• Olivera (7/5): Few faults, but overall, a very nice place to stay - highly recommend and would stay here again. - Excellent location, comfortable beds, heating and shower work well, good wifi connection, nice and cozy decor, all household amenities needed including iron. I would definitely stay here again. Windows are not well insulated so you can hear noise from the street, sleeping with earplugs worked well. Bedding and bathroom is clean, but not necessarily everything else, for example, some of the furniture has a glossy finish so fingerprints are easily visible. No balcony or porch.
• Marie-Caroline (7/5): - le confort et la deco de l'appartement. la situation dans Waterloo tres centrale. Apt tres bruyant, chambres donnant cote rue donc difficile de bien dormir. et bcp de travaux lorsque nous y etions, donc pas evident en journee de travailler.

• YVES (7/5): Bonne localisation mais extrêmement bruyant le à cause d'une très mauvaise isolation des fe - La localisation et l'appartement spacieux Les fenêtres ne sont isolées ni thermique mentioned ni phonétiquement. Le week-end, il est impossible de s'endormir avant 3am tant on entend TOUT le bruit de la rue. C'est vraiment dommage car le reste est impeccable.

• Tim (9/5): Very spacious and modern apartment. I liked the bed it was very comfortable, would recomend staying there. -
• Suzanne (10/5): Great for a family and close to shops. - Really spacious for a family of 4. Great location. Facilities at the apartment were excellent. Parking ok across the road. We will stay again. Great main street for shopping an walking up and down. Opposite Zara. TV was old so couldn't connect via WIFI. Street noise. Had to carry bags up the last flight of stairs. Lift only goes to level 1. I will still stay again, though because positives outweigh the negatives.
• Anastasiia (7/5): Good - The apartment is comfortable. There were almost all what you need (minimum you needed). It was very quite to see welcome tee, coffee, sugar, etc. It was rather cold at first, and the emergency stuff couldn't help in evening with it, but I solved this problem when found the main thermostat. Hot water was not hot, it was warm - 37C. Unfortunately, it was not so clean as was written in description. And the dishes had to be washed once more ( The doors inside creak... In case you or your child sleep sensitively it could be a problem. Location is good, but it is near Casino, so it was rather laud.
• Kasturi (8/5): Very good - The location was peaceful and not too far away from the downtown area. Also, it was easy to access the apartment although in the directions it could be mentioned that there is also a lift to avoid climbing stairs :) The gas/induction was not very easy to use and there were no directions/manual available. However, the host was supportive in ensuring that we could finally use the appliance. Also, some of the cutlery was not cleaned properly. But otherwise the stay was very comfortable!
