, bedroom stairs and toilet cupboard. Bathroom was dark and small, didn't like the weak water pressure of the shower over the bath. Toilet room was tiny with no light or fan so dark and hot in there. Bedroom was up steep open stairs and got very hot, we had the noisy fan going all nights. Suggest being able to open windows downstairs for better ventilation.

Check in/out process was very efficient: the hotel staff were welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5 - very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, comfy and well equipped. It was definitely a haven to go back to relax after long, lovely days exploring Bruges. Quality, premium apartment that met expectations for the price. Only a minor gripe, but more could have been done to improve the inner courtyard/garden space - it was looking a bit unloved.

• Linda (8/5): Super spacious apartment in which to enjoy time away with old friends - Great location, spacious apartment. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff in the main building. The heating in the living room. One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room which had some sort of storage heater that pumped out hot air all night, even though the heating was off in the rest of the apartment. The instruction booklet from the apartment owners said that we should not turn this particular heater off as it controlled the whole building. The hotel helpfully sent someone round to see if it could be turned down but there was no improvement. The apartment had plenty of fans which helped and we opened the window into the communal area to let some cooler air in but didn't like to leave it open all night for security reasons. The other two bedrooms were fine. Otherwise it was a fab apartment and in cold weather I'm sure the issue with the heater in the living room would probably not be a problem.

• Sarah (9/5): Great stay! - Great location, easy to get the keys when we got there very late. Front desk is located around the corner from the property and was very responsive to questions. They let us do a late checkout due to a foot injury I obtained. Easy walk to anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was nonexistent, but there was a separate bath tub with a shower head that had normal pressure so it wasn't that big of a deal.

• Alida (10/5): Gorgeous apartment. Great location, quality sleep! - Fabulous location right in the middle of town. Beautiful apartment - spacious with lovely furnishings. The beds were amazing (even the sofa bed) and very comfortable. A full size king in the main bedroom was bliss. In four weeks of European travel, this was our favourite accommodation. Lots of space for all 5 of us, great location and super comfortable. Overlooked the street but no noise (3rd floor). Easy walk to and from the main hotel to check in and out, and they kindly stored our bags for us after checkout. Nothing not to like.
• Judith (9/5): Perfect location and only a few minutes walk to the markets and shops. - For a family of 5 adults this apartment was big and spacious. It was lovely and warm which was much needed as we travelled mid Dec. You have to check in at the Hotel around the corner who provides you with the apartment cards. We arrived at the apartment around 3:15 and the cleaner was still there & told us to come back by 4. After a day of travelling this was not what we wanted to hear.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Very pleasant, warm and comfortable - The apartment was warm and had all the amenities. It was big and spacious I did not like the bedroom on a mezzanine floor. I would have like to have known this when I booked as being in our 70’s it was difficult getting upstairs and down especially when we needed the toilet at night. There should have been a toilet on the mezzanine floor.
• Robert (9/5): Overall very good experience - Excellent location, nice privacy. Smell was not fresh in the apartment, esp. in the bathroom areas. Tiles could be refreshed and walls in the apartment painted. All other areas were very well attended.
• Jenny (10/5): Really lovely apartment in a superb location - Really great place to stay. Location is right in the centre with lots of restaurants on the doorstep. Close to the free bus shuttle service and most things are within easy walking distance. The apartment is really lovely, well furnished and everything you need. Lovely big walk-in shower. We cooked several meals. We had the ground floor 2-bed apartment which was perfect for my 84-yr old Mum. Just 2 small steps to get into the front door and everything else was on the level. Booking staff (Katrien) really helpful before we arrived giving us everything we needed to know and helping with sorting things for my Mum. Only 2 minor problems - someone hadn't shut the fridge freezer bit properly so it was all frozen over so much that the fridge door wouldn't shut so we had to sort that as soon as we arrived. The walk-in shower is lovely but the design is flawed - the drain isn't big enough to soak all the water away (or it was blocked) so every time you had a shower there was water all over the bathroom floor which wasn't ideal for my 84yr old Mum as it became a slip hazard so we had to use extra towels on the bathroom floor every day. We reported this to reception and I am certain it will get sorted.

• James (10/5): Spacious option close to everything - Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights.
• Margaret (8/5): Large, modern apartment - Very well situated apartment, walking distance to all the sites of Bruges. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The doors to the outside courtyard have no screens and there are lots of mosquitoes even in October! The living room has 2 large windows that give onto the entrance to the apartment building so you have to keep the curtains closed at all times. The sofa is a hide a bed and it appears to be broken since the it is impossible to sit on it, it's tilted to an uncomfortable angle. We advised reception twice of this issue but no one came to fix it.

• Liane (10/5): Happy to highly recommend. - We loved everything about this spacious, well equipped apartment. We stayed 5 nights, it was comfortable & quiet. Perfect base to visit the coast, western front and other towns if you are interested. The staircase to bedroom might be a little steep for some people. Apartment is exactly the same as advertised in photos.
