• Julia (10/5): Convenient and comfortable stay in Napoli - This stay was very comfortable and convenient. A short walk from the port and the Università metro stop. There were great restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood and all of the people were very friendly. Our host was extremely helpful and kind, he gave us recommendations for Napoli and told us about the history of Napoli. He also helped us with organizing taxis to the airport and central station.

• Maureen (8/5): Quelques jours au cœur de Naples - L'emplacement au top dans un quartier calme de la ville, la taille de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, la cuisine partagée avec équipements, le volet,... . Il n'y avait pas d'essuie pour notre fille, nous n'en avions pas assez et comme ils ne sont pas changés de la semaine, c'est vraiment embêtant 😔 Nous avons retrouvé le pass des clés de la femme de ménage sur notre serrure.. Si quelqu'un avait voulu voler nos effets personnels, cela aurait été assez facile... Heureusement, l'entrée est sécurisée et il n'y a que 4 chambres...
• Fabrizio (9/5): Relax, coccole e tanta bellezza - Per prima cosa l'accoglienza da parte di Antonio, il proprietario della struttura,ti fa sentire a casa e ti organizza al meglio il tempo che trascorrerai a Napoli. In base ai giorni a disposizione mi ha suggerito il luoghi da non perdere. Inoltre anche tanti consigli su dove mangiare, ma penso che a Napoli sia difficile cadere male. La posizione è strategica a due passi dalla centralissima via Toledo e dalla metropolitana. La camera molto grande e luminosa, letto comodissimo.

Почистваше се всеки ден. Позволиха ни да оставим багажа след напускане. Препоръчвам! Можеше да има място за сядане в стаята, която беше достатъчно голяма, защото не винаги е удобно да се ползва общата кухня / особено късно вечер/.

• ton (10/5): Family room - The room was big enough for 5people. The beds are comfortable. The common kitchen is top and we appreciate the available coffee/tea supply that the guests can use. Antonio is very accommodating and very nice he made sure that we have all wee need or all the help he can to make sure that our stay is worth it. The location is top. Public transportation is available near the area and walking distance to everything. Worth the money. We will definitely be back.

Ci hanno lasciato lo spazio per tenere i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Molto gentili. Non avevo capito che la cucina è in comune con altri ospiti Le stanze da letto sono molto spaziose con bagno personale. Mentre la cucina è in comune. Noi non l'abbiamo usata perché essendo già in 5, non avremo potuto condividere lo spazio. Forse sarebbe meglio specificarlo. Sulla tassa di soggiorno mi sono venuti dei dubbi perché booking mi indicava una cifra, la struttura me ne ha chiesta un' altra, niente di grave, ma credo che il prezzo dovrebbe già includere anche la tassa di soggiorno o per lo meno attenersi a ciò che è indicato su booking.

Maria Cristina gentilissima e disponibile. Oltre la stanza spaziosa e con duplice bagno c’è anche una cucina in condivisione con le altre stanze. Lo staff pulizie poi passava ogni giorno per sistemare e fare una pulita, consiglio! //

• Can (9/5): - Size of the room was quite good. We had 2 liters of water for us in the fridge which saved our life when we arrived and had not much time to go and buy some water. Bed was not super comfortable, was a bit too soft. It was a bit loud in the kitchen area in the mornings. Bathroom light was a bit too strong and white.

In der Nähe vom Hafen, dem Burg und der langen Straße Via Toledo. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage in historischen Zentrum. Danke für alles

• Saad (10/5): Emplacement central, au calme et bien équipé - Emplacement stratégique pour explorer toute la ville sans utiliser les transports en commun. À quelques minutes des ferries pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les îles. Chambre spacieuse, calme, meublée correctement et très propre. La cuisine est commune avec les autres chambres, nous ne l'avons pas utilisée mais très bien équipée. La gérante est une personne très gentille et bienveillante, qui nous a bien aidé durant notre séjour.

• Kirsten (10/5): Super beliggenhed i Napoli - Tilbragte en enkelt nat i Napoli på dette super centralt beliggende hotel. Blev kontaktet inden ift hvornår vi gerne ville tjekke ind samt mulighed for at efterlade vores bagage på stedet hvilket var en stor hjælp for os da vores fly først havde afgang til aften. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted til overnatning i Napoli. Tæt på havnen hvilket var super da vi ankom med færge fra Sorrento.
• Fiammetta (10/5): Ottimo, consigliato - Tutto bene: stanze nuove, appena rinnovate, pulite, letti comodi. Proprietario estremamente disponibile. Una delle due stanze aveva lo scaldabagno rotto, il proprietario ci aveva avvisati dicendoci che prima della notte lo avrebbe spento per evitare che facesse rumore. Purtroppo non è stato spento e quindi ha impedito a chi dormiva in quella stanza di addormentarsi, andando avanti con un rumore molto forte per due ore. Ci è stato poi detto che nei prossimi giorni verrà riparato. Al di fuori di questo, tutto ok.

Partendo dal check in; sono arrivata un po’ prima, alecs mi ha mandato istruzioni molto chiare e al mio arrivo c’era la ragazza delle pulizie, molto carina e gentile. La stanza era pulita, grande e super elegante, con un balconcino.. sicuramente ha superato le mie aspettative. Sia lei che alecs disponibilissimi. La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro, vicino a molti luoghi di interesse e a ristoranti; a pochi passi da via toledo e dalla zona universitaria. Quando tornerò a Napoli sicuramente alloggerò nuovamente qua. Grazie ancora! (:

• Eleni (10/5): Greatly recommended. - New and clean apartment. The location was great, in the center of everything. Alex and Antonio were kind helpful. Communication with them was very easy. Nothing bad to comment.
• Zvi (7/5): Basic apartment, clean, very close to Naples port. - We needed a one-night stay near the port so we could take an early ferry to the islands. It was very good for this purpose. It is a small apartment, very basic, sharing a kitchen with other one or two-bedrooms apartments. The en-suite bathroom was small but very clean. The apartment is located in a rather poor neighborhood, but is was clean and comfortable (for one-night stay). The best part is the host: we arrived in midnight, and even the taxi driver could not locate the address in a dark street. The taxi driver called the host - and he arrived within a few minutes. We appreciate it very much. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to Naples port. Old building, dark streets, and you need four keys to go through four different doors to enter the apartment. We found only a few utensils in the shared kitchen, so, actually, we could not use it.

I had to carry my bag up to the fourth floor as we had no access to the lift. Another major problem is that other guests locked us out of the property one night. There was a notice for guests not to do this but this was in English and the people concerned were French.

The host contacted us the evening before to check arrival time and even kindly allowed us to leave our big bag at the property whilst we went off to explore. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Naples. The bed was comfortable, the area quite, and some highly rated eateries just a short walk away.

• Pavel (10/5): Would happilly go back again. - The owner Antonio was extremely helpfull, brought sfogliatelle and made us coffee for breakfast the first day, arranged taxi for us early morning. Thanks a lot. From the outside, the house does not look anything special, but inside the appartment is very modern and clean.

• Kit-fu (10/5): Efficient launchpad into Naples - Quick, clean, efficient, no frills stay which serves its purpose. Great location to the main plaza and harbor. Two minor complaints: 1) We unfortunately got a stomach bug and needed to stay until check-out and got a little bit of attitude from the cleaner 2) Pretty ridiculous to have an elevator charge 20 cents each way, although once you have the key it's free (I doubt this is within the operator's control, however, they should mention it in the listing and also provide it for your first and last ride when you don't have the key)
• Gritta (8/5): Good value, Annalisa was very helpful and gave good advice - Fully equipped shared kitchen, comfy bed, new bathroom, nice staff The staircase is a napolitano adventure/artpiece in itself.. there is an elevator as well 😅
