• Calvin (10/5): Modern spacious apartment, clean and close to the train station. - Excellent layout. Very modern, with a well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable, and the shower and bathroom was terrific. The to the third floor floor was rather small, but we really didn’t care because we usually took the stairs.

• Julia (10/5): - We liked all! Easy check-in instructions, very helpful host (very good recommendations), location and value for money is very good, facility is perfectly clean and fully equiped. Among many properties - this one is very silent, even for the light sleeper. Specially no outside noises! Master bed was large and comfortable for 2 adutls. Airconditionairs are the good addition to the property, even in April Two bedrooms are not separated with a door.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, very comfortable to reach with the elevator. As a larger area than usual apartments in Rome. Very good cleanliness, exemplary kitchen equipment, a place where I would like to return. I don't have an answer to this point.

• Cameron (10/5): - Fantastic apartment which ticked all of the boxes! Great location (5 min walk from train station and 20 min walk to most main attractions). Very clean and comfortable - would definitely stay here again if visiting Rome in the future.

В 5 минутах ходьбы небольшой супермаркет. Очень вежливый и приятный хозяин: всегда был на связи, быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Мы остались довольны проживанием. Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство!
• Iva (10/5): Wunderful - Very convenient location. Clean and spacious apartment. Modern and maintained furniture. Nice communication with the host. It is good to have a new sponge for washing the dishes for each visitor. Better quality toilet paper.The pillows are not very comfortable. Left coffee cakes to be within their expiration date.
• Dmitrii (9/5): - Good location, spacious apartment, has a balcony. The apartment had everything you needed for living. The elevator wasn't working, it wasn't listed in the ad, and we were with a baby and a stroller. The floors are not very clean.
• Sugiyono (10/5): Fabulous apartment - Modern interior, comfortable, quiet and cozy apartment that everybody wish for staying. The apartment has everything you need for our stay, we'll equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. The elevator broke down during our stay but Emanuele (the owner) warned us days before we arrived. This did not effect my review because it nobody's fault. The bed was good but a bit too soft for me, my preference is firm and hard mattresses.

• MauroFabb (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Appartamento praticamente nuovo, ben tenuto e dotato di ogni comfort. Il Wi-Fi funzionava perfettamente, con anche due TV a disposizione. L’impianto di climatizzazione è molto efficiente – un vero sollievo con il caldo di questi giorni! Nonostante la posizione centrale, l’appartamento è sorprendentemente silenzioso: con le finestre chiuse, non si sentivano rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Si avvertivano occasionalmente alcuni rumori dal vano scala o dal soffitto, ma nulla di anomalo per un condominio. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole. Posizione centrale e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

• Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, simple, elegant and has everything you need. It's a one-bedroom but with an additional half room with a single bed, very convenient if you don't want to share a bed or if travelling with children. Plenty of pillows and extra covers available. Living room is very spacious and has lovely lighting. There were plenty of coffee capsules for us to use with the espresso machine and they were absolutely delicious, some of the best coffee I ever had. The weather wasn't very hot when I visited but it seems like the apartment would be nice and cool in the summer heat (has AC too obviously). A maximum 10 minute walk from Termini. Had an excellent time and would definitely book again :) -
