• Herr (7/5): Maison Arya - Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Bereich Sauberkeit gibt es klare Abzüge. Sei es der Fleck auf dem Teppich, der Staub auf den etwas unzugägnglichen Ecken, der klebrige Boden im Frühstücks Buffet Bereich oder die Polster auf den Bänken.

• david (9/5): - L emplacement, la chambre spacieuse et les lits confortables. Nous avions une chambre excentrée par rapport aux autres, c est à dire au dessus des cuisines. Dc un peu bruyant le matin pendant la préparation du petit déjeuner. Mis à part ça, tout était parfait !!

L'emplacement était bon, pas très loin du centre ville et dans une bonne region. Le chambre manque une bon étagère ou un placard pour les vêtements et aussi il n'avait pas un coffre disponible dans le chambre.

• Daniel (10/5): Short Brussels break - Fantastic location, and room design. The continental breakfast had everything you would expect and the team were more than helpful if anything was running low. We were on the first floor so it was a little noisy from the street but not too late to be a real issue. The mattress was a bit firm for my liking but the bed linens were great and the temperature control in the room was excellent so I still managed to sleep well.

Chuveiro com pouca privacidade (a marcação era para 3 adultos, podiam/deveriam ter prestado mais atenção à escolha do quarto). Funcionários a preparar o pequeno-almoço faziam imenso barulho, não tendo atenção ao facto de terem um quarto por cima da cozinha.

Se puede llegar a pie, en bus o metro desde la Gare Centrale, y seguro que también de las otras estaciones de trenes/bus. El personal de recepción es súper atento y amable. La habitación es cómoda y todo está bien mantenido y limpio, aunque el pasillo desde el ascensor a la habitación parece pequeño. Buen desayuno.

Na manhã de sábado, comprei uma caixa de chocolates artesanais para oferecer e deixei-a no quarto. Quando regressei ao final do dia, verifiquei que alguém tinha entrado no quarto e consumido parte dos chocolates — algo completamente inaceitável. Dirigi-me à receção para reportar a situação. A única resposta foi um pedido de desculpas e a indicação de que deveria enviar um email com a reclamação. Assim fiz, de imediato. No entanto, a resposta que recebi limitou-se novamente a um pedido de desculpas e à indicação de que “iriam averiguar”, sem qualquer explicação, seguimento ou solução concreta. Para além da gravidade da situação — uma clara falha de segurança e de respeito pelos pertences dos hóspedes —, considero ainda mais preocupante a forma como tudo foi tratado: de forma superficial, sem verdadeiro acompanhamento e sem qualquer gesto comercial ou tentativa de compensação. Infelizmente, não posso recomendar este hotel a quem valoriza segurança, profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente.

• Brad (8/5): - I was arriving late and they accommodated us. The rooms were quaint and fun. Location was perfect and easy to get to things but just out of the way enough to be quiet. Not much. Room could use some touch up paint but other than that I found this place very charming.

• C J (8/5): Nice hotel, fairly centrally located not far from the main stations. - It is well located and not too far from the metro. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options When we arrived the lift was broken. Fortunately it was fixed fairly quickly but our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs have no banister rails to hold on to which was a worry as I have some mobility issues.

Tudo bem confortável. Uma das melhores hospedagens que já fiquei. Não gostei de não ficar ninguém da equipe a noite, mas você não tem dificuldade para entrar

• karine (8/5): Een prima gunstig logeerplaatsje om Brussel te verkennen - Oké was goed alles naar wens en voldoende Beetje vuil bij ingang v h hotel en bij de receptie vuile vingers op spiegeldesk . Geen goede indruk bij het binnenstappen. Gelukkig kamer oké 🙂 Onthaal door vriendelijke jongen maar praatte zo stil en met de nogal luide maar wel mooie muziek op achtergrond moeilijk verstaanbaar .😩 Op TV geen Nederlandsstalige zender🤨

The room was big enough and you cannopen the window which is a plus. We didn't have problems with the noise outside. The free slippers! It is strange to have the sink in the bedroom but that is ok. The elevator is rather small. Luckily we didn't have handluggage.
