• Susanne (7/5): Schönes, atmosphärisches Stadthaus in sehr guter Lage, aber mit deutlich irreführender Beschreibung und funktionalen Ein - Die Lage im Antwerpener Stadtteil Zuid ist hervorragend. Das Stadthaus ist ein sehr schönes, herrschaftliches Gebäude mit viel Atmosphäre. Besonders positiv empfanden wir die künstlerische, individuelle Gestaltung der Räume, die dem Aufenthalt einen besonderen Charakter gibt. Die Darstellung des Apartments bei Booking.com war in mehreren Punkten irreführend. Angegebene Ausstattungsmerkmale wie Backofen, Waschmaschine oder Trockner waren nicht vorhanden. Zudem zeigten die Fotos Räume, die nicht zu diesem Apartment gehören, wodurch der Eindruck entstand, die Wohnung sei deutlich größer und zusammenhängender, als sie tatsächlich ist. Es handelt sich nicht um ein klar abgetrenntes Apartment. Der zweite Raum liegt mitten im Treppenhaus und verfügt lediglich über eine kleine Toilette. Das eigentliche Bad befindet sich in der oberen Wohnung und ist nur über den Hausgang erreichbar. Zusätzlich sind die Bewohner:innen des Apartments im Untergeschoss deutlich hörbar. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und aus unserer Sicht nicht für vier Personen geeignet. Da das Apartment offenbar zum Verkauf steht, ist leider nicht zu erwarten, dass an der Beschreibung oder Transparenz noch Änderungen vorgenommen werden.

• Stefaan (10/5): Prachtig appartement op ideale locatie. - Prachtig ingericht ruim appartement op een heel mooie locatie. Toffe bars, restaurants in de buurt. Ligt vlak naast het Museum voor Schonen Kunsten. Vlakbij kan je de tram nemen of je kan ook te voet naar het winkelcentrum. Parkeren kan ook makkelijk in de buurt (ondergronds of op straat (op straat wel per 3u te betalen)). Het appartement was ook heel proper, alles was voorzien. Het contact met de host verliep ook heel erg vlot.

• Nicole (8/5): Mooi appartement op goede locatie - De locatie en het appartement. Fijne bedden en badkamer en bijzonder ingericht met allerlei kunstvoorwerpen. Er was weinig licht in de keuken en een aantal lampen deden het niet.

• Judith (8/5): Zeer aangenaam en inspirerend - Heel mooie artistieke inrichting,we hebbe onze ogen uitgekeken. En alleen al aan de stofvrije kroonluchters kon je zien dat er zorgvuldig wordt schoongemaakt Helaas waren er geen theezakjes, geen must maar was fijn geweest
• Donald H. (9/5): Fijn verblijf in het centrum van Antwerpen. - Prachtige locatie, mooi appartement, ruime slaapkamers, heerlijke bedden. Ik miste keukenverlichting en het licht in de badkamer was voor de dames wat minder, i.v.m. het opmaken.

• Eva (10/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft für Leute, die nach einem anstrengenden Tag in Antwerpen ihre Ruhe möchten - Für uns optimale Lage, da wir etwas in der Nähe der Verschansingstraat gesucht hatten. Uns war das Haus wegen der Figuren auf dem Balkon schon vor einem Jahr bei einem Besuch aufgefallen. Auch drinnen gibt es jede Menge Kunst und Deko. Absolut ruhig, da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten hinaus liegen - das zweite Zimmer, das eigentlich außerhalb des Apartments liegt, hat eine eigene große Toilette mit Waschgelegenheit. Die Betten sind groß. Man schläft und wohnt ruhig - und ist trotzdem in weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß bei Cafes, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Kneipen. Nichts.

• Emma (9/5): Excellent apartment & location! - The location was perfect, the decor in the apartment was super fun, and it was comfortable & contained everything we needed. It's just opposite the fine art museum, a 5 minute walk to the tram, and there are numerous restaurants and shops nearby for food & drink. Even walking out alone at 10.30pm on a Friday night, I felt extremely safe with it being such a lively, vibey area, yet the apartment was still quiet. The only slight disappointment was that the other bedroom was separate to the main apartment. This wasn't a major issue considering it was just myself and a friend, but possibly if it was a family staying with perhaps a teenager/children, I don't think this would be suitable - you'd want to be contained within the same apartment. To be clear, it's in the same building, but sort of across the hall.

• Elize (8/5): Very good - Very open, light room. Nicely decorated, funny details. Great seating area. The bedroom attached is very big with a very large bed. The second bedroom is somewhat 'outside' the main room, you have to walk a stair and enter the doorcode again to get into this room. The water didn't work in the second toilet.

Fabulously styled and we really felt right at home there.

The area has a great vibe and the property is exceptional. Beds very comfortable and large, gorgeous high ceilings and decoration. Met the owner who was super friendly with food recommendations and information about Antwerp. Great experience - I would stay here again. Email correspondence was great with good advice re parking and super clear instructions re access. I would be being very picky….. I like 2 pillows to sit up and read, when there is only one but that’s very personal. I am not sure there is anything I could say I didn’t like….. seriously fab place.
• Volker (6/5): Excellent location, cramped quarters - too pricey for what you get! - The host was very accommodating in letting us check in a little early and he was quick to respond plus the area is very nice with a lovely park and lots of cafes within walking distance plus the little boat corner is so cute. The quirky art touches are fab and the art TV is a really nice touch. It is really too expensive for a small apartment - as 4 adults staying there were were pretty cramped and the kitchen is more conceptual than functional - very small, no toaster, no oven, just good for tea coffee and boiling things in pots.
