Nick (7/5): Beautiful suite but let down by a few service points - I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my daughters for 2 nights. The room was exceptional and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable with a pillow menu. Lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. A truly lovely place to stay This is where the property lets itself down. My key stopped working twice which wouldn’t normally be a problem however the second time was late at night when no staff are present at all so no one to help. Luckily I phoned the reception number and was eventually put through to a person (after being cut off twice) who told me to go outside of the property and find a key safe where there was a keycard that would open the room. It was an absolutely farce which took us about 45 minutes to sort out. The second point was on check out. The property tried to charge me again for the rooms despite me already paying almost 3 weeks before on booking.com. It was an embarrassing having to explain that they were wrong and even when I showed my credit card bill they still didn’t seem to believe me and said they would call me after they had checked with booking.com…. Finally the lights and electrical items in the suite are controlled by an tablet which didn’t always work as it couldn’t connect to the Internet.. whilst these points don’t seem to be major I would expect a hotel which charges this much to get the small things correct… some work needed here to improve.

Our room was exquisitely decorated and so cozy. Room service was perfect for an evening in by the fire. The staff were some of the sweetest people we came across on our journey. I highly recommend staying here if your ventures take you to the romantic, quaint town of Bruges. I cannot wait to return! Nothing.

Nicolas (10/5): - The Notary is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was absolutely top-notch. The staff is so friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with so many thoughtful touches. The whole hotel is stunning and full of character. The garden is a peaceful oasis and the perfect place to relax after exploring Bruges. Everything about my stay was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

Saskia (10/5): Bruges discovery - It was spectacularly beautiful and located right in the centre. The room was very luxurious. Loved the big bath and the fireplace. Dogs are welcome here. Breakfast only starts at 8:30, that is really too late for me. Housekeeping had forgotten to leave coffee capsules by the coffee machine in the room, and since I wake up at six, I need my coffee, I had a very grumpy morning waiting until the kitchen to open.

Andreas (10/5): oasa van rust en comfort met schitterende architectuur en interieurs - voor 99% perfect qua accommodatie, gezelligheid, ligging, prachtige kamers en uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt. 1% minder goed: diner prima maar prijzig en prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding. idem voor bestellingen op de kamer.
Pol (9/5): uniek - Uitstekend ontbijt . Badkamer onpraktisch maar wel konsekwent in stijl
Sabrina (8/5): Beautiful property - Very clean. Great location. Romantic setting. Beautiful finishes and decor. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was disappointing - we were expecting limited but good quality but it was lacking. We reserved dinner for one night but it got canceled last minute (7pm). I wouldn’t recommend the meals here.

andrej (10/5): Fairytale hotel in Brugge center - Beautiful hotel in the center, very nice and cosy rooms. It is nicely decorated and has lots of charm. Staff is very friendly and helpful and hotel is close to all of the attractions . I highly recommend it.

Monisha (9/5): It was beautiful, a little oasis just on the edge of the hustle and bustle, highly recommend. - Good location, beautifully designed and well kept hotel with friendly staff. Check in was smooth. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was very good, with the chef talking through the menu with you personally. The heating in our room was rather tempermental (and it was a very cold weekend). When we told the staff, they were very helpful but unfortunately shorlty after fixing the fire, it stopped working again so the room did feel chilly at times if the fire wasn't working, the radiator also didn't help massively - not a huge issue as the bedding was super warm but was a bit chilly getting ready in the morning! The staff also gave us little treats on departure to apologise, which was a nice gesture.
Jessica (10/5): Charming stay in the middle of Bruges. - This was a beautiful place to stay. Every room had so much character and charm. I loved our room with the fireplace and all the special touches. I also was a huge fan of the pillow menu. I would love an opportunity to head back to Bruges and stay at The Notary.
Charlotte (10/5): A joy. - A joy. Truly exceptional experience. The staff, the furnishings and whole ambience was very special. An extra charge for the spa seemed unnecessary.
Theo (10/5): Sprookjesachtig. - Het is gewoon een sprookje om daar te vertoeven. Alles klopt. Een vriendelijke ontvangst, correcte service, een sfeervolle aankleding en een charmante kamer met betoverende badkamer.

AIKATERINI (10/5): Εξαιρετική αισθητικά. Οι περισσότεροι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου αλλά και το δωμάτιο ήταν για φωτογράφιση! Το κρεβάτι πολύ άν - Η αισθητική του ξενοδοχείου τη βρήκε εξαιρετική. Μου άρεσαν όλα!
