• Andreas (10/5): Stylisch, komfortabel und top Lage - Die Lage ist ideal, alles ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Hotel wirkt sehr schick und modern eingerichtet, gleichzeitig ist es komfortabel und durchdacht. Das Team ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Frühstück ist richtig gut, große Auswahl und alles frisch. Der Aufenthalt bleibt positiv in Erinnerung. Das Zimmer mit Balkon entspricht nicht ganz der Erwartung. Der Balkon wirkt eher wie eine modern ausgebaute Feuertreppe. Außerdem ist Rauchen dort nicht erlaubt. Das ist kein großes Problem, passt aber nicht, wenn genau deshalb gebucht wurde.

We dropped our bags as we arrived early and were notified when our room was ready. Spa facilities were superb Cannot fault much. Bathroom sink plumbing needs looking at as it dripped if the tap was left running for any time such as shaving in the morning

• Juliette (10/5): Magnifiek - Super locatie en ontzettend leuke, lieve en behulpzame eigenaar. De spa is een heerlijke toevoeging (sauna, stoomcabine en infrarood) aan je verblijf. Het hotel ademt rust uit! Sta je eenmaal buiten dan ben je binnen paar minuten in de gezelligheid van Gent.

• Jeroen (8/5): Aangenaam - Het was een hele degelijke kamer, het feit dat je ook je Bluetooth kon verbinden en muziek afspelen was leuk. Dat het ‘balkon’ meer de brandtrap was en er niet echt 2 stoelen en een tafeltje stond.

The very friendly reception staff and so helpful. Great hospitality!! Early morning around 07:15 someone just opening the door of my room without knocking, that really weird. No way I would have checked out that early!

• Maurice (9/5): Geweldig genoten van het hotel en de prachtige stad Gent. - Locatie in rustiger deel van Gent, maar toch op 1 minuut lopen van leuke eet- en borreltentjes. Personeel opgewekt, geïnteresseerd en behulpzaam. Ontbijt leek wat klein, maar was werkelijk heerlijk en a la carte opties die in de prijs inbegrepen zijn. Ook hier weer super behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. De privé spa was ook geweldig. Ik kan niets bedenken.

Verlichting zeer mooi en modern. Gezellige en mooie ontbijtruimte, ontbijt kwalitatief en uitgebreid, gaven keuzes om extra´s(zeer lekker). Het hotel is een prachtig mooi gebouw met respect voor het oorspronkelijke verbouwd. De ligging is excellent, Gent heeft zoveel te bieden, allemaal op wandelafstand. Bedankt en tot ziens wat ons betreft. Zou er geen kunnen bedenken!

• Louise (8/5): A good location and great breakfast. Handy parking - This place is in the student quarter so there’s plenty of eateries nearby. It’s about a 10 min walk to the main attractions in the centre of town too. The parking garage was very welcome and staff were super helpful when we arrived. The breakfast had a great selection and an à la carte option which was a bonus. The room was very small and the windows don’t open.

• Keithstanford (10/5): Flawless - Best location, quiet, but just minutes by foot from the centre of town. We had the suite which was very modern, clean and spacious with two floors, just all round fantastic. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, the chef was wonderfully accommodating, providing us with a delicious freshly cooked breakfast on request or the buffet option which was also perfect. I forget the star rating for this hotel, but it should be at least 6. Absolutely nothing!
